    Factors Influencing Training and Development and Organizational Performance of Thapyay Hospital (Naing Lin Aung, 2025)

    The main objectives of this study are to examine the factors influencing training and development, to analyze the mediating effect of employee engagement on the relationship between training and development and organizational performance, and to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between training and development and organizational performance at Thapyay hospital. Sampling size is 69 clinical staffs and the census method is used in the study. Clinical staffs include doctors, nurses, pharmaceutical staffs and laboratory technicians. Questionnaire survey method with a 5-point Likert scale is used to collect primary data. Secondary data are gathered from organizational records and relevant academic sources. Descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis are used to analyze the data. The results reveal that training design, onthe- job training, and delivery style have positive and significant effect on training and development. There is the mediating effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on the relationship between training and development and organizational performance. Based on these findings, Thapyay hospital should continue investing in structured, practical, and engaging training programs to support employee growth and enhance organizational performance

    This study analyzes the impact of agricultural input subsidized by government and actual paddy production of farmers. The descriptive method is used base on both primary data and secondary data from Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation of Myanmar in this thesis. It is found that MADB loans offer to farmers by government subsidies. There are six objectives on loans disbursing. These objective are to develop of agricultural, livestock and rural socio-economic enterprises in a simple procedure, to promote rural banking, to encourage saving habit in order to bring about it self-help spirit among rural population, to support socio-economic development in the rural area, to cultivate habit of using banking service and to develop banking business. MADB banks disburse loan by rule and regulation. Bank cannot offer to first priority to farmer’s needs and cannot disburse individually to farmers. MADB first priority is to get most resettlement in every year. Bank disburse loans to village tract level. So MADB cannot disburse the loans to farmers with sufficient and right time.     Effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty At TrustLink Co.,Ltd. (Lin Aung Kyaw, 2024)

    The objectives of this study are to examine the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction, to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and to explore the moderating effect of switching costs on the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty at TrustLink Co., Ltd. There are 125 customers in 2024. This study utilizes both primary and secondary data. Primary data are collected from 95 respondents among 125 customers using a simple random sampling method, with an online survey featuring a structured questionnaire. Secondary data are sourced from relevant textbooks, academic journals, and prior research. Descriptive statustucs and Linear regression analyses are employed to analyze the collected data. The statistics indicates that key components of relationship marketing namely, commitment and communication have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction in turn positively influences customer loyalty. The study further explores the moderating role of switching costs, revealing that switching costs do not have moderating effect on relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty. Findings from this study indicate that strengthening relationship marketing practices, particularly in areas of commitment and communication, can foster greater customer loyalty. These insights are valuable not only to TrustLink Co., Ltd. but also to other organizations within Myanmar’s system integrator industry, providing actionable recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and retention through targeted relationship marketing practice

    Effect of Microfinance Services on Socio-Economic Status of Local Households in Dala Township ( Darly Lin Aung, 2023)

    This study analyzed the effects of microfinance services on households in Dala Township. The study used both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were collected by interviewing with the use of structured questionnaire. Targeted MFIs’ clients are from urban area of the Dala Township. A Sample size of 395 household units were selected by using simple random sampling method. This study applied regression analysis and descriptive statistics. Microfinance services considered in a study are measured by micro credit, micro saving, micro insurance, social and business training. According to the regression results, all the microfinance services positively affect on socio – economic benefits of the clients. The results also indicated that micro credit services had mostly affected on socio – economic status of household units, and followed by social and business training. As regarding the affecting social conditions of clients, the results point out that they could take care of the health of their family members. As an economic condition, they enhance the family income level and selling goods for their business. Therefore, this study suggested that MFIs should emphasize to provide efficient and effective loan products, saving, insurance scheme, training with skillset development to improve the economic and social benefits of the household units as a whole
