Vecinalismo: un espacio histórico para la acción colectiva. Estudio de caso de las asociaciones vecinales de la ciudad de Rosario y Granadero Baigorria (1990-2010)
No full text“Vecinalismo, un espacio histórico para la acción colectiva”, analiza las
características de la transformación que sufrieron las asociaciones vecinales en las ciudades
de Granadero Baigorria y Rosario en el periodo 1990-2010, por medio del estudio de caso
de este tipo particular de organizaciones de la sociedad civil con base territorial.
Los profundos cambios estructurales tanto económicos como políticos y sociales
que vivió nuestro país, implementados durante la última dictadura militar y profundizados en
la década de los 80s y 90s por medio de políticas neoliberales, han impactando
notoriamente en la manera en que la sociedad se organiza, participa y demanda.
Muchas organizaciones asumieron el rol de implementadoras de diversas políticas
impulsadas por el Estado, otras, ante la inacción del Estado, han asumido funciones antes
reservadas exclusivamente al aparato estatal.
La crisis socio-política del año 2001 implicó rotundos cuestionamientos al sistema, y
sobre todo, a los parámetros culturales individualistas y de prácticas políticas delegativas,
inaugurando, en la sociedad civil, espacios novedosos de participación y una reactivación de
los ya existentes como las vecinales, los clubes de barrio, y las bibliotecas populares.
De esta manera se configuró un mapa complejo donde las organizaciones existentes
cambiaron sus prácticas, redefinieron sus objetivos y en algunos casos, adaptaron sus
estructuras internas.
En este sentido, la investigación busca explorar cómo han influido los cambios
políticos, económicos, y sociales de las últimas décadas en la forma en que los vecinos
participan en las asociaciones vecinales, cómo transformaron sus objetivos y su

Sociedad, Estado y democracia en la teoría política : investigaciones de ayudantes alumnos 2021-2022 de la cátedra de Teoría Política II
No full textPara la cátedra de Teoría Política II es una gran satisfacción presentar esta publicación con los
trabajos finales de las y los ayudantes alumnos del período 2021-2023.
Fue un proceso muy rico, que empezó con el planteamiento de un interés general, pasó luego por
compartir lecturas en seminarios internos, siguió con la presentación de avances de investigación
en clases especiales de la asignatura y en el marco del Congreso de Democracia de la Facultad de
Ciencia Política de la UNR y termina con estos capítulos, que expresan la particularidad de cada
ayudante y al mismo tiempo se vinculan en un conjunto orgánico, representativo de los intereses
de nuestra materia.
Las y los autores tuvieron el acompañamiento de las y los docentes de la cátedra: Mercedes
Betria, Esteban Domínguez, Alberto Ford, Marco Iazzetta, Alejandro Moreyra, María Eugenia
Schmuck y Gisela Signorelli.
Sentimos el orgullo de haber acompañado el trabajo individual creativo, cooperativo y
responsable de las y los autores, que hacen un aporte significativo a la producción de nuevas
ideas y nuevas líneas de investigación sobre autoras y autores de importancia para la ciencia

VALORIZZARE ATTRAVERSO LA SUPERFICIE TRA CREATIVITÀ E CONSERVAZIONE
No full textIl mutamento dei paradigmi interpretativi del paesaggio costruito ha ormai completamente scalzato un approccio semplicistico della pianificazione, tutto orientato verso la città, intesa come aggregato di elementi diversamente organizzati, per lasciare spazio ad una sua lettura come summa di relazioni e significati stratificati. Nella relazione tra paesaggio e modello sociale - e loro interrelazioni -, in particolare, si individua tanto l’origine di precisi valori culturali da tutelare, quanto l’opportunità di sviluppare momenti di riflessione condivisi nell’alveo del processo di tutela- fruizione-valorizzazione. Sul piano normativo, nel dibattito nazionale ed internazionale, si è giunti a definizioni di principio, ma ancora mancano quelle relative a strategie e metodologie operative di intervento, che vanno perciò precisandosi empiricamente, prorogando il tempo della reinterpretazione di ruoli e mansioni di istituzioni e professionisti coinvolti.
