Perancangan dan Pengukuran Kinerja Gudang Bahan Baku di PTXYZ, Sidoarjo
Get PDFPT.XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur sepatu yang mempunyai gudang bahan baku sebagai tempat penyimpanan bahan baku yang nantinya digunakan dalam proses produksi. Dalam gudang ini terdapat 3 warehouse activity utama yaitu aktivitas receiving, aktivitas storage, aktivitas order picking. Walau hanya terdapat 3 aktivitas di gudang tersebut, menurut supervisor dan perusahaan gudang tersebut selalu mengalami permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan manusia dan layout yang menyebabkan seringnya terjadi hambatan selama proses aktivitas berlangsung. Oleh karena itu perusahan perlu melakukan evaluasi kinerja dari aktivitas yang ada untuk mengetahui akar masalah yang ada. Selama ini perusahaan telah melakukan pengkuran kinerja dengan menggunakan 3 indikator yaitu tingkat kesalahan input ke database, tingkat kehadiran pekerja gudang bahan baku, tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan pekerja. Pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan belum bisa mencari akar masalah yang terjadi di gudang bahan baku sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu perusahaan memerlukan perancangan pengukuran kinerja untuk gudang bahan baku yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan kinerja aktivitas yang ada di gudang bahan baku tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rancangan sistem kinerja yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 aktivitas utama sebagai dasar untuk pencarian Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (WKPI), dimana WKPI merupakan tools yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja dari setiap aktivitas gudang bahan baku PT.XYZ. Selanjutnya setelah menetapkan WKPI untuk setiap aktivitas yang ada, dilakukan pembobotan guna mencari tingkat kepentingan dari setiap aktivitas dengan menggunakan software expert choice. Setelah itu akan dilakukan pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan WKPI yang ada dengan bantuan data perusahaan periode Juni 2016 sampai Agustus 2016. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan gudang bahan baku memiliki rata-rata nilai 3, dimana hal tersebut berarti gudang bahan baku memiliki hasil yang belum mencapai baik. Kemudian hasil pengukuran kinerja tersebut diolah menggunakan gap analysis sehingga dapat diketahui 5 nilai gap paling besar yaitu Utilitas gudang (UG) dengan nilai 3.67, Ketepatan pengambilan order bahan baku (KPOBB) dengan nilai 3 , Persentase bahan baku rusak (PBBR) dengan nilai 3, Pengambilan yang dilakukan per operator per jam (PPOP) dengan nilai 2.33, Utilitas peralatan (UPL) dengan nilai 1.67. Setelah melakukan analisa gap,dilakukan analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja untuk mengetahui prioritas untuk ditingkatkan pada bagian action plan. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja yang menjadi prioritas adalah kinerja yang berada pada kuadran III dan IV. Pada kuadran III terdapat WKPI PBBR, KPOBB, dan PPOB, sedangkan pada kuadran IV terdapat WKPI UG. Setelah melakukan analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja serta analisis gap, didapatkan 5 WKPI yang menjadi prioritas dari perbaikan yaitu TG, KPOBB, PBBR, PPOP, UPL. Selanjutnya akan diberikan usulan perbaikan atau action plan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul. Action plan merupakan solusi yang diberikan berdasarkan akar masalah yang ada dengan jelas dan siap untuk diimplementasikan kepada pihak perusahaan.. Action plan yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan penunjuk barang pada setiap blok, pembenahan layout gudang bahan baku PT. XYZ, membuat form pemeriksaan bahan baku gudang, melakukan sertifikasi material handling kepada operator, serta mengevalusi kinerja dari para operator gudang bahan baku. Action plan yang dilakukan di atas akan lebih berkonsentrasi pada perbaikan layout dan manusia yang ada di dalam gudang bahan baku karena masalah yang terjadi lebih berpusat pada kedua hal tersebut

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
