No full text"Esta tesis tiene como objetivo general analizar las prácticas de socialización entre pares de una escuela primaria a fin de reconocer los procesos de materialización de las masculinidades en los niños de cuarto grado de primaria de la periferia sur de San Luis Potosí. A partir de este y las interrogantes de investigación, se han plantearon tres objetivos específicos para el desarrollo de este trabajo académico: 1. Describir los contextos de procedencia-residencia de los niños de
cuarto año para explicar el impacto que esto tiene en sus formas de socialización escolar. Además, identificar y caracterizar las condiciones de la escuela, los espacios de socialización y las dinámicas cotidianas donde ocurren las interacciones entre los estudiantes. 2. Analizar las prácticas de socialización masculina entre los niños en la
escuela a fin de identificar las especificidades de las diversas masculinidades presentes en los niños de cuarto grado.

Progesterona exógena en la expresión del estro y componentes citológicos vaginales en cabras alpinas
No full textEl objetivo del siguiente trabajo fue determinar el efecto de la progesterona exógena
(dispositivo CIDR) en los componentes citológicos vaginales, además de determinar si
existe relación entre la funcionalidad ovárica, el recambio celular en la vagina, la
expresión del estro para validar la técnica citológica como herramienta en la
reproducción caprina. Se realizó un estudio en la Unidad Caprina de la Facultad de
Agronomía y Veterinaria de la Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, durante la
época reproductiva en donde se utilizaron 34 cabras multíparas con un peso promedio de
51±1.2 kg, las cuales se dividieron en 3 grupos a los que se les asignó los siguientes
tratamientos: 9D (n=12) Aplicación CIDR durante 9 días, 7D (n=12) CIDR durante 7
días y PG (n=12) Aplicación de 2 dosis de prostaglandina con intervalo de 9 días. Hubo
diferencias en el inicio y duración del estro en los tres tratamientos (P<0.05), donde las
cabras que respondieron a la sincronización con 9D retrasaron el inicio del estro,
seguidas del tratamiento de 7D y PG. En cuanto al número de folículos se observaron un
mayor número de folículos medianos en el tratamiento PG a las 24 horas del inicio del
estro y para folículos >6mm se observó que existe un mayor número con el tratamiento
7D. En los componentes citológicos se observó que las hembras con tratamiento de
CIDR presentaron un mayor porcentaje de células parabasales al retiro del dispositivo,
con respecto a las hembras del tratamiento PG. Para las células superficiales hubo
diferencias (P<0.05) del tratamiento con progesterona con respecto al de
prostaglandinas, ya que este al momento de expresar comportamiento sexual se observó
mayor número de células superficiales. La medición de niveles plasmáticos con
progesterona exógena es más alta que los niveles del tratamiento de PG. Los
tratamientos con progesterona exógena tienden a una aparición más tardía del estro, lo
cual también se relaciona con la duración de éste. Las células superficiales que nos
indican estro aparecen en un mayor número con el tratamiento PG, lo cual nos permite
concluir en un mayor beneficio con el tratamiento de PG.The aim of this study was to determinate the exogenous progesterone effect (CIDR
device) in the vaginal cytology components and to determinate if there is a connection
between ovarian functionality, changes in vaginal cellularity and oestrus appearance to
validate the cytology technique as an important tool in goat reproduction. The study was
implemented at Unidad Caprina in Facultad de Agronomía y Veterinaria of Universidad
Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, during breeding season. 34 goats were used with an
average weight of 51±1.2 kg, the animals were separated in 3 groups and assigned the
next treatments: 9D (n=12) CIDR application for 9 days, 7D (n=12) CIDR application
for 7 days and PG (n=12) prostaglandin application in 2 doses over a period of 9 days.
There were differences at the beginning of oestrus and the length in the 3 treatments
(P<0.05), goats that responded with 9D delayed the beginning of oestrus, followed by
7D and PG treatment. With PG treatment we observed more medium follicles at the
beginning of oestrus, and for >6mm follicles there were a greater number with 7D
treatment. Does with CIDR treatment presented greater percentage of parabasal cells
when the device was retired compared to does with PG treatment. There were
differences (P<0.05) for superficial cells in progesterone treatment compared to
prostaglandin treatment at the moment of sexual behavior was observed, more
superficial cells were found. Measurement of progesterone plasma levels is higher in
progesterone treatment than in prostaglandin. Progesterone treatments have a late
appearance of oestrus, which is related with the length. Superficial cells indicate estrus
and they appear in a greater number with PG treatment, which allows us to conclude that
