    Evaluasi Sebaran Dan Kondisi Terumbu Karang Menggunakan Teknologi Penginderaan Jauh Dan Metode Manta Tow Di Kabupaten Bengkayang Kabupaten Bengkayang memiliki 12 pulau dengan gugusan terumbu karang yang sangat potensial namun rawan terhadap ancaman kerusakan.Pengelolaan sumberdaya alam memerlukan infonnasi yang akurat tentang status kondisi terumbu karang yang ada. Penelitian ini menyajikan evaluasi sebaran dan kondisi terumbu karang di Kabupaten Bengkayang. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kombinasi dan teknologi penginderaan jauh dengan metode manta tow. Pengolahan citra Landsat TM terbagi atas 3 tahapan. Tahap pertama yaitu pre - klasifikasi yang terdiri atas pemulihan citra pemotongan citra, penajaman citra, pengambilan training area dan analisis citra dengan menggunakan algoritma Lyzenga. Tahap selanjutnya adalah klasifikasi dengan menggunakan klasifikasi hybrida. Tahap akhir adalah post klasifikasi, yaitu dengan mencocokkan hasil klasifikasi hybrida dengan data manta tow untuk memeriksa ketepatan dan ketelitian dari klasifikasi, dengan hasil uji ketelitian keseluruhan adalah 85, 19%. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik terhadap kelas hasil klasifikasi yaitu Pulau Lemukutan memiliki karang hidup 138,78 ha, karang mati 23,40 ha, lamun 32,67 ha dan pasir 71,55 ha; Pulau Randayan memiliki karang hidup 4,50 ha, karang mati 3,69 ha, lamun 0,63 ha dan pasir 4,77 ha; Pulau Penata memiliki karang hidup 33,57 ha, karang mati 15,39 ha, lamun 11,07 ha dan pasir 21 ,96 ha; Pulau Kabung memiliki karang hidup 20,25 ha, karang rnati 9 ha, lamun 5,85 ha dan pasir 7,47 ha. Hasil survei lapangan dengan menggunakan metode manta tow diketahui bahwa keadaan terumbu karang dalam kondisi baik pada Pulau Lemukutan sedangkan di sebelah Timur Pulau Randayan dalam kondisi yang rusak ===================================================================================================================================== Bengkayang regency has 12 islands with potential coral reefs; unfortunately these coral reefs are threatened 1D damage. To overcome this problem management of coral reef is badly needed and accurate information about the condition of these coral reefs is required. This research presents an evaluation of distribution and condition of coral reef in Bengkayang Regency. The methodology used is a combination of remote sensing technology, Landsat TM image processing, and manta tow method. The processing of image of Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) divided in1D three main stages. The first stage is pre-classification which consists of image restoration, cropping, image enhancement, training area taking and image analysis (using algorithm Lyzenga). While the second stage is hybrid classification and the final stage that is post classification, the result of hybrid classification was compared with field data from manta tow to know the accuracy of classification, with the overall accuracy is 85.19%. According to statistical calculation on classification result, Lemukutan island has living coral of 138.78 ha, dead coral of 23.40 ha, sea grass of 32.67 ha and sand of 71.55 ha; while Randayan island has living coral 4.50 ha, dead coral of 3.69 ha, sea grass of 0.63 ha and sand of 4.77 ha; Penata and Kabung islands have 33.57 and 20.25 ha of living coral, 15.39 and 9 ha of dead coral, 11.07 and 5.85 ha of sea grass and 21.96 and 7.47 ha of sand.Meanwhile, the result of field survey using manta tow, the condition of coral reef in Lemukutan Island is in a good condition while that in Randayan Island, the east part is ba