Il contributo presenta una disamina di interventi di rigenerazione e valorizzazione in cui si è intervenuti in via preferenziale sulle superfici architettoniche, per modificarne in maniera sensibile la percezione nella comunità. Siano essi nati in maniera spontanea, o su commissione (come il noto intervento dello street artist Blu a Bologna, nato e rimosso per iniziativa dello stesso autore, o il lavoro di Hitnes realizzato a Roma su incarico dell’Università “La Sapienza”); siano essi di natura permanente o effimera (esempio emblematico sono, sempre a Bologna, gli interventi annualmente - ed appositamente - programmati in occasione del Cheap festival, o, tutte quelle iniziative che prevedono il ricorso al light design per la valorizzazione del patrimonio, come accade a Lione con il festival delle luci Fête des Lumières - autunno 2017 -, ma anche in Italia, con riferimento all’esperienza romana di illuminazione del Foro Augusto Archeoshow - estate 2017-), gli interventi presentati sono accomunati dallo scopo di favorire il processo di riappropriazione dell’eredità culturale da parte della comunità che la vive, obiettivo primo della Convenzione di Faro (2005).
La ricostruzione della genesi di differenti esperienze permette di metterne a fuoco il rapporto con i valori culturali storicizzati e, laddove sorgano, l’apporto di nuovi, ovvero la coerenza con quanto definito “salvaguardia” e “gestione del paesaggio” nella Convenzione europea del paesaggio (Firenze, 2000). L’analisi empirica delle suddette esperienze consente inoltre di tentare una prima ri-definizione di competenze e ruolo di istituzioni e professionisti coinvolti; nonché, infine, di identificare modalità e tecniche di esecuzione più idonee al fine di garantire la tutela e la conservazione del patrimonio architettonico, se non, addirittura, dei medesimi interventi, quando perfettamente integrati a quell’eredità-patrimonio culturale da preservare ed arricchire.The contribution presents an examination of programs of enhancement and regeneration of the historical urban landscape, realized through the design of architectural surfaces, aiming at modifying in a sensitive way the perception of the communities, realizing new meanings or revealing latent ones. These interventions could born spontaneously, or on commission (as the well-known work of the street artist Blu in Bologna, born and removed by the initiative of the author himself; or the work of Hitnes, realized in Rome on behalf of the University "La Sapienza"); whether they could be permanent or ephemeral (an example could be the interventions in Salerno during the festival Muri d’Autore, or all those initiatives that involve light design for the enhancement of heritage, as in Lyon with the festival of lights Fête des Lumières - or in Rome, referring to the lighting experience of the Fori Imperiali during the Archeoshow of last summer), all these interventions are linked each other through a common objective, which is to favor the process of re-appropriation of the cultural heritage by the community that lives it, as stated by Faro Convention (2005). In the face of this analysis, the contribution questions from the technical point of view on the appropriateness of implementing strategies of a permanent or temporary nature, reflecting on their respective consequences and the limits of their scope
Dalla biblioteca personale al fondo Amalia Signorelli - From the Personal Library to the Amalia Signorelli Book Fund: I percorsi intellettuali di un’antropologa e la riproduzione del sapere antropologico - The intellectual paths of an Anthropologist and the reproduction of the anthropological knowledge
No full textThe article describes the establishment of the Amalia Signorelli book fund, in 2024, at The Orientale University of Naples, derived from a donation from her personal library. The analysis highlights connections of meanings and life between books, research, and works produced by the author intertwining in some of her scientific and existential paths. From a perspective that recalls Geertz, the fund becomes fertile ground for a reflection on scientific production and life paths grafted into anthropological writing. The article first shows the reasons for the choice of the fund’s location, then some connections between volumes of the library and the author’s research areas, characterized by innovation and interdisciplinarity. Finally, considering the current transformations that affect books and paper sources, it underlines the need to preserve and pass on book heritage, such as the fund discussed here, which is useful both for gaining a historical perspective and carrying out new research in the future
