V prvem delu magistrskega dela bomo podrobno predstavili ERP-rešitve. Začeli bomo z definicijo ERP-rešitev in nadaljevali s predstavitvijo tehnološke arhitekture ERP-rešitev. Naredili bomo pregled devetih modulov, funkcionalnosti ter prednosti in slabosti ERP-rešitev. Opisali bomo potek uvedbe ERP-rešitev ter opredelili in pojasnili pristope k uvedbi teh rešitev. Nadaljevali bomo z opisom računalništva v oblaku, kjer bomo predstavili glavne prednosti računalništva v oblaku, storitve oblaka ter modele uvedbe v zasebni, skupni, javni in hibridni oblak. V drugem delu magistrskega dela bomo najprej definirali kritične dejavnike uspešnosti in naredili pregled zgodovine razvoja kritičnih dejavnikov uspešnosti. V nadaljevanju bomo pojasnili, zakaj pride do uspešnih oziroma neuspešnih uvedb ERP-rešitev. Businesses face a time of rapid change and progress. All the changes that take place are fast and unpredictable. However, it is important how companies react to these changes. Companies are forced to keep up with changes and developments in technology and adapt to them if they want to exist, compete, grow, and further develop. ERP solution implementation projects are complex to implement and affect both internal and external operations of organizations. The success of the implementation project directly affects the success and survival of the organization. In the first part of the master\u27s thesis, we will present ERP solutions in detail. We will start with the definition of ERP solutions and continue with the presentation of the technological architecture of ERP solutions. We will review nine modules, functionalities, and advantages and disadvantages of ERP solutions. We will describe the process of implementing ERP solutions and define and explain the approaches to the implementation of solutions. We will continue with a description of cloud computing where we present the main advantages of cloud computing, cloud services, and models of deployment in a private, shared, public, and hybrid cloud. We will also make a comparison between a local and cloud-installed ERP solution. We will present domestic and foreign providers of ERP solutions and briefly present them. We will also touch on the future of ERP solutions and review the use of ERP solutions in the European Union. In the second part of the master\u27s thesis, we will first define the critical success factors and make an overview of the history of the development of critical success factors. Following this, we will present why successful or unsuccessful implementations of ERP solutions occur. Hershey and Lidl will be presented as two examples of unsuccessfully implemented ERP solutions and Cadbury as an example of a successfully implemented ERP solution. This will be followed by an analysis of the selected literature, first, on the topic of critical success factors in local implementations of ERP solutions, and then, on the topic of critical success factors of ERP solutions implemented in the cloud. Found critical success factors will be described and sorted by occurrence in the literature

With the Russian attack on Ukraine on February 24th, 2022, and thereof the start of the Ukrainian War, several questions regarding security and the future have emerged amongst Slovenian children, and new emotions arose along with potential distress and dilemmas. Children have received war information from diverse sources in their environment. Besides changes in children’s everyday lives, many changes occurred at a societal level – eventually, the coming of people from Ukraine due to the experience of forced displacement. Newly emerged war-related circumstances can bear different consequences for children in various areas. Thus, the response of social workers and school professional service is crucial, together with recognizing the protective factors and sources of help in the children\u27s close environment and activation of those when they convey distress. In the theoretical part, I briefly illustrate war events in Ukraine - February 2022 until May 2022 - with the accompanying reportage of Slovenian media, followed by the definition of the key concepts - war and peace – and the presentation of cognitive development theories in children. Further, I present the children’s perception of war and peace and the corresponding role of media. I also exhibit the children’s views on immigration in the theoretical part, ending with the chapter on social work in crises, and the list of protective factors for children facing distress. In the second part, I present the characteristics of the qualitative research that follows the research questions touching on children’s perception of war and peace, sources of information about the war in Ukraine and interrelated thoughts, what children think has changed in their lives, and the broader society since the beginning of the war. I was also interested in the children\u27s sources of help in those times, where they found it, and what sort of help they hoped to have. Lastly, I wanted to get an insight into children\u27s perception of immigrants coming from Ukraine to Slovenia. The results from the focus groups regarding the aforementioned questions are presented in the results section, along with an interpretation in the discussion section. The main findings suggest that most children learn about the war in Ukraine through electronic devices and wish that the media would provide more information about the war in Ukraine in lieu of other news. They also express concern about a potential war in Slovenia, but have no difficulty overcoming related fears due to the support they receive from their close relatives. Based on the findings, children show respect and a desire to assist Ukrainian immigrants, further, they also perceive the new situation as an opportunity for their personal growth and learning

