    L’articolo analizza un gruppo di testi di carattere divulgativo, diffusi tramite Internet, riguardanti brevetti, diritti d’autore e marche: si tratta, più precisamente, dei fumetti elaborati dalla Organizzazione Mondiale della Proprietà Intellettuale in occasione della Giornata Mondiale della Proprietà Intellettuale del 2003, e di alcune pagine di domande frequentemente poste (FAQ). Queste ultime vengono identificate come un genere testuale di nuova creazione, legato allo sviluppo della comunicazione elettronica e ancora poco studiato dal punto di vista linguistico. In entrambi i casi siamo di fronte a riformulazioni di un testo fonte di carattere fortemente specialistico e poco accessibile al pubblico, attuate in forma di dialogo. Emergono, tuttavia, significative differenze tra il maggior impegno comunicativo del fumetto, ottenuto mediante la finzione narrativa e la mimesi dell’oralità, e il linguaggio più tecnico e impersonale delle FAQ, da cui è assente il coinvolgimento diretto dell’interlocutor

    In Juana Granados’ (1901-1978) works, covering different Hispanic subjects, the textbook "La lingua spagnola" (1960), re-printed until 1993, is of particular significance. In this paper we deal with the first version of this bestseller, i.e. "Per incominciare... lo studio della lingua spagnola nelle scuole medie inferiori" (1937), a school manual conceived within the frameworks of the curriculum standards set by the Italian Fascist Government. Along with the fragments of literary or relevant works in the culture of that time, the vast majority of the examples in the manual are anonymous and, therefore, attributed to the author, although they can be extracted from other source texts that Granados does not quote. These ‘humble’ text play an important cognitive role in the formation of mental models and in shared beliefs; although this is a second language manual, these examples are designed to structure the image of the students' own culture and to build the identity of Italian teenagers

    "(Im)polite strategies in telecinematic discourse: irony and sarcasm in the TV series "Vis a Vis"

    [EN] This paper addresses the use of the annotations and descriptions in the scripts of a Spanish television series asmetapragmatic labels that classify (im)polite instances as ironic or sarcastic. Fictional data are proposed as a corpus that allows a first-order approach to the lay understanding and evaluation of (im)polite utterances as ironic or sarcastic, as the scriptwriters use them in the scripts when addressing the production crew. Our qualitative analysis allows us to focus on the main (im)polite strategies marked as ironic or sarcastic in the corpus and shows a substantial similiarity in the use of both labels.[ES] En el presente estudio se propone un acercamiento a los guiones de una serie televisiva española utilizando las acotaciones y las descripciones como marcas metapragmáticas que clasifican los enunciados como irónicos o sarcásticos. De esta manera, se plantea el corpus de estudio como un material discursivo que permite un acercamiento a la (des)cortesía de primer orden, en el que puede observarse el uso operativo y la interpretación que los guionistas hacen de los rótulos irónico o sarcástico en su producción discursiva orientada hacia los profesionales que crean un producto audiovisual.