    Kajian tentang ukuran populasi ikan napoleon (Cheilinus undulatus) merupakan bagian dari upaya pengelolaan sumberdaya ikan rawan punah. Penelitian ikan napoleon dilaksanakan di perairan karang Kabupaten Buton (2014) dan Wakatobi (2016). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi kepadatan populasi napoleon dan distribusi frekuensi panjang ikan napoleon. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah Underwater Visual Census (UVC) dengan alat bantu GPS-ploating Kit sebagai penentu luas area sensus. Jumlah individu ikan napoleon yang ditemukan dalam satuan luas area sensus dihitung sebagai kepadatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan ikan napoleon di Buton dan Wakatobi masing-masing 0,76 dan 0,93 individu /ha. Nilai kepadatan ikan napoleon masuk kategori kritis dengan tingkat kepadatan sedang. Ukuran ikan anakan napoleon cukup banyak di Buton (26 %) dan ukuran dewasa terbanyak (100 %) dijumpai di Wakatobi, yaitu antara 30 – 50 cm. Ukuran ini termasuk dalam ukuran terlarang panen.  Assessing the population sizes of humphead warasse (Cheilinus undulatus) is vital to manage an endangered fish resource. This research aims to examine the population density and length distribution. This study was carried out at reef waters of Buton (2014) and Wakatobi (2016). A method used in data colection is underwater vicual census (UVC). The GPS-ploating Kid used as additional tool to record sensus areas. Results show that densities of humphead warasse in Buton and Wakatobi were 0.76 and 093 individual per hectar, respectively.  The status was critical and a fair density level. In Buton domined by juvenile (15) valued about 26 %. While, in Wakatobi domined by larger size (30 to 50 cm). However, both size was forbidden for exploiding

    ABSTRAK MAKNA TRADISI SEPASARAN SETELAH KELAHIRAN BAYI DI DESA WAY KUYUNG KALIANDA Oleh Handoko Putra Siswoyo Indonesia adalah negara yang kaya dengan perbedaan, diantarranya adalaah perbedaan agama, suku, bahasa, dan tradisi serta budaya. Salah satu suku mayoritas di Indonesia adalah suku Jawa yang memiliki kekayaan tradisi dan budaya. Dalam beragama suku Jawa mayoritas beragama Islam, hal ini lah yang menjadikan masyarakat Jawa-Islam untuk menjaga adat istiadat dari nenek moyang tetapi dengan nilai-nillai Islam. Sepasaran adalah salah satu tradisi suku Jawa yang masihh dilestarikan hingga sekarang, maka penulis memiliki ketertarikan untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai sepasaran yang lahir dari adat istiadat Jawa dan bagaimana penyesuaiannya dengan nilai-nilai Islam, khususnya tradisi sepasaran di Desa Way Kuyung, Kalianda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif. Sumber data yang diambil dari responden utama, yaitu tokoh agama dan masyarakat di Desa Way Kuyung, Kalianda dengan menggunakan meetode wawancara yaang didukung dengan observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Data tersebut akan diulas secara mendalam menggunakan teori simbolis milik Victor W. Turner dan juga teori fungsionalisme agama milik Emile Durkheim. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tradisi sepasaran bagi masyarakat Way Kuyung, Kalianda adalah bentuk rasa syukur dan do’a serta harapan yang dimintakan kepada Allah Swt., selain itu juga pelaksanaan terhadap sunah rasul saw., dan terakhir makna yang ingin dicapai perasaan satu kesatuan agama atau ukhuwah islamiyah yang tidak memandang suku dalam pelaksanaan tradisi ini. Lalu terdapat relevansi atau kecocokan tradisi sepasaran bayi di desa Way Kuyung, Kalianda terhadap nilai-nilai agama Islam; hal ini diperbolehkan atau sesuai karena telah masuknya nilai-nilai Islam seeperti aqiqah dan pembacaan sholawat dan dihilangkannya sesuatu yang dilarang seperti sesajen diubah menjadi berkat yang menjadi simbol sedekah. ABSTRACT THE MEANING OF THE SEPASARAN TRADITION AFTER THE BIRTH OF A BABY IN WAY KUYUNG KALIANDA VILLAGE By Handoko Putra Siswoyo Indonesia is a country rich in differences, including differences in religion, ethnicity, language, and traditions and culture. One of the majority tribes in Indonesia is the Javanese tribe which has rich traditions and culture. In the Javanese religion, the majority are Muslim, this is what makes the Javanese Islamic community maintain the customs of their ancestors but with Islamic values. Sepasaran is one of the Javanese traditions that is still preserved today, so the author has an interest in conducting research on sepasaran which was born from Javanese customs and how it adapts to Islamic values, especially the sepasaran tradition in Way Kuyung Village, Kalianda. This research is descriptive-qualitative field research. The data source was taken from the main respondents, namely religious and community leaders in Way Kuyung Village, Kalianda using an interview method which was supported by observation and documentation. This data will be reviewed in depth using Victor W. Turner's symbolic theory and Emile Durkheim's theory of religious functionalism. The results of this research show that the sepasaran tradition for the people of Way Kuyung, Kalianda is a form of gratitude and prayer as well as hope asked of Allah SWT, apart from that it is also the implementation of the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, and finally the meaning that the feeling of one religious unity wants to achieve. or ukhuwah Islamiyah which does not look at ethnicity in implementing this tradition. Then there is the relevance or suitability of the baby sepasaran tradition in Way Kuyung village, Kalianda to Islamic religious values; This is permissible or appropriate because Islamic values such as aqiqah and prayer reading have been included and the removal of something that is prohibited such as offerings has been converted into a blessing which is a symbol of alms.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh berita terhadap harga saham bank umum milik negara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia terkait dengan return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, nilai tukar rupiah, dan inflasi. Bank umum milik negara yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2012 - 2021 merupakan populasi penelitian. Sampling saturasi digunakan untuk  mengumpulkan data dari perwakilan lintas bagian populasi (4 entitas). Analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 25 adalah pendekatan analitik yang digunakan di sini. Hasil dari beberapa percobaan menunjukkan bahwa harga saham bereaksi terhadap perubahan return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, nilai tukar rupiah, dan inflasi secara simultan. Harga saham secara parsial dipengaruhi oleh faktor return on assets, return on equity, dan earning per share, tetapi tidak dipengaruhi oleh nilai tukar rupiah atau inflasi

