Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya globalisasi yang terjadi saat ini
semakin banyak bermunculan bisnis baru yang berdiri di bidang barang atau jasa.
Persaingan yang semakin luas menuntut pelaku bisnis untuk menerapkan strategi
pemasaran yang tepat agar usaha yang dijalankan dapat terus berkembang. Salah
satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan pelaku usaha untuk menarik minat keputusan
pembelian konsumen adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk, pelayanan,
lokasi dan citra merek.
Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh kualitas
produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Onde-Onde Bo Liem Empunala
Mojokerto (2) Mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada
Onde-Onde Bo Liem Empunala Mojokerto (3) Mengetahui pengaruh lokasi
terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Onde-Onde Bo Liem Empunala Mojokerto (4)
Mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Onde-Onde
Bo Liem Empunala Mojokerto.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian
asosiatif. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan
nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling sejumlah
100. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner
yang disebarkan kepada konsumen. Data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan Smart
PLS dengan menggunakan uji outer model, inner model dan pengujian hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Onde-Onde Bo Liem Empunala
Mojokerto (2) Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan
pembelian pada Onde-Onde Bo Liem Empunala Mojokerto (3) Lokasi tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Onde-Onde Bo Liem
Empunala Mojokerto (4) Citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan
pembelian pada Onde-Onde Bo Liem Empunala Mojokerto.

A Comparative Study on Multi-person Tracking Using Overlapping Cameras
No full textWe present a comparative study for tracking multiple persons using cameras with overlapping views. The evaluated methods consist of two batch mode trackers (Berclaz et al, 2011, Ben-Shitrit et al, 2011) and one recursive tracker (Liem and Gavrila, 2011), which integrate appearance cues and temporal information differently. We also added our own improved version of the recursive tracker. Furthermore, we investigate the effect of the type of background estimation (static vs. adaptive) on tracking performance. Experiments are performed on two novel and challenging multi-person surveillance data sets (indoor, outdoor), made public to facilitate benchmarking. We show that our adaptation of the recursive method outperforms the other stand-alone trackers

In particular, the chapter explores classroom approaches that are strongly aligned with McInerney’s extensive application of Personal Investment Theory, especially as it applies to Indigenous students in Australia (McInerney & Liem, 2009). With its emphasis on mixed methods, the chapter also offers a methodological extension on McInerney’s quantitative and qualitative research across both Personal Investment and Facilitating Conditions (McInerney, Dowson & Yeung, 2005)
