Prediction analysis of the happiness ranking of countries based on macro level factors
Happiness is an essential universal human goal in their life that can improve the quality of life. Since the introduction of positive psychology, the primary consideration has been pointed out to the study of the role from certain factors in predicting the happiness, especially the advancement of technology that allows computer-mediated to be part of human interaction. It provides a multidimensional approach and indirect influence to the human expression and communication. The project investigates what it takes to build a happy country by analysing on the relationship between the happiness ranking of countries and their macro level factors. The World Happiness Report 2019 is used coupled with Python programming for visualizing and extracting information from the dataset to better understand the bigger picture
Dealing with Voters' Privacy Preferences and Readiness in Electronic Voting
Various countries have been encouraged to adopt electronic voting because it can reduce operational cost and time spent for tabulation process. In the current research, it has been mentioned several problem arised in term of technical aspects, voters’ trust, machine vulnerabilities and privacy right in which experts argued the election system have been compromised. In short term, the certain faction will try to exploit the system weaknesses for their own benefit, while in the long term, it can create public distrust to the government, which decrease the voters turn out, break the participation willingness and downgrade the quality of voting. Thus, the government should deal with previous issues in the election before adopting electronic approach while at the same time align with voters’ expectation to provide better election in serve citizen through comprehensive analysis. This study provide initial step to analyse the readiness of electronic voting from the social perspective in response to how Indonesia view the initiative to adopt new tech in voting system

various problem, e-Voting offer the tremendous benefit to the society to celebrate the right in electing candidate with their own choice freely and responsibly. Despite its advantages, this celebration has great risks; challenges and threats regard the privacy of voters, which must be revealed, not only during the election but also before and after the election for several purposes. Thus, it should be some way for purpose of protection in one way or another. In this following decade as we can see from literature, the technology try as hard as can to answer this issue by several kind of protection methods, still further study need to be done to improve the solution offered. Therefore, the solution is not limited from technology side, we can also try to configure from different angle or perspective, such as from legal
regulation protection or from social norm campaign. Thus, this study explain and suggests the need to put social norm as the middleware or mediator between IT perspectives while legal protection as supportive role in forming the alliance to deliver fundamental solution as the answer

The IT Governance Measurement using Cobit 5 Framework in Quality Assurance Department
This research is conducted to measure and evaluate of IT governance at quality assurance department of XYZ university. The measurement used the COBIT 5 framework by Process Assesment Model. The objective of this research is performing the measurement and evaluation of the IT Governance in the Quality Assurance Division of XYZ University with DSS domains in COBIT 5 Framework. The approach utilized the primer data from interview and questionaire, and secondary data from observation and document stages. The result of this research show the most of the capability level process of IT Governance are at Level 1 (performed) they are 4 processes form DSS domain (DSS01, DSS04, DSS05, DSS06) and at Level 2 (DSS02, DSS03). The conclusion of this research show most of the process perform capability level 1 today
Information Security Awareness at the Knowledge-Based Institution: Its Antecedents and Measures
AbstractInformation security awareness (ISA) is referred to as a state of consciousness where user ideally committed to the rules, recognize the potentiality, understand the importance of responsibilities and act accordingly. Despite the number of case occurred in information security breaches, especially at knowledge-based institution result from the reluctance of user's failure to comply with security guidelines, such effective measure should take place to anticipate the negative effect. Therefore, more attention is required to understand the roles of individual, institutional and environmental antecedent for optimization in raising the information security awareness. This paper elucidated the roles of its antecedent and measure in influencing ISA of user using survey method that contributes for better understanding by analyzing user perception. From the resuls, this study identified several important factor impacts to the awareness and its relationship to other factor such as religious indicator can influence peer performance but also social pressure. Thus higher education can focus the policy for encouraging them to have proper response from student and staff in avoiding security incident
