Objectives: Summarize the progress and hot topic evolution of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) research in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) in recent years and predict future research directions. Methods: Relevant articles from the Web of Science until 31 October 2023 were obtained. Bibliometric analysis of included articles was performed using software (VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and Bibliometrix). The volume and citation of publications, as well as the country, institution, author, journal, keywords of the articles were used as variables to analyze the research trends and hot spot evolution. Results: 1,118 literature from 2008 to 2023 were retrieved from database, with 25 countries/regions, 793 institutions, 5,426 authors, 261 journals involved. Global cooperation was centered on China, Japan, and the United States. Zhengzhou University, an institution from China, had the highest publication. The most prolific author was Guo Wei, and the most prolific journal was Oncology Letters. Analysis of keywords revealed that the research in this field revolved around the role of ncRNAs in the occurrence, development, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of ESCC, mainly including micro RNAs, long non-coding RNAs, and then circular RNAs.Conclusion: Overall, research on ncRNAs in ESCC remains strong. Previous research has mainly focused on the basic research, with a focus on the mechanism of ncRNAs in the occurrence, development, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of ESCC. Combining current research with emerging disciplines to further explore its mechanisms of action or shifting the focus of research from preclinical research to clinical research based on diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis, will be the main breakthrough in this field in the future

Terra Sonâmbula de Mia Couto em português e chinês : análise de neologismos

    No full text
Published in 1992, Mia Couto's novel Terra Sonâmbula is marked by the use of neologisms, formed through non-morphological processes as blending and morphological processes as affixation and composition. Mia Couto's creativity is mirrored in the new words that he has invented, through creative processes allowed by the word formation rules of Portuguese. Several studies reflect on the translation of Mia Couto's works into Indo-European languages, such as French and English, but few on the translation into Chinese. The Chinese translation of neologisms is challenging due to the scarcity of equivalent mechanisms to form new words. The present work aims to analyze the Chinese translation of neologisms in Terra Sonâmbula, published in Taiwan, starting from the linguistic differences between Portuguese and Chinese and exploring the transformations underwent by the creative processes during the translation, as well as the differences in the reading experience between Portuguese and Chinese readers. After a brief introduction to the dissertation and the Status Quaestionis, it was made a comparative analysis between Portuguese and Chinese in morphological terms. Then, it was analyzed the translation of neologisms formed by diverse morphological or non-morphological processes, with emphasis on blending words, the most frequent neologisms in Terra Sonâmbula, showing that the translation has preserved, in most cases, the semantic properties of the neologisms, but lost the creative processes due to differences between Portuguese and Chinese. Thus, the images created by the author are accessible to the readers of the translation, but the way in which the images are represented and coordinated is defined by the translator, not according to the readers' own decoding and interpretation of the new words, hence the difference on the reading experience between the readers of Portuguese and Chinese. At the end, we present in the Annexes attached an interview to the translator Jin Xinyi and a corpus with the neologisms identified in Terra Sonâmbula, as well as the respective translation

    No full text
Real economy has always been a crucial component of China’s economic development, while fictitious economy has experienced rapid growth in past decades. As a result, the connection between the real and fictitious economy has become increasingly complex. This study utilized a hierarchical framework for classifying real economy and conducted a hidden causality test and EEMD method to explore a causal relationship between markets. Monthly data from July 2001 to September 2022 were analyzed using a TVP-SV-VAR model to investigate dynamic relationships among the manufacturing, construction, real estate, and financial industries as well as the mechanisms between the real and fictitious economies. The study outcomes demonstrated that the financial and real estate industries have only short-term positive effects on the manufacturing and construction industries, and in the later period of sample intervals, both industries had negative effects on the construction industry. The construction industry in the real economy has already shown a trend of moving “from Real to Virtual”, while the core manufacturing industry in the real economy has not yet exhibited this trend. To prevent the spread of this trend in the real economy, it is necessary to guide the fictitious economy to serve the real economy by regulating its development appropriately. This study offers a novel perspective for examining the real economy and the fictitious economy in China

As financial conditions become more complex and variable, capturing economic patterns becomes harder. The Financial Conditions Index (FCI) has gained traction as a tool to assess the performance of financial markets in nations or regions. This paragraph has created the China FCI using various financial indicators from 2002 to 2022. And with the use of statistical models like DMA-TVP-FAVAR, mixed-frequency Granger causality test, TVP-SV-VAR, and MS-VAR to analyze the relationship between China's financial condition, real economy, and the crude oil market. Different impacts were observed over time and in response to economic shocks, Results show that the fluctuation of international oil price has a negative impact on our financial condition. Therefore, the government should consider the impact of external shock factors such as international crude oil price when formulating financial policies to prevent financial risks

    No full text
Part 1: GIS, GPS, RS and Precision FarmingInternational audienceThis paper reports the capability of electronic nose based on gas chromatograph (GC-Flash) in age identification and brand classification of brandy. Three different kinds of brandies by the static headspace sampling for the injection of the volatile compounds were analyzed. The data were disposed by multivariate data processing based on principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis (CA). The results show that PCA could identify the age as PC1 represented the raw information of age well; PCA on small difference ages of the samples could classify the brands of the samples. The CA would cluster samples by age through its analysis on the three different kinds of brandies respectively; The CA on all samples indicated that significant differences existed among different brands with age under 20 years and clustering process performed firstly in each group by age information and then clustering progressively by age among all groups. GC-Flash electronic nose can be applied to identify the brand and age of different brandies

Consequently, there is an urgent imperative to develop novel antifungal medications for clinical application. This comprehensive review provides a summary of the antifungal properties and mechanisms exhibited by natural polyketides, encompassing macrolide polyethers, polyether polyketides, xanthone polyketides, linear polyketides, hybrid polyketide non-ribosomal peptides, and pyridine derivatives. Investigating natural polyketide compounds and their derivatives has demonstrated their remarkable efficacy and promising clinical application as antifungal agents

Research on Bolt Loosening Mechanism Under Sine-on-Random Coupling Vibration Excitation

    No full text
This paper primarily investigates the mechanism of bolt loosening under the Sine-on-Random (SOR) vibration excitation. Firstly, a theoretical model of bolt loosening response under the SOR synthesized excitation is established by a time–frequency conversion method, which converts the sine excitation into Power Spectrum Density (PSD) expression in the frequency domain and superimposes it with random vibration excitation to obtain the SOR synthesized excitation spectrum. Then, by means of a four-bolt fastened structure, the bolt loosening mechanisms under both the sine and random vibration excitation are deeply studied, respectively. Ultimately, based on the time–frequency conversion method of SOR synthesized excitation, the bolt loosening responses of the structure under SOR excitation with different tightening torques are analyzed. Furthermore, a three-stage criterion including the Steady Stage, Transition Stage, and Loosen Stage for bolt loosening under SOR excitation is revealed, and the relationship among the SOR synthesized vibration responses and the two forms of single vibration responses is explored based on a corrective energy superposition method by introducing the weight factors of the two single vibration responses under different tightening torques. Finally, test verifications for the four-bolt fastened structure are conducted and good consistencies with the results of the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) are shown. This study provides valuable insights into the detection and prevention of loosening in bolted connection structures under multi-source vibration environments and has important engineering reference significance
