    Abstract&#x0D;  &#x0D; Background : Sisik naga herbs (Pyyrosiapiloselloides (L) M.G. Price) is an epiphyte plants with compounds of flavonoids and tannins. The compound provides antibacterial potency. This plant is effective for wounds, canker sores, constipation and dysentery. The antibacterial activity of the plant is potentially for development of medicinal plant compounds. The extraction process by  maceration for 3 days with three repetitions. From 1 kg of weight of Sisik naga obtained 4.95% extract. Antibacterial test using the dilution methods. The results showed the Sisik naga herbs provide antibacterial activity with MIC 256 μg/mL and MBC 512 μg/mL against bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. As a positive control used a solution of chloramphenicol.(Objective) This research is aimed to knowing the antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts from Sisik naga hersb. &#x0D; Method : The extraction process by  maceration for 3 days with three repetitions with ethanol. Antibacterial avtivity tes by dilution methods. &#x0D; Results :. From 1 kg of Sisik naga obtained 4.95% extract..     Implementasi Posbindu PTM untuk Mendukung UNNES Menjadi Kampus Sehat

    Latar belakang: Salah satu masalah kesehatan di Kota Semarang terkhusus di wilayah Kecamatan Sekaran dan wilayah kampus Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) adalah tingginya risiko peningkatan prevalensi Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM). Hal ini didorong dengan kurangnya kunjungan masyarakat dalam program posbindu dan banyaknya populasi beresiko mulai dari kelompok usia remaja hingga dewasa muda. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan implementasi program kesehatan, dalam hal ini program yang dimaksud adalah Posbindu PTM di kampus. Berkolaborasi dengan pihak terkait, yakni Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Semarang dan Puskesmas Sekaran, UNNES menciptakan Posbindu PTM untuk menekan tingginya prevalensi PTM.Metode: Pelaksanaan Posbindu PTM di Kampus UNNES akan dilaksanakan selama 8 bulan. Pelaksanaanya mulai dari perencanaan program, pembentukan dan pelatihan tim, implementasi program, dan monitoring serta evaluasi.Hasil: Penyelenggaran Posbindu PTM bertujuan agar faktor risiko PTM civitas akademika UNNES dapat dicegah dan dikendalikan lebih dini. Faktor risiko PTM yang telah terpantau secara rutin dapat selalu terjaga pada kondisi normal, Apabila factor resiko PTMberada dalam kondisi buruk, faktor risiko tersebut harus dikembalikan pada kondisi normal. Pada tahap dini, kondisi faktor risiko PTM dapat dicegah dan dikendalikan melalui diet yang sehat, aktifitas fisik yang cukup dan gaya hidup yang sehat seperti berhenti merokok, pengelolaan stres dan lain-lain.Simpulan: Kedepannya pengabdi berharap dapat melakukan konseling kepada civitas akademika UNNES untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan faktor risiko PTM
