Perkebunan kelapa menjadi sektor penopang utama perekonomian
desa tersebut serta berperan penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan yang
bergantung pada sumber daya alam, kualitas lingkungan, dan sumber daya
manusia. Namun demikian, ketergantungan penuh pada komoditas kelapa
menghadapi tantangan tersendiri, terutama ketika musim dan harga pasar
tidak stabil, yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani. Hal ini mendorong
petani untuk berutang kepada pengepul kelapa, yang dalam praktiknya
menimbulkan masalah baru berupa potongan harga yang merugikan petani.
Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah 1. Bagaimana sistem
pembayaran utang berdasarkan potongan harga buah kelapa di Desa Muara
Sungsang Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin? 2. Bagaimana
analisis hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap sistem pembayaran utang
berdasarkan potongan harga buah kelapa di Desa Muara Sungsang
Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin?
Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitas kualitatif, penelitian
lapangan digunakan untuk mengetahui terjadinya sesuatu sesuai dengan fakta
yang sebenarnya dan juga Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif
dengan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun tenik pengumpulan data
dilakukan dengan wawancara observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian analisa
data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penyajian hasil
penelitian.
Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sistem pembayaran utang melalui
potongan harga buah kelapa yang terjadi di Desa Muara Sungsang
menempatkan petani dalam posisi yang lemah dan kurang menguntungkan.
Petani yang membutuhkan modal untuk bertani terpaksa menerima pinjaman
dari pengepul dengan syarat menjual hasil panennya dengan harga lebih
rendah dari harga pasar. Hal ini menyebabkan mereka kehilangan sebagian
besar keuntungan yang seharusnya bisa mereka peroleh, sehingga
memperburuk kondisi ekonomi merek, sistem ini lebih menguntungkan
pengepul dibandingkan petani. Pengepul mendapatkan kelapa dengan harga
lebih rendah dari pasar, yang berarti mereka memperoleh margin keuntungan
lebih besar saat menjualnya kembali. Dari perspektif hukum ekonomi Islam,
akad ini tidak sah karena mengandung unsur riba dan tidak memenuhi syarat
sahnya akad. Kondisi petani yang terpaksa menerima harga jual rendah akibat
ketergantungan pada pinjaman modal dari pengepul menunjukkan tidak
adanya unsur kerelaan (ridha). Padahal, dalam fiqih muamalah sahnya akad
jual beli mensyaratkan adanya kesepakatan sukarela tanpa paksaan. Transaksi
semacam ini lebih menyerupai akad qardh (pinjaman) yang dipersyaratkan
dengan jual beli hasil panen di bawah harga wajar, sehingga bertentangan
dengan prinsip syariah. ABSTRACT
Coconut farming serves as the main economic pillar of the
village and plays an essential role in sustainable development,
depending on natural resources, environmental quality, and human
resources. However, full dependence on coconut commodities faces
several challenges, especially when weather conditions and market
prices become unstable, affecting farmers' incomes. This condition
pushes farmers to take loans from coconut collectors, which in
practice leads to unfair price deductions that harm the farmers.
The findings show that the debt repayment system through
coconut price deductions places farmers in a weak and disadvantaged
position. Farmers are forced to accept loans from collectors with the
condition of selling their harvests below market prices, leading to
reduced profits and worsening their economic conditions. The system
benefits collectors more, as they obtain coconuts at lower prices and
gain higher profit margins. From the perspective of Islamic economic
law, this contract is considered invalid due to elements of riba and
failure to meet the necessary conditions of a valid contract. When
farmers are forced to accept lower selling prices due to loan
dependency, the element of mutual consent (ridha) in the contract is
not fulfilled. In Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah), a valid sale
and purchase contract must be based on mutual willingness and free
from coercion
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
