The Quality of Final Exam of Madrasah Aliyah in Blitar
ABSTRAK Billah, Kunta. 2018. The Quality of Final Exam of Madrasah Aliyah in Blitar. Thesis, English Language Teaching Program, English Department, Faculty of Letters, State University of Malang, Advisor I: Prof. Ali Saukah, M.A, PhD. Advisor II: Da. Sintha Tresnadewi, M.Pd. Keywords: Quality of a Good Test, Reliability, Validity, Practicality The purpose of conducting this study was to evaluate the quality of the English test in Blitar district 2015/2016. The analyzed test was UAM which is Ujian Akhir Madrasah. UAM is a test taken by twelfth grade students in order to graduate from madrasa. The research design used in this study is descriptive evaluative research. In evaluating the quality of the test, a quantitative analysis method was used. The data used in this study were obtained from the school’s documents. The data are the students’ answer sheets and the test itself. The study analyzed the quality of the test which is validity, reliability, and practicality. Construct validity was analyzed by finding the match between task items and assessed skill. Content validity was analyzed by matching the item with the curriculum. Criterion-related validity was analyzed by making a correlation between UAM and national Examination. The reliability was analyzed using Kuder-Richardson formula 20. Practicality was analyzed by dividing the number of available resources with the number of needed resources. The result of construct validity analysis shows that the entire task in the test truly assesses students’ skill that was supposed to be assessed. The content validity resulted with conclusion that the test items are 90% matched with the curriculum. The detail on the distribution of basic competence are 50% originated from tenth grade, 20% originated from eleventh grade, 20% originated from twelfth grade, while 10% was not listed in in the curriculum. The result of concurrent validity resulted in correlation coefficient value of 0.45 which indicates that the score obtained from the test have low value to indicate students’ current performance. The reliability of the UAM is inadequate due to the low reliability coefficient value of .73 which means that the test score is not consistent enough to represent students’ performance. The practicality analysis resulted in none of the value falls below 1 which indicates that the number of available resources is greater than needed resources. In conclusion, the test should be revised in the validity and reliability. The validity needs to be adjusted so the materials are balanced from tenth grade to twelfth grade while the reliability needs a little more improvement
Al-Muayyad-Billah Ahmad B. Husayn and his place zaydī jurisprudence (in relation his jurisprudence opinions regarding fasting)
Şiî gelenek içerisinde doğan ve İslam tarihi incelendiğinde kendine has birtakım ayırıcı özellikleri bulunduğu görülen Zeydiyye mezhebi, teşekkül sürecini hicri 3-4. yüzyıllarda tamamlamıştır. The Zaydiyya sect, which was born within the Shiite tradition and has some distinctive features when Islamic history is analysed, completed its formation process in the 3-4th centuries of Hijri. It is understood that some scholars came to the forefront among the fuqaha of the sect in proportion to their contribution to the formation of the sect. One of the prominent scholars in the Zaydiyya sect is Muayyed-Billah Ahmad b. Husayn. In the first part of this study, which aims to determine the life of Mu'ayyad-Billah in different aspects and his position in the sect with his influences on Zaydiyya fiqh, the formation process of Zaydiyya fiqh is explained by centring on Mu'ayyad-Billah. In the second part, both Zaydī sources and general history books are analysed and information about the author's life, scholarly personality, teachers, works and the period in which he lived is given. In the third chapter, after analysing the views of Mu'ayyed-Billah, whose position among the Zaydī fuqaha was determined, on fasting in his own work Sharḥ al-Tajrīd, Mu'ayyed-Billah's contributions to the sect were tried to be determined on the basis of his views transmitted to the work of Ibn al-Miftāh's Sharḥ al-Ezhār. It is understood that our author is a name who brought the madhhab to its classical form in the last period and contributed directly to the madhhab with fiqhical methods such as tahrīj when necessary, and it is seen that his views were respected to a considerable extent in the following periods
Selected topics in interventional radiology: a compendium of student honors papers on the Interventional radiology elective
This book is a collaborative effort with medical students from the Rutgers/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, previously Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The students contributed chapters written as honors papers, while on their Interventional Radiology elective. This publication is not meant to completely cover the ever expanding realm of interventional radiology but includes topics of interest to the students while on their elective. It has been rewarding to work with these amazing students, many of whom have elected to practice diagnostic and interventional radiology. This work was supported by a small grant from the Rutgers Library to create affordable books. As it is self published please overlook minor flaws.
