Architect Rossi Street
More of the complex located north of Ulitsa Zodchevo Rossi; Rossi worked particularly long and hard (1816-1832) on an ensemble that is centred on the Aleksandrinsky (now Pushkin) Theatre , one that incorporated a grand system of new streets and squares. The north side faces Nevsky Prospekt; then comes the theatre’s main façade; behind is Teatral’naya (now Rossi) Street, linking the square on the south side of the theatre with the semicircular Chernyshov (now Lomonosov) Square, which opens towards the Fontanka. The street is lined with identical colonnades and arcades, each building being 22 m (72 ft.) high, 22 m wide and spaced 22 m apart. The perspective draws the eye to the theater at the end of the street. Source: Grove Art Online; http://www.oxfordartonline.com/ (accessed 6/16/2009

This study aims to understand the representations of italian Giovanni Rossi libertarian about relationships and marriage monogamous nuclear family in the late nineteenth century. Thus, form the papers of Giovanni Rossi, this paper discusses the discussions between anarchism, family, conjugalities and free love

Creating metaphors in specialised languages: choice criteria for the success of metaphorical terms
This study is focused on the condotte of the Rossi di Parma at the service of the Sforza dukes, as an aspect of the “constitutional” pact established in 1447 between the condottiere Francesco Sforza and Pier Maria Rossi. The pact was the basis for the relationship between the two dinasties for thirty years. The changes in the seigneurial condotte were influenced both by the diplomatic and institutional developments and by the internal issues inside the Rossi family. Documents and sources show the ability of Pier Maria in maintaining the dialogue with the Sforza, as well in settling conflicts and restraining the ambitions of his restless sons, until in 1482 the conflicts bursted out into the Rossi war, collateral to the war of Ferrara. Private war and wider political relationship are both considered and linked
