Abstract
The influence of human’s psycho physiological peculiarities on the accident risk has been shown. The necessity of human’s psycho physiological peculiarities reporting at the planning crush rate measures decrease has been determined. The introduction of a compulsory psycho physiological examination for the accident participants with the aim of timely rehabilitative procedures conduction has been offered.

Резюме
Показаний вплив психофізіологічних особливостей людини на ризик виникнення ДТП. Визначена необхідність врахування психофізіологічних особливостей людини при плануванні заходів щодо зниження дорожньо-транспортної аварійності. Запропоновано введення обов’язкового психофізіологічного обстеження учасників ДТП для своєчасного проведення реабілітаційних заходів.
Ключові слова: дорожньо-транспортний травматизм, психофізіологія, посттравматичний стрес.
Резюме
ПРОБЛЕМНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ДОРОЖНОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ В УКРАИНЕ (СООБЩЕНИЕ 2). Показано влияние психофизиологических особенностей человека на риск возникновения ДТП. Определена необходимость учета психофизиологических особенностей человека при планировании мероприятий по снижению дорожно-транспортной аварийности. Предложено введение обязательного психофизиологического обследования участников ДТП для своевременного проведения реабилитационных мероприятий.

Abstract
Health is a basic human value. One of the main criteria for health is still a rate of a, which in civilization’s countries is constantly decreasing, which causes the lengthening of life.
However, along with this significantly changes the structure of morbidity: reduction of infectious diseases accompanied by increased infectious. All of these diseases can be divided into professional and vocational-conditioned.

Реферат
Изучено влияние на экскреторную функцию почек внутрижелудочного введения крысам растворов хлорида, сульфата и карбоната аммония при водной нагрузке. Установлено наличие особенностей в выведении воды, осмотически активных веществ, ионов натрия, калия, водорода, неорганического фосфора, хлоридов, титруемых кислот и аммиака в зависимости от введенного аниона. Поскольку все вводимые растворы солей содержали катион аммония, экскреторная функция почек была направлена на регуляцию преимущественно анионного состава внеклеточной жидкости. Ионорегулирующая функция почек, по-видимому, состоит не только в регуляции катионного состава внеклеточной жидкости, но и в поддержании анионного постоянства.

Summary
The effect on the excretory function of the kidneys prior intragastric administration to rats of chloride, sulfate and ammonium carbonate solutions at water load has been studied. The presence of water, osmotically active compounds, sodium, potassium, hydrogen, inorganic phosphorus, chloride, titratable acids and ammonia excretion peculiarities depending upon the introduced anion have been revealed. Since all the input salt solutions contained ammonium cation, excretory kidney function was primarily directed at the regulation of the anion composition of the extracellular fluid. Ion-regulating renal function apparently is not only in the regulation of extracellular fluid cationic composition, but also in maintaining the constancy of the anion.

State-dependent effects of transcranial oscillatory currents on the motor system during action observation
We applied transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) to the primary motor cortex (M1) at different frequencies during an index–thumb pinch-grip observation task. To estimate changes in the corticospinal output, we used the size of motor evoked potentials (MEPs) obtained by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) of M1 using an online MRI-guided simultaneous TMS-tACS approach. The results of the beta-tACS confirm a non-selective increase in corticospinal excitability in subjects at rest; an increase was observed for both of the tested hand muscles, the first dorsal interosseous (FDI) and the abductor digiti minimi (ADM). However, during action observation of the pinch-grip movement, the increase of corticospinal excitability was only observed for the prime mover FDI muscle and took place during alpha-tACS, while gamma-tACS affected both the FDI and control muscle (ADM) responses. These phenomena likely reflect the hypothesis that the mu and gamma rhythms specifically index the downstream modulation of primary sensorimotor areas by engaging mirror neuron activity. The current neuromodulation approach confirms that tACS can be used to induce neurophysiologically detectable state-dependent enhancement effects, even in complex motor-cognitive tasks. © 2019, The Author(s)
‘Candidatus Gromoviella agglomerans’, a novel intracellular Holosporaceae parasite of the ciliate Paramecium showing marked genome reduction
Holosporales are an alphaproteobacterial lineage encompassing bacteria obligatorily associated with multiple diverse eukaryotes. For most representatives, little is known on the interactions with their hosts. In this study, we characterized a novel Holosporales symbiont of the ciliate Paramecium polycaryum. This bacterium inhabits the host cytoplasm, frequently forming quite large aggregates. Possibly due to such aggregates, host cells sometimes displayed lethal division defects. The symbiont was also able to experimentally stably infect another Paramecium polycaryum strain. The bacterium is phylogenetically related with symbionts of other ciliates and diplonemids, forming a putatively fast-evolving clade within the family Holosporaceae. Similarly to many close relatives, it presents a very small genome (<600 kbp), and, accordingly, a limited predicted metabolism, implying a heavy dependence on Paramecium, thanks also to some specialized membrane transporters. Characterized features, including the presence of specific secretion systems, are overall suggestive of a mild parasitic effect on the host. From an evolutionary perspective, a potential ancestral trend towards pronounced genome reduction and possibly linked to parasitism could be inferred, at least among fast-evolving Holosporaceae, with some lineage-specific traits. Interestingly, similar convergent features could be observed in other host-associated lineages, in particular Rickettsiales among Alphaproteobacteria
