No full textLubna Algadrie is an Indonesian who studied in Australia at Sydney University in 1977 and again in 1984-1985. This dataset includes an audio recording of a whole-of-life interview conducted with Lubna, which details her personal experiences as a participant in Australian-sponsored tertiary education scholarship programs - the Colombo Plan and the Australian International Development Assistance Bureau (AIDAB) Scholarship. The timed summary is based on the audio recording. The interview was conducted in English by Dr Jemma Purdey of Deakin University. The interview was recorded on 31 May 2014. This set comprises: an interview recording, a timed summary of the interview, and a photograph of Lubna Algadrie - Indonesian alumni 1970 and 1980 cohorts
Covers for S-acts and condition (A) for a monoid S
Full text linkA monoid S satisfies Condition (A) if every locally cyclic left S-act is cyclic. This condition first arose in Isbell’s work on left perfect monoids, that is, monoids such that every left S-act has a projective cover. Isbell showed that S is left perfect if and only if every cyclic left S-act has a projective cover and Condition (A) holds. Fountain built on Isbell’s work to show that S is left perfect if and only if it satisfies Condition (A) together with the descending chain condition on principal right ideals, MR. We note that a ring is left perfect (with an analogous definition) if and only if it satisfies MR. The appearance of Condition (A) in this context is therefore monoid specific.Condition (A) has a number of alternative characterisations, in particular, it is equivalent to the ascending chain condition on cyclic subacts of any left S-act. In spite of this, it remains somewhat esoteric. The first aim of this article is to investigate the preservation of Condition (A) under basic semigroup-theoretic constructions.Recently, Khosravi, Ershad and Sedaghatjoo have shown that every left S-act has a strongly flat or Condition (P) cover if and only if every cyclic left S-act has such a cover and Condition (A) holds. Here we find a range of classes of S-acts C such that every left S-act has a cover from C if and only if every cyclic left S-act does and Condition (A) holds. In doing so we find a further characterisation of Condition (A) purely in terms of the existence of covers of a certain kind.Finally, we make some observations concerning left perfect monoids and investigate a class of monoids close to being left perfect, which we name left IPa-perfect

Arum Mayangsari. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga, Dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasaan Konsumen Pada Oemah Lulur Lubna Di Kaligelang Pemalang.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna. 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap kepuasaan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna. 3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna. 4). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, dan lokasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna.
Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi rank spearman, uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi rank spearman, analisis korelasi berganda, uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi berganda, dan analisis koefisien determinasi.
Dari hasil Penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna Pemalang dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,766 dengan nilai Zhitung = 5,472 > Ztabel = 1,96. Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna Pemalang dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,641 dengan nilai Zhitung = 6,378 > Ztabel = 1,96. Terdapat pengaruh yang cukup kuat dan signifikan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna Pemalang dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,550 dengan nilai Zhitung = 5,472 > Ztabel = 1,96. Terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan, persepi harga, dan lokasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Oemah Lulur Lubna Pemalang dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi berganda kualitas pelayanan, persepi harga, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,832 dengan nilai Fhitung = 72,092 > Ftabel = 2,70.

No full textCalistung Tutoring (Read, Write, Count) is a non-formal educational institution thatapplies additional and complementary learning for children with basic knowledgeof reading, counting, writing and counting. This study aims to find out how the roleof Lubna Bimbel Karangwangkal in accompanying and developing calistung skills inchildren around their village and outside the village. This research uses a qualitativeapproach. Data collection techniques consist of observations and interviews whichare then analyzed into conclusions. The results of this study show that 1) LubnaBimbell Karangwangkal is able to develop children\u27s learning skills at the age ofkindergarten-elementary school grade 3 using modules made by themselves, 2)Parents feel helped by the existence of Lubna Bimbel, 3) Lubna Bimbel apart frombeing a calistung tutoring, also becomes a daycare place when learning is complete,4) Many parents have entrusted their children with names to follow the tutoring,5) The implementation of tutoring at Lubna Bimbel is very effective and efficientso that the results obtained by children look significant from the learning results 6)The evaluation carried out by Lubna Bimbel is different from other tutors, namelyusing practice questions 1 at the top level which makes children master learning atthe upper level
