Data set for anomaly detection on a HPC system
No full text<p>This data set contains the data collected on the DAVIDE HPC system (CINECA & E4 & University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy) in the period March-May 2018.</p>
<p>The data set has been used to train a autoencoder-based model to automatically detect anomalies in a semi-supervised fashion, on a real HPC system.</p>

M cell: the main entrance of the mucosal immune system
No full textM cells are higly specialized cells within the follicle-associated epithelium (FAE) of the respiratory and intestinal tracts. They play a central role in the induction of the mucosal immune response by transporting antigens to the lymphoid tissue. In this way the immune system may encounter the limitless variety of antigens that enter the body through the gut and airways. Here we describe the structure and the function of intestinal M cells. In addition, controversial issues relating to the M cell biology, such as APC function and the origin of M cells within the FAE, are discussed

The figure of Diomede Borghesi, between composition and staging
No full textreservedL’elaborato si prefigge di analizzare la figura di Diomede Borghesi (1540-1598), letterato senese appartenente alla seconda metà del Cinquecento, attraverso la valutazione attenta ed accurata delle sue maggiori opere in versi. Il personaggio verrà analizzato in due modalità differenti. Nella prima parte, infatti, si metterà in luce la sua figura di autore che si contraddistinse non tanto per la sua dedizione nel comporre rime, nonostante l’importante mole di versi che sono pervenuti fino ad oggi, quanto per la sua fitta rete di relazioni sociali che lo portarono a diventare allestitore di antologie e ad intrattenere rapporti con grandi personaggi del suo tempo. Tra questi ritroviamo figure di rilievo in ambito politico, culturale, ecclesiastico e militare, è necessario quindi citare Federico Gonzaga, i nobili vicentini Chieregato, Sperone Speroni, Torquato Tasso, Battista Guarini, Annibale Bonagente e Giovan Francesco Pusterla. Queste amicizie sono testimoniate dallo stesso autore attraverso la sua opera, infatti è possibile ritrovare il segno di queste relazioni all’interno delle sue numerose Lettere e nei diversi componimenti che costituiscono i libri delle sue Rime. L’analisi di queste raccolte porterà l’elaborato a dirigersi verso la conoscenza approfondita del rapporto tra Borghesi e tali personaggi del suo tempo, a cui dedica questi versi dove stende elogi o narra tratti della loro carriera politica, militare o sociale. Tra i destinatari delle rime trovano spazio anche le loro consorti o addirittura alcuni tra i loro parenti più illustri. È evidente, quindi, che nelle intenzioni dell’autore ci sia un interesse di avere un rapporto con la parte di società più eminente per ricevere onori o supporti di vario genere. Nella seconda parte della tesi, invece, la ricerca si dirigerà verso l’analisi della figura di Diomede Borghesi attraverso la sua dimensione di organizzatore delle due antologie allestite nel 1567 per l’editore Lorenzo Pasquati: Rime di diversi illustratori in lode della S. Cintia Tiene Bracciadura. Raccolte da M. Diomede Borghesi Gentil’huomo senese. Alla S. Angiola Leoni Tiene e Rime di diversi illustratori in morte del s. Lelio Chieregato. Raccolte da M. Diomede Borghesi Gentil’huomo senese. Al s. Valerio Chieregato Cavalliero. La schedatura e l’analisi delle due antologie permetteranno di mettere in evidenza la dimensione della poesia e dell’encomio nella contemporaneità trattata. Inoltre, grazie all’attenzione rivolta all’organizzazione delle due raccolte, sarà possibile ricostruire le dinamiche sociali e culturali che governavano l’epoca. Ad aiutare nella ricerca sarà l’attenta valutazione della lingua utilizzata nelle rime e gli elementi topici che sorgono dal confronto di questi componimenti scritti da diversi autori, che sono tuttavia immersi nella stessa realtà sociale e temporale.This paper aims to analyze Diomede Borghesi (1540-1598), a Sienese man of letters from the second half of the sixteenth century, through the careful evaluation of his major works in verse. The character will be analyzed in two different ways. In the first part we will highlight his figure as the one of an author who distinguished himself not so much for his dedication in composing rhymes, despite the important amount of verses that have come down to us, but as for his dense network of social relations that led him to become the organizer of anthologies and to entertain relationships with major figures of his time. Among these we find important figures in the political, cultural, ecclesiastical and military spheres, it is therefore necessary to mention Federico Gonzaga, the Vicenza nobles Chieregato, Sperone Speroni, Torquato Tasso, Battista Guarini, Annibale Bonagente and Giovan Francesco Pusterla. These friendships are witnessed by the author himself through his work, in fact it is possible to find the sign of these relationships within his numerous Letters and in the different compositions that constitute the books of his "Rime". The analysis of these collections will lead the student to an in-depth knowledge of the relationship between Borghesi and these personalities of his time, to whom he dedicates these verses where he praises or narrates traits of their political, military or social career. Among the recipients of the rhymes are also their spouses or even some of their most illustrious relatives. It is evident, therefore, that in the author's intentions there is an interest in having a relationship with the most eminent part of society in order to receive honors or support of various kind. In the second part of the thesis, instead, the research will be directed towards the analysis of the figure of Diomede Borghesi through his dimension of organizer of the two anthologies prepared in 1567 for the publisher Lorenzo Pasquati: "Rime di diversi illustratori in lode della S. Cintia Tiene Bracciadura. Raccolte da M. Diomede Borghesi Gentil’huomo senese. Alla S. Angiola Leoni Tiene" and "Rime di diversi illustratori in morte del s. Lelio Chieregato. Raccolte da M. Diomede Borghesi Gentil’huomo senese. Al s. Valerio Chieregato Cavalliero". The cataloguing and analysis of the two anthologies will make it possible to highlight the dimension of poetry and encomium in the contemporaneity treated. Moreover, thanks to the attention paid to the organization of the two collections, it will be possible to reconstruct the social and cultural dynamics that governed the period. To help in the research there will be the careful examination of the language used in the rhymes and the topical elements that arise from the comparison of these compositions written by different authors, who are however immersed in the same social and temporal reality
