Full text linkOne of the aspects less analysed in the comparison of languages is that of prefixation.
In this study we search to establish the main characteristics of prefixation
in the Spanish and Italian languages in order to amplify the semantic field that
covers each of them, principally with reference to their extension. Concretely, we
study the cases of the prefixes re-, in-, des-and super- in Spanish and their different
equivalents in Italian.
From the translation point of view, we will examine the major cases of contrast
in word formation and will propose the most appropriate solutions

Full text linkThe fact of considering the legal language at hand of everyone is the base of this study. In order to that we have studied the lexicon of three novels of Gianrico Carogfiglio, concretely Testimone inconsapevole, Ragionevoli dubbi and Le perfezioni provvisorie, belonging to the first decade of the new millenium, making a selection of the Italian lexical units and their combinations and at the same time contrasting their use with the Spanish language with reference to the translation.
In this study we have insisted on the importance of the subjectification in the creation of the lexicon of use and on its validity for a legal dictionary, since any lexical unit creates mindly not only different aceptions, but several solutions with special reference to the legal language
El diccionario de madrileñismos de Alvar Ezquerra: un recorrido traductivo y lexicográfico por los diccionarios bilingues (español-italiano)
Full text linkTaking as a reference the Diccionario de Madrileñismos by Manuel Ezquerra, in this paper is brought out a complex analysis of the localisms of the Community of Madrid, indicating their importance in the lexical creation. This analysis is centered in the word formation, as well as in the different categories of phrases end routine phrases, insisting, in any case, on the importance of this type of dictionary in the definitions of the Academic Dictionary. From a translatable point of view between Spanish and Italian have been consulted the solutions proposed by Tam and Arqués/Padoan for these localisms, concluding that will be difficult to find the exact equivalent in the few cases in which will be possible, but that on translating we will try to interpret the idea that yield because they are structures that reflect forms of particular thought and take part of the lexicon of our culture.Partiendo del Diccionario de Madrileñismos de Alvar Ezquerra, en este artículo se lleva a cabo un análisis exhaustivo de los localismos de la Comunidad de Madrid, señalando su importancia en la creación léxica. Este análisis se centra en la formación de palabras, así como en distintas categorías de locuciones y frases rutinarias, insistiendo, en cualquier caso, en la importancia de este tipo de diccionario en las definiciones del Diccionario Académico. Desde el punto de vista traductivo entre español e italiano se han consultado las soluciones que proponen Tam y Arqués/Padoan para estos localismos, llegando a la conclusión de que difícilmente encontraremos el equivalente adecuado en los casos en los que aparecen, pero intentando interpretar la idea que transmiten ya que se trata de construcciones que reflejan formas de pensamiento particulares que forman parte del léxico de nuestra cultura
