Mobile Exam System – MES: Architecture for Database Management
As the mobile applications are constantly facing a rapid development in the recent years especially in the academic environment such as student response system (Lópeza, Royoa, Labordab & Calvoa, 2009; Ngai & Gunasekaran, 2007; Mary & Biju, 2008; Nayak & Erinjeri, 2008; Roth, Ivanchenko & Record, 2008; Lu, Stav & Pain, 2009; Lu, 2009; Turning technologies, 2010) used in universities and other educational institutions; there has not been reported an effective and scalable Database Management System to support fast and reliable data storage and retrieval. This paper presents Database Management Architecture for an Innovative Evaluation System based on Mobile Learning Applications. The need for a relatively stable, independent and extensible data model for faster data storage and retrieval is analyzed and investigated. It concludes by emphasizing further investigation for high throughput so as to support multimedia data such as video clips, images and documents

Asian Economic Integration - Perspectives from a Chinese Scholar
Since the 1990s, regional economic integration has become an unstoppable trend throughout the world. As the most telling feature of that, regional trade agreements (RTAs) have expanded explosively in the past fifteen years (see figure 1). According to the latest WTO data, the number of RTAs of all kinds (including those in implementation or to be signed) had reached almost 300 by the end of 2005. 250 of them have been notified to WTO, among which 130 were notified after January 1995, with most signed recently. So far, 173 RTAs have been notified to WTO and taken effect. It is assessed that there are still over 70 RTAs which havent been notified to WTO but about to come into effect.Asian Economic Integration
On the low density limit of Boson models
We study a nonrelativistic quantum system coupled, via a quadratic interaction (cf. formula (1.10) below), to a free Boson gas in the Fock state. We prove that, in the low density limit (z = fugacity → 0), the family of processes given by the collective Weyl operators and the collective coherent vectors, converge to the Fock quantum Brownian motion over L 2(R, dt; K), where K is an appropriate Hilbert space (cf. Section (1.) ). Moreover we prove that the matrix elements of the wave operator of the system at time t/z 2 in the collective coherent vectors converge to the matrix elements, in suitable coherent vectors of the quantum Brownian motion process, of a unitary Markovian cocycle satisfying a quantum stochastic differential equation ruled by some pure number process (i.e. no quantum diffusion part and only the quantum analogue of the purely discontinuous, or jump, processes)
