Se desconoce el nombre prehispánico del lugar; en la época colonial se llamó San Felipe Calvario, y en 1895, éste último se le cambió por el apellido Los Alzati, en honor de los hermanos José María, Marcos y Darío, héroes locales de la época de la intervención francesa. Las exploraciones arqueológicas llevadas a cabo en el sitio han sido escasas, por lo que sólo se ha descubierto una pequeña parte que corresponde a la zona ceremonial, ésta es, el área visitable.</p

The author informs about the results of a historical investigation about the ancestor of Felipe Pinglo Alva, renowned author o peruvian popular music, whose waltz “El plebeyo” is emblematic of this music, and discusses and explains the origins of the surname Pinglo based on research carried out in ecclesiastical archives in the region of Piura, in northern Peru.

el área de matematicas del estudiante de primer año del ciclo avanzado del CEBA San Felipe,
UGEL 04 Comas, 2019? La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 35 estudiantes del
primer año del ciclo avanzado del CEBA San Felipe, UGEL 04 Comas, 2019. Se
administraron 2 cuestionarios un cuestionario de uso de las tecnologias de la información y
la comunicación y otro cuestionario de ejercicios y problemas sobre matematicas. Los
resultados indican que existe una relación directa moderada y significativa entre el uso de
las tecnologias de la información y la comunicación y el rendimiento academico en el area
de matematica del estudiante del primer año del ciclo avanzado del CEBA San Felipe, UGEL
04 Comas, 2019 porque el valor obtenido mediante la “r” de Pearson es de 0,513. En
conclusión,existe una relación significativa entre el uso de las tecnologias de la información
y la comunicación y el rendimiento academico en el area de matematicas del estudiante del
primer año del ciclo avanzado del CEBA San Felipe, UGEL 04 Comas 2019, porque los
datos muestran porcentajes altos

Get PDFRÉSUMÉ: Ce rapport de recherche-action vise à mettre en évidence les contributions de l’implémentation d’un modèle de lecture critique à l’enseignement et apprentissage des langues dans un cours débutant de langue française au programme Multilingua de l’Université d’Antioquia. L’information recueillie à travers de différents outils a montré comment un modèle heuristique de lecture, utilisant les éléments de base de la post-méthode, a pu engager aux apprenants au niveau linguistique et critique et a favorisé le développement de certaines compétences langagières et l’alphabétisation critique. Antidiabetic and immunomodulatory properties of peptide fractions from Sacha inchi oil press-cake
No full textSacha inchi (SI) oil press-cake (SIPC), a by-product of the sacha inchi oil extraction process, represents a novel protein source with potential bioactive applications in food. In this study, a sacha inchi protein concentrate (SPC) derived from SIPC was subjected to simulated gastrointestinal digestion (SGID) using the INFOGEST 2.0 protocol. The resulting digests were fractionated by ultrafiltration (10 kDa), and the bioactive properties of the peptide fractions were evaluated. In vitro α-amylase inhibition was assessed, along with immunomodulatory markers (NO, IL-6, and TNF-α), in an ex vivo RAW 264.7 cell model. Both gastric and intestinal digests exhibited significant α-amylase inhibition (20–45%), with the <3 kDa intestinal fraction showing the highest inhibition (45% at 20 mg/mL). Both gastric and intestinal <3 kDa fractions reduced NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages subjected to a lipopolysaccharide challenge. HPLC-MS/MS analysis facilitated de novo sequencing of the peptide fractions, identifying 416 peptides resistant to SGID through the find-pep-seq script, which were further assessed in silico for toxicity, allergenicity, and bioavailability, revealing no significant risks and potential drug-likeness development. Molecular docking simulations of three peptides (RHWLPR, RATVSLPR, and QLSNLEQSLSDAEQR) with α-amylase and four peptides (PSPSLVWR, RHWLPR, YNLPMLR, and SDTLFFAR) with the TLR4/MD-2 complex suggesting potential roles in α-amylase inhibition and anti-inflammatory activity, respectively.
