Uji Ketahanan Berbagai Varietas Padi (Oryza sativa L.) Terhadap Serangan Nematoda Meloidogyne spp. di Rumah Kasa
Koresy Devanan LT. 2021. Evaluation of Resistance in Rice Varieties (Oryza sativa L.) Against Meloidogyne spp. in The Screen House. Supervised by Lahmuddin Lubis and Lisnawita. This study aim to test the resistance of rice varieties against Meloidogyne spp. This research was conducted in the screen house, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara with a height of ± 25 meters above sea level. The study used 5 rice varieties, namely: Inpari 39, Unsoed 1, Mekongga, Ciherang, and IR 64. The results showed that there were 2 criteria for plant resistance, namely moderately susceptible and moderately resistant. Inpari 39, Unsoed 1, IR 64, and Ciherang varieties were moderately susceptible varieties, while Mekongga was moderately resistant to Meloidogyne spp.Koresy Devanan LT. 2021. Ronaldo Pangaribuan “Tingkat Serangan Ulat Kantung Cremastopsyche pendula Joannis. Terhadap Tanaman Kelapa Sawit Menghasikan dan Belum Menghasikan di Rambong Sialang Estate PTPP. London Sumatera Indonesia” di bawah bimbingan Marheni dan Lahmuddin Lubis. Cremastopsyche pendula Joannis merupakan ulat kantung pemakan daun kelapa sawit yang merugikan dan dapat menurunkan produktivitas tanaman kelapa sawit. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan tingkat serangan ulat kantung pada kondisi tanaman menghasilkan (TM) dan tanaman belum menghasilkan (TBM). Penelitian dilakukan di Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit PTPP. London Sumatera Indonesia Rambong Sialang Estate di Desa Rambong Sialang Kecamatan Sei Rampah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai pada Januari sampai Maret 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systemic random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara berurutan dengan interval tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serangan hama ulat kantung Cremastopsyche pendula Joannis lebih banyak terjadi pada tanaman muda (TBM) dibandingkan dengan tanaman tua (TM). Persentase serangan tertinggi terdapat pada sampel blok TBM yaitu 13.09% dan persentase serangan terendah terdapat pada sampel blok TM yaitu 3.30%.Ronaldo Pangaribuan "Worm Attack Level Pouch Cremastopsyche pendula Joannis. Pengaruh Penyinaran Ultra Violet terhadap Patogenitas Fusarium Moniliforme Penyebab Penyakit Pokahbung pada Tanaman Tebu

sugarcane and can reduce sugar production. This research was study to determine
the effect of UV to pathogenicity of F. moniliforme. This research had been
conducted at green house of University of Sumatera Utara for July-October 2016
using completely randomized design (CRD) nonfactorial with five treatments are
M0, M1, M2, M3, M4 (Without UV exposure, UV exposure for 15, 30, 45, and 60
minutes) with five replications and 3 units. The results showed that UV radiation is
able to change the color pigment F. moniliforme isolates, Pathogenicity of F.
moniliforme was declined after UV radiation and UV irradiation for 45 minutes is

Pass.) PADA TANAMAN JAGUNG (Zea mays. L) Dt TANAH KARO, dibawah
bimbingan Bapak Ir. Lahmuddin Lubis, MP selaku ketua komisi pembimbing
dan Bapak Ir. Kasmal Aripin MSi selaku anggota komisi pembimbing.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan tanaman
terpadu dan teknik pengendalian yang paling efektif dalam mengendalikan
penyakit hawar daun (H. turcicum).
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Tanah Karo dengan ketinggian
tempat + 1350 m dpl. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak
Terpisah (RPT), terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor | fungisida terdiri dari 3 taraf
perlakuan ; Fo (kontrol ), F1 (Fungisida Score 250 EC) dan F2 (Fungisida Dithane
M- 45 80 WP) dan faktor ke II yaitu varietas terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan yaitu Vs
(Bisi 7), V2 (Pioneer 15), V3(Cargill 7), V4 (Pioneer 12) dan V5 (Cargill 9)

The object of the study is to know some effectivenes fungicides
againts plant purple strain disease Alternaria porri Ell. Cif on red onion.
The reseach was done in Tongging, Kabupaten Karo above 500
m from sea level. Reseach starting in April until July 2007.
Reseach applies Non Factorial Randomized Block Design (Non
Factorial RAK) which consist of F0 (control/non act), F1 (Sirih leaf
extracts), F2 (Mimba leaf extracts), F3 (Gambir) and F4 (fungicide Dithane
M-45 80 WP) as compared. The parameter perceived intensity attack (%)
percentage of attack (Alternaria porri) and shallot production (Ton/ha).
The result of the study shows that values of natural fungicides,
significantly influences after aplication to the intensity of attack from
Alternaria porri Ell. Cif. The highest value range of each found on act F3
(gambir) about 18,72 % and the lowest found on F1 (sirih leaf extracts)
about 15,67 %. Highest production found on F1 about 10,4 Ton/Ha and

the research was to know The best time application Trichoderma harzianum Rifai
with substrat to supress Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. on soybean. This research was
done in BPTP , Medan at August until December 2010. This reseach use factorial
randomized blok design, the treatment were the time aplication and substrat of
Trichoderma harzianum RifaI with 12 treatments combination and 3 replications.
The research showed the highest disease incidence at S0T1 and S0T2 (control)
was 10.02 % and the lowest at S1T1 was 0,71%. The highest production was at
S1T1 (bran and the time aplication one week befor inokulasi
Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.) with 50,50g/plant and the lowest at S0T1 (control) with

Plant Protection Sungai Putih Research Center since July to September 2008. The
aims of the research was to know different resistant rubber comersial klons to 3

isolate fall of leaf disease (C. gloeosporioides Penz. Sacc.). The research used the
method of complete factorial random design with 40 combine of treatmentand 3
repeats. Clones that used were BPM 24, PB 260, BPM 1, RRIC 100, PB 330,
IRR 118, IRR 104, BPM 107, BPM 109, PB 217. C. gloeosporioides isolate from
Sumut (Sungai Putih), Palembang (Sembawa), Jawa tengah (Salatiga), and control
(used aquadest steril). The result of research showed that the clone BPM 109 (K9)
is a resistant clone, clone BPM 24 (K1) is a moderat clone, and the other clones
were is a middle resistant. Periode latent to all isolate except control to 2 hsi was a
clone BPM 24 and BPM 1. Isolate from Salatiga showed a high virulence if
