Prognostic, diagnostic and predictive value of various proteins and mutations in lung carcinomas
Lund-Iversen and colleagues have studied three different, but comparable cohorts with lung carcinomas. One cohort (n= 436), consisting of surgical treated lung cancer, was
investigated for the presence of rearrangement of NUT-BRD4 genes, corresponding to t (15; 19) (q13; p13.1) chromosomal rearrangement. The material was examined with immunohistochemistry against the protein expression corresponding to this rearrangement. In the second cohort (n=236), the significance of the proteins estrogen receptor alpha, thymydylate synthase (TS), folate receptor alpha, folypolyglutamate synthetase and thyroid transctiption factor -1 (TTF-1) was investigated. Protein expressions were examined with immunohistochemistry. In the third cohort (n=903), all cases were analyzed with polymerase chain reaction against mutations in the EGFR gene. We identified 11 exon 20 mutations. These cases were further characterized with histology, smoking habits and response to tyrosine kinase inhibitors

Sociala Medier i Kulturskolan i Kungsbacka
The School of Arts in Kungsbacka, Sweden, contacted the media producer student Erik Iversen to help them to develop an action plan for their social media project. The school wants to use social media to attract more visitors to the school events but don’t know how to use social media. The action plan would help the teachers of the school to communicate via social media and set up a strategy for how the media can be used as a tool. The project began with a pilot study in which timing and requirements of the work were set. This work was followed by interviews with the teachers of the school and then an executive in the form of writing the action plan. The project resulted in an action plan with a personal touch for the School of Arts in Kungsbacka with guidelines and suggestions over the usage of social media. Conclusions of the project are the importance of planning and how the working process is set.The report's theoretical part focuses on how marketing through social media looks at different levels in terms of strategy-setting but also a part about manuals and how they are written and what to consider when writing them

Corpus Troporum XII. Tropes du Gloria : Volume 1. Introduction et édition des textes
The present volume is an edition of medieval liturgical tropes to the most extensive chants of the Roman Mass, Gloria in excelsis Deo. Following the editions of tropes to the Agnus Dei and Sanctus by the same editor in the series Corpus Troporum, this is the third part dedicated to Ordinary tropes. It is based on 137 manuscripts dating from the ninth through the thirteenth centuries. Volume 1 contains an introduction presenting the Gloria chant, its history and its interpretation by medieval commentators. Iversen presents the various compositional methods used by medieval compilers, who, combining ‘wandering’ verses, could vary the form of the troped chant in almost unlimited ways. The innovative aspect of this edition is to present for the reader as much material from this extensive poetic tradition while keeping faithful to the manuscript witnesses. Thus the main part of the first volume contains the critical edition of 152 tropes and prosulas amounting to thousands of verses, in various ways and at various points inserted into the Gloria chanted in the medieval Mass.ars edendicorpus troporu
