No full textDer Pallottinertheologe Heinrich M. Köster (1911-1993) gilt international als der führende deutschsprachige Mariologe des 20. Jahrhunderts. Seine Grundthesen entwickelte er in "Die Magd des Herrn" (Limburg 1947). Grundgedanke ist ihm die heilsgeschichtliche Stellvertretung der Menschheit durch Maria im Bund mit Gott.
Die Untersuchung geht erstmals dem mariologischen Gesamtwerk Kösters nach und behandelt nicht nur die durch ihn ausgelösten Diskussionen, sondern auch aktuelle Grundfragen einer anthropologisch ausgerichteten und ökumenisch vermittelbaren Mariologie

Skripsi ini membahas al-magd}u>b dan al-da>lli>n dalam Surah al-Fa>tih}ah. Rumusan
masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: bagaimana gambaran umum al-Magd}u>b
dan al-Da>lli>n serta bagaimana konsep al-magd}u>b dan al-d}a>lli>n pada surah al�Fa>tih}ah dalam kitab tafsir al-Qur’a>n al-‘Az}i>m dan kitab tafsir al-Muni>r.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum al-Magd}u>b dan al�Da>lli>n dan konsep al-magd}u>b dan al-d}a>lli>n pada surah al-Fa>tih}ah dalam kitab
tafsir al-Qur’a>n al-‘Az}i>m dan kitab tafsir al-Muni>r. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu
library research (Pustaka) dengan pendekatan ilmu tafsir. Metode yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah muqaran (metode komparatif). Adapun sumber data
dalam penelitian ini adalah Al-Qur‘an dan kitab-kitab tafsir serta sumber-sumber
pustaka pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa al-magd}u>b
adalah orang-orang yang sedang tertimpa kemurkaan oleh Allah Swt. dan mereka
mendapatkan ancaman siksaan-Nya. Sedangkan al-da>lli>n adalah orang-orang yang
tersesat kehilangan jalan, bingung, karena tidak mengikuti petunjuk Allah Swt.,
sementara itu dalam tafsir Tafsir al-Qur’a>n al-‘Az}i>m dan Tafsir al-Muni>r makna
al-Magd}u>b tersebut dinyatakan untuk kaum Yahudi yang dimurkai oleh Allah
Swt. Karena memusuhi para Nabi, tidak sudi untuk menyembah Allah Swt. dan
menentang perintah Nabi Musa as. Sedang al-d}a>lli>n dalam tafsir al-Qur’a>n al-
‘Az}i>m dan Tafsir al-Muni>r artinya berkaitan dengan kaum Nasrani, karena
mereka telah merubah ajaran Nabi mereka dalam masalah kebenaran dan tidak
mengamalkan agama padahal mereka mengetahui kebenaran dan mengamalkan
tanpa ilmunya.

Emission standards development for an I/M program
No full textThis paper presents the results of vehicle exhaust measurements that were used to establish emission standards for an I/M program. For this purpose, a total number of 100 private autos distributed across model years ranging between 1972 and 2002 were tested under idling conditions. The monitored indicators included air to fuel ratio (%), CO (%), CO2 (%), HC (ppm), NOx (ppm) and O2 (%). Private autos with model years greater than 1994 were found to be compliant with international standards and are relatively well maintained. Emissions from older models increased significantly with lack of engine maintenance. The paper concludes with criteria for proposing I/M emission standards based on exhaust measurements taking country-specific socio-economic characteristics into consideration

Monitoring and quantifying crack-based light damage in masonry walls with digital image correlation
No full textRecent, induced earthquakes in the north of the Netherlands have led to a large number of damage claims. Many claims can be considered to fall into the category of ‘light damage’ to the ubiquitous, unreinforced masonry structures in the region. To evaluate and predict the behaviour of cracks, characteristic of light masonry damage, caused by seismic or other actions, an experimental campaign, linked to the validation of computational models, has been pursued. To accurately capture the initiation of visible cracks, wider than 0.1 mm, Digital Image Correlation (DIC) was applied to monitor the entire surface of full-scale wall panels and smaller specimens. Moreover, an optimised speckle pattern and solving algorithm was developed to be able to monitor not only the initiation, but also the propagation of the cracks during subsequent (repeating) loading cycles. In this approach, the crack data is then used to characterise the intensity of damage with a single scalar; the parameter, denoted Ψ and comprising the number, width and length of the cracks, is used to evaluate the progression of light damage in experiments and finite element models. A description of the DIC technique applied and of the development and usage of the damage parameter for masonry is presented herein.Accepted Author ManuscriptApplied MechanicsEmerging Material