The newest area of interventional radiology, interventional oncology, will be covered in subsequent chapters as they are written. As with other dynamic fields of medicine some material becomes outdated soon after it is written. As this is an electronic publication we will strive to update chapters as required.Central venous access in interventional radiology / Daniel Haddad, Mary-Katherine Lynch

Art. XII.—The Story of the Death of the last Abbasid Caliph, from the Vatican MS. of Ibn-al-Furāt
At the end of January of the year 1258 A.D., after a siege of more than a month, the Mongol array stormed and took possession of Baghdad; then, on or about the 18th of February following, the thirty-seventh and last Caliph of the House of Abbas, Al-Musta'ṣim-billah, was by order of Hūlāgū put to death. Concerning the manner of his death the accounts differ; unfortunately there has come down to us no narrative by an eye-witness of these events, for the only really contemporary historian, the author of the Ṭabaḳāt-i-Nāṣirī, was a native of India and wrote at Delhi.</jats:p
The socio-economic consequences of the covid-19 lockdown on the economy of Bangladesh: An analysis
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate socio-economic impact of the economy in Bangladesh during the lockdown for COVID-19 situation by using secondary data. Bangladesh's economy is quickly expanding; however there are certain fundamental socio-economic issues such as poverty and unemployment. COVID-19 has a substantial impact on Bangladesh's marginalized population's quality of life. To cope with this continuous pandemic, many people from the informal economy have been forced to leave their employment and lose their earnings. Across the country, unemployment and poverty are on the rise. Economic growth has not been inclusive in Bangladesh, which has resulted in disadvantaged people becoming even needier as time has gone on. COVID-19 has had a harmful impact on marginalized people's life. The author found that the containment measures had a number of negative effects on the rural and urban economies. Rural households were required to cut their food consumption and receive government food assistance as well as private sector monetary assistance. Only growth-oriented policy initiatives, according to the author, will be insufficient to rebuild the economy after lockdown. Rather, Bangladesh must embrace employment oriented economic planning that will increase job creation and minimize poverty, income inequality, and resource allocation disparities
Two-layer classification and distinguished representations of users and documents for grouping and authorship identification
Most studies on authorship identification reported a drop in the identification result when the number of authors exceeds 20-25. In this paper, we introduce a new user representation to address this problem and split classification across two layers. There are at least 3 novelties in this paper. First, the two-layer approach allows applying authorship identification over larger number of authors (tested over 100 authors), and it is extendable. The authors are divided into groups that contain smaller number of authors. Given an anonymous document, the primary layer detects the group to which the document belongs. Then, the secondary layer determines the particular author inside the selected group. In order to extract the groups linking similar authors, clustering is applied over users rather than documents. Hence, the second novelty of this paper is introducing a new user representation that is different from document representation. Without the proposed user representation, the clustering over documents will result in documents of author(s) distributed over several clusters, instead of a single cluster membership for each author. Third, the extracted clusters are descriptive and meaningful of their users as the dimensions have psychological backgrounds. For authorship identification, the documents are labelled with the extracted groups and fed into machine learning to build classification models that predicts the group and author of a given document. The results show that the documents are highly correlated with the extracted corresponding groups, and the proposed model can be accurately trained to determine the group and the author identity.</p

Pelaksanaan Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Tindak Pidana Pencurian Dengan Pemberatan Di Kepolisian Resor Kuantan Singingi
Criminal law enforcement is one aspect of criminal politics as a component of a total crime prevention strategy. Law enforcement is a procedure for carrying out efforts for the proper functioning or establishment of legal rules as a guide for behavior in the life of the community, nation and state. Law enforcement has a main problem that lies in the elements that influence it. These elements are the law, law enforcement , facilities or facilities, society and culture. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the efforts of the police in law enforcement against theft with weight in the Kuansing Police Legal Area and what are the obstacle factors in implementing law enforcement against the crime of theft by weighting in the jurisdiction of the Kuansing Police. The author chose the type of research observational research by means of direct survey writers in order to obtain primary data and secondary data. In collecting data the authors interviewed several respondents, namely the Criminal Investigation Officer of the Kuansing Police and the perpetrators of theft. The results of the research that the author got, law enforcement efforts carried out at the Kuansing police station have been running in accordance with applicable laws but in the law enforcement process against the criminal act of theft by weighting there are still several obstacles in the field, namely the perpetrators often commit crimes by using number plate vehicles. Fake, no witnesses saw, lack of evidence, lack of community participation in providing information so that investigators find it difficult to know the chronology of events as well as people who are still negligent in maintaining their propert
Fingerprinting Android packaging: Generating DNAs for malware detection
AbstractAndroid's market experienced exponential popularity during the last few years. This blazing growth has, unfortunately, opened the door to thousands of malicious applications targeting Android devices everyday. Moreover, with the increasing sophistication of today's malware, the use of traditional hashing techniques for Android malware fingerprinting becomes defenseless against polymorphic malicious applications. Inspired by fuzzy hashing techniques, we propose, in this paper, a novel and comprehensive fingerprinting approach for Android packaging APK. The proposed fingerprint captures, not only the binary features of the APK file, but also the underlying structure of the app. Furthermore, we leverage this fingerprinting technique to build ROAR, an automatic system for Android malware detection and family attribution. Our experiments show that the proposed fingerprint and the ROAR system achieve a precision of 95%
