No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab persoalan mendasar mengenai proses pembentukan hegemoni pada sosial media youtube channel milik Rokhmat S. Labib sebagai ketua DPP HTI dengan menggunakan pisau analisa dari teori Hegemoni Antonio Gramsci. Peneliti berusaha memetakan duduk permasalahan secara sistematis menggunakan metode penelitian secara kualitatif-deskriptif. Peneliti akan mengawali bagaimana Labib momodifikasi dakwahnya dari dunia nyata menjadi dunia maya. Labib sebagai ketua HTI, menjaga betul keyakinan dan keteguhan pengikutnya dengan mengakomodir kesenjangan sosial yang terjadi di dunia maya dalam hal beragama lewat channel youtube miliknya. Landasan dasar dari dakwahnya adalah mengubah sistem negara yang demokrasi menjadi sistem khilafah. Labib menempuh jalur kebudayaan, dia mencoba melakukan konstelasi ideologi yaitu dengan menyampaikan ideologi tertentu sebagai manifestasi kepentingan semua orang. Dengan begitu, masyarakat akhirnya membentuk sebuah afiliasi yang berangkat dari masalah yang sama, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membentuk negara baru sebagai respon atas keresahan masyarakat, terutama umat muslim yang tertindas produk sistem Barat. Hal demikian juga sejalan dengan teori Gramsci tentang fase hegemoni. Menurut Gramsci, ada tiga tahapan menuju hegemoni yaitu, fase dominasi kuasa, fase propaganda dan fase hegemonik. Pertama, fase dominasi kuasa adalah penguasaan ruang atas individu atau kelompok yang minoritas untuk menyampaikan paradigmanya kepada orang lain yang dominan. Kedua, fase propaganda adalah proses indoktrinasi yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan keresahan atau problem yang sama dan dimanifestasikan membentuk afiliasi untuk melawan ideologi dari kelompok dominan. Ketiga, fase hegemonik adalah suatu kelompok yang mempunyai paradigma baru dalam memandang dunia dengan kesadaran membangun sistem baru yang telah disepakati bersama untuk menggantikan sistem lama. Proyeksi dari fase terakhir adalah terbentuknya negara baru yang dianggap mampu memangku kepentingan semua orang.

Adaptive Radial Basis Function Detector for Beamforming
No full textWe consider nonlinear detection in rank-deficient multiple-antenna assisted beamforming systems. By exploiting the inherent symmetry of the underlying optimal Bayesian detection solution, a symmetric radial basis function (RBF) detector is proposed and two adaptive algorithms are developed for training the proposed RBF detector. The first adaptive algorithm, referred to as the nonlinear least bit error, is a stochastic approximation to the Parzen window estimation of the detector output’s probability density function while the second algorithm is based on a clustering. The proposed adaptive solutions are capable of providing a signal to noise ratio gain in excess of 8 dB against the theoretical linear minimum bit error rate benchmarker, when supporting four users with the aid of two receive antennas or five users employing three antenna elements

It has now been shown that, in fission yeast, B-type cyclins also activate cdc2 in G1, thus governing cell-cycle commitment, as well as the onset of S phase. In this article, Karim Labib and Sergio Moreno review the evidence that rum1 inhibits the kinase activity of cdc2 associated with B-type cyclins and is an important regulator of G1 progression in fission yeast.</p

Morelly, in his Basiliade, claims to be merely the translator of a true Hindu "poem", Kalileh ye Demnah, which he attributes to Bidpai. Although not very unusual, this calls for two remarks. 1) Concerning the form, he borrows from the literary incarnations of the oriental tale, recounted by d'Herbelot in the Bibliothèque orientale (1679). The Fable of Bidpai was often recomposed for political authorities, by translators, compilers or forgers and adapted to the local cultural atmosphere. Curiously, Morelly's Prologue gives the same information as d'Herbelot. 2) As to the content, Morelly was certainly inspired by the Bibliothèque orientale' s commentaries on oriental myths and Koranic sourats. His borrowings concern both the vocabulary and, more importantly, the parables which enliven his pantheism and present it in a vivid and enchanted way.Labib Abdelaziz. No full textSeiring dengan perkembangan zaman, demokrasi yang dikenal berasal dari Barat, kini sudah hampir diterapkan di seluruh negara dewasa. Akibatnya baik asumsi, teori maupun praktiknya memunculkan beragam jenis perbedaan, salah satunya sering kali disamakan dengan konsep shura (musyawarah). Selain itu di dalam Alquran sendiri tidak ada penyebutan kata demokrasi secara monoritik. Hal inilah yang masih menjadi perbincangan baik di kalangan para ulama maupun para mufassir.Salah satu mufassir yang berkomentar atas hal ini ialah Rokhmat S. Labib dalam tafsirnya Al-wa’ie. Masalah yang diteliti dalam skripsi ini ialah mengenai konsep demokrasi dalam Tafsir Al-wa’ie, serta implikasinya di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep demokrasi dalam Tafsir Al-wa’ie, serta implikasinya di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian Library Reseach (kepustakaan). Sumber penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan dengan pengumpulan data teknik dokumentasi dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sura yang dimaksud dalam surah Asy-syuura ayat 37 dan 38 pada Tafsir Al-wa’ie karya Rokhmat S. Labib berbeda dengan sistem demokrasi. Sebab konsep sura menurutnya, merupakan sebuah konsep musyawarah yang berasal dari syara’ (agama Islam) sementara demokrasi sistem dan prisip-prinsipnya terlahir dari Barat yang bertentangan dengan Agama Islam. Namun, secara implikasi, Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang telah menerapkan baik sistem demokrasi maupun sura. Sebab, demokrasi yang diterapkan ialah demokrasi Pancasila, yang mana di dalamnya terdapat konsep musyawarah mufakat, menjunjung nila-nilai kemanusiaan, terdapat rasatanggung jawab pada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tafsir ini tergolong tafsir tematik yang berdasarkan tema-tema tertentu, dengan rincian setiap tema metode yang digunakan adalah tahlili dengansumber rujukan mengambil dari berbagai pendapat para mufassir lainnya
MCM-GINS and MCM-MCM interactions in vivo visualised by bimolecular fluorescence complementation in fission yeast
No full textBackground: Each of the three individual components of the CMG complex (Cdc45, MCM and GINS) is essential for chromosomal DNA replication in eukaryotic cells, both for the initiation of replication at origins and also for normal replication fork progression. The MCM complex is a DNA helicase that most likely functions as the catalytic core of the replicative helicase, unwinding the parental duplex DNA ahead of the moving replication fork, whereas Cdc45 and the GINS complex are believed to act as accessory factors for MCM. Results:To investigate interactions between components of the CMG complex, we have used bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) in the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe for the first time, to analyse protein-protein interactions between GINS and MCM subunits expressed from their native chromosomal loci. We demonstrate interactions between GINS andMCM in the nuclei of exponentially-growing fission yeast cells and on chromatin in binucleate S-phase cells. In addition we present evidence of MCM-MCM interactions in diploid fission yeast cells. As with GINS-MCM interactions, MCM-MCM interactions also occur on chromatin in S-phase cells. Conclusion: Bimolecular fluorescence complementation can be used in fission yeast to visualise interactions between two of the three components of the CMG complex, offering the prospect that this technique could in the future be used to allow studies on replication protein dynamics in living S. pombe cells.Peer reviewe
