No full textA comparison of two different locations. This Bachelor’s thesis will use selected methods of Strategy Analysis to identify factors that are impacting the company as a whole. This step is requied to determine factor differences. These differences will then be examined and comparisons will be made. To conclude the Bachelor’s thesis, gathered data will be applied to propose suggestions for the company. The Bachelor’s thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical and practical part. Selected methods of Strategy analysis are described in detail in the theoretical part. The practical part serves as an application of these methods. The selected methods are: PESTLE analysis, Industry analysis, Porter’s five forces, VRIO analysis, Financial analysis and SWOT analysis.Porovnání dvou rozdílných pozic. V této bakalářské práci se pomocí vybraných metod strategické analýzy zjistí faktory působící na podnik jako takový. Tento krok je nutný předpoklad pro určení rozdílných faktorů. Ty budou následně prozkoumány a porovnány. V závěru práce se tyto informace využijí pro formulování doporučení. Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou podrobně popsané vybrané metody strategické analýzy. Praktická část práce je aplikací těchto vybraných metod na společnost LI-WU. Tyto metody se skládají z analýzy PESTLE, analýzy odvětví, Porterova modelu pěti sil, analýzy VRIO, finanční analýzy a analýzy SWOT

Female (Fig. 29). Forewing length 12.2–13.5 mm (n=6). Habitus generally similar to male. Sternum 8 slightly sclerotized, posteromedially produced into a short but distinct, triangular subgenital plate with a blunt tip. inconspicuous. Micropyles sessile, dispersed between striae, set on subequatorial line. Collar short and with distinct but sessile flange, subtended by 2–3 rows of semicircular impressions; anchor not studied. Lid slightly wider than collar, bears conspicuous follicle cell impressions (FCIs) over the entire surface and fully covered with fine punctations. Material examined. 4 males (COI NO. C71, C72) (HIST), China: Guangxi, Guilin City, Multinational Autonomous County of Longsheng, Huaping National Nature Reserve, 25°38'24" N, 109°54'0" E, 469 m, 2020.VIII.16, light trap, Mo RR, Qin FP; 1 male and 6 females (COI NO. C5, C10) (HIST), Guangxi, Guilin City, Multinational Autonomous County of Longsheng, at gate of Huaping National Nature Reserve, 25°37'37" N, 109°54'41" E, 734 m, 2019.VIII.30, light trap, Wang GQ, Mo RR, Liu LX, Qin FP, Mo YY. Distribution. China (Fujian, Guangxi and Henan). Remarks. This species was originally described from Henan Province by Li et al. (2011b), and subsequently recorded from Fujian Province by Qin et al. (2013). In the present study, we add Guangxi as the third province of distribution for this species. Our male specimens agree well with the figures provided by Li et al. (2011b) (see figs. 1–5) and Qin et al. (2013) (see fig. 3). Female association was confirmed by molecular study. In addition, the female and eggs of this species are described for the first time. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
