SALMEVOL 1041 - Long Term Monitoring of Kerguelen Islands Colonization by Introduced Salmonids.
This dataset describes the colonization dynamics of 8 introduced species + 1 hybrid complex of salmonids in the subAntarctic Kerguelen islands. It is composed of 1 matrix of presence-absence in space (rivers) and time (years) for each species. River names have been associated to SANDRE / COLISA codes (COLISA is a CRB from IR RARE).
The format is an excel file with multpile sheets, with one sheet describing river data, one sheet describing species data, and all other sheets being species-specific colonization matrices (space X time)
SALMEVOL 1041 - Kerguelen and Crozet scales samples collection data for COLISA CRB - RARe Infrastructure.
This file contains informations pertaining to a long term fish scale sample collection, gathered in the subantarctic islands Kerguelen and Crozet, in relationship to the long term monitoring program SALMEVOL-1041, funded by INRAE and the French Polar Institute. This collection is part of the CRB COLISA, RARE Infrastructure, and is also mentioned in the ZATA LTER framework (INEE/CNRS).
The metadata are comaptible with the COLISA framework:

Supplementary file : Chevalier et al. (2020). A demogenetic individual based model for the evolution of traits and genome architecture under sexual selection.
Supplementary file for a Peer-reviewed and recommended article in PCI Evolutionary Biology. This appendix file will be linked to the PCJ (Peer Community Journal) version of the article
Microsatellite typing data for Labonne et al. 2020 - Genes special issue
These data files provide the genotypes for 15 microsatellite markers in two populations using the NewHybrids format file, in order to determine the pedigree of individuals. They also provide file format to run analyses in Colony for families assignations
RUNAWAY model package on CAPSIS-4 platform.
The RUNAWAY model is a simulation demogenetic agent-based model (DG-ABM) focused on the evolution of traits, behaviours and genome architecture under sexual selection. It is aimed at demonstrating the importance of context-dependence in the retroaction between evolution of traits and evolution of the genetic architecture. It runs on the CAPSIS-4 simulation platform developed by INRAE
MEDITERRANEA: a Demogenetic Agent-Based Model to simulate hybridization dynamics in brown trout.
The present files contain a standalone version of the MEDITERRANEA DG-ABM, a model that simulates eco-evolutionary dynamics in wild brown trout populations, with a focus on the interactions and hybridization between the Mediterranea and Atlantic lineages. A simple user manual is provided (in French language) in an asscoaited PDF file. A complete description of the model structure can be found in Folio 2022: https://theses.hal.science/tel-0412241
Life history traits, metabolic status and reproductive success data for brown trout in an experimental channel
Dataset on brown trout (Salmo trutta) life history, metabolic status and reproductive success used in a control experiment of reproduction, to study the impact of water flow stochasticity on reproductive investment and reproductive success. Experiment A and B1 are under constant water flow. Experiment B2 is under stochastic water flow. In A, only wild fish from river Bastan, France, are placed in the channel. FOr experiments B1 and B2, wild fish from river Bastan, France , and river Urumea, Spain, are placed in sympatry in the channel. At the beginning and end of the experiment and therefore the reproduction period (duration: 2 months), fish are measured for a set of traits, and 2 months after they are removed from the channel and released in their river of origin, emerging fry are sampled and genetically assigned to their potential parents
Marine and freswater temperature data, Kerguelen Islands.
Temperature data obtained during a bio-logging experiment in Kerguelen islands on sea trout (Salmo trutta) from January 2018 to January 2019. Temperatures were obtained using either acoustic receivers equipped for temperature measurement, or directly using VEMCO temperature loggers (for freshwater sites). Temperatures were measured every hours for the formers, and every 4 hours for the latters. Spatial coordinates and depth (for loggers at sea) are also provided.
An excel sheet provides details on all loggers (N=49), and each logger's data are recorded in a simple text file
R language Dynamic game theory code for Chevalier et al. manuscript in American Naturalist.
The present dataset includes three main items. The first item is the code of the model used in Chevalier et al. 2020, published in American Naturalist. It can be run in R software as it is. It simulates the dynamics of optimal choosiness in a game where both sexes can select their partner(s) in a finite time window, with respect to partner quality.
The second item is R code for Shiny Application, that can be run directly in R software. It allows exploring the results of the model in terms of partner availability, under different simulation scenarios.
The third item is also R code for Shiny Application, that can be run directly in R software. It allows exploring the results of the model in terms of optimal choosiness, under different simulation scenarios.
These two last items are provided as compressed .tar files