V delu diplomskega seminarja smo obravnavali temo reševanja problema sive ekonomije. Delo diplomskega seminarja vsebuje dva dela, teoretični in praktični del. V praktičnemu delu naloge smo najprej predstavili obseg sive ekonomije v nekaterih članicah Evropske Unije. Dobljene rezultate s tehniko zapisovanja idej, smo analizirali z analizo vtisov. Nazadnje smo vse izvedene tehnike med seboj primerjali. In our graduate work we addressed the subject of solving the problem of the informal economy. The thesis contains two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part we more precisely defined the concept of the informal economy and outlined the reasons for the occurrence and consequences of the informal economy. The theoretical part also includes theoretical frameworks for the methods of creative thinking and decision-making, which were then used in the practical part of the graduate work. In the practical part, our goal was to present the extent of the informal economy in the selected countries in the European Union. Furthermore we then prepared a statistical analysis, based on the number of reviews and the number of measures for undeclared work. For an easier way of solving the problems with defined methods we presented measures for Slovenia, which are already implemented by the Slovenian Government. With the use of the techniques 5Ws & H, five whys and mind mappings we have defined our problem. With these techniques – in addition to the problem definition – we also gained solutions, which could reduce the extent of the informal economy. The idea-writing technique was used in a group with managers of micro-sized enterprises in the field of construction, wood industry and hairdressing. The gained solutions were then analyzed with the use of the impression analysis. Lastly all techniques, which were used in the process of the research, we compared with each other

The project is based on the research of customers satisfaction in Splošno steklarstvo in uokvirjanje slik Slavko Mlakar, s. p. Customer satisfaction is crucial for the existence, development and achievement of the company\u27s goals, but it can also be a source for competitive advantage. Since customers have different expectations, needs, desires, perceptions about the value and quality of products or services, it is important for the company to recognize and meet their expectations, needs and desires. Only in this case customers will be satisfied, will return and be loyal to the company. With a survey conducted on 70 customers of Steklarstvo Mlakar, s. p., we wanted to explore the overall satisfaction of the customers and identify the company\u27s strengths and opportunities for improvements. The results of the survey showed that customers are generally satisfied with the company and that the company has loyal customers. The quality of products and services offered by the company was assessed as very high, as well as the quality of other factors that affect customers satisfaction. Customers also rated the employees as friendly, experienced, communicative, willing to advise and professionally trained. Before the research, we set five hypotheses, of which, through the analysis, we rejected one and confirmed four

V našem magistrskem delu smo raziskovali bralni interes in bralno motivacijo učencev 3., 4. in 5. razreda v Posavju. In our master thesis, we researched reading interest and reading motivation of 3rd, 4th and 5th grade pupils in Posavje. This research aimed to get a better understanding of pupil\u27s reading habitshow motivated are they to read, what they like to read in their free time, how often they read and what genres and books are the most popular. We also compared how reading motivation and reading interest differ among boys and girls. We surveyed 3rd, 4th and 5th grade pupils in three primary schools in Posavje. We presented our results with tables and graphs and we interpreted them. Research shows that students are most motivated to read by their own reading pleasure. Interesting book title is the most important aspect when picking up what book to read. Most students read 1-3 times a week. Pupils\u27 favourite book genre is adventure and the most popular book is Pasji mož. We also found out that girls have a higher reading motivation and reading interest than boys. Based on the results of our research and on the literature, we made a list of recommendations on how to motivate pupils to read and to have a higher reading interest