    The study predicts the impact of the GetContact application on user security by using data mining using Naïve Bayes techniques. By using GetContact as a spam and call information filter, users can find and filter unwanted calls and messages. The app send spam or scam notifications based on the labels on the numbers it calls, with milions of users worldwide. Using RapidMiner software to analyze the data, this study used user data in the Batamindo Dormitory Block Q17 Muka Kuning. There were a total of 91 data used, divided into 61 training data and 30 test data. The result of the prediction of the influence the use of the GetContact application with Naïve Bayes resulted in model performance of 83,33% accuracy, 80% precision, and 90% recall. These result show that Naïve bayes successfully predicted the test data class. Of the 30 test data, 16 have a “Yes” class and 14 have a “No” class. This shows that 16 out of 30 users believe that the GetContact app compromises user security, while 14 out of 30 users feel the opposite

    Wheelset skid in railway bogies

    Skid of wheelsets leads to uncontrolled severe dynamics of bogies including derailment potential and damage to the running surfaces of the wheel and railhead. Simulation of wheelset skid would enhance the understanding of the skid mechanism and improve the level of safety. To effectively simulate bogie skid, the wheelsets should be modelled incorporating pitch degree of freedom. Such a model, based on a fixed inertial frame reference system, has been recently developed by the first author and is used in this paper to examine the skid of a simplified bogie containing two wheelsets and a bogie frame connected through spring-damper system. The current model accepts braking/ traction torque as a primary input and calculates the longitudinal speed profile, acceleration and distance travelled as a natural process. The calculated results have been validated using VAMPIRE where possible. The ability of the current model in predicting lateral dynamics whilst subjected to longitudinal skid is demonstrated through numerical examples – a feature that could not readily be predicted by most commercial wagon dynamics packages

    DOI: 10.17014/ijog.v5i3.102The Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey has been carried out around the Sidoarjo mud eruption. The aim of the survey is to see how far the development of shallow subsurface geological condition related to the eruptions that frequently occur around the main eruption. Ground Probing Radar is one of the geophysical method which is developed as a tool for a relatively shallow and detailed subsurface geological survey. The use of GPR method is not different with the seismic reflection method. The penetration depth of GPR method depends on electric properties of subsurface geological condition such as electric conductivity and dielectric constant. Both of these properties are related to physical properties of soil or rock such as water content and salinity. The result of the survey shows that at a shallow depth the geological structure such as fold, fault, and joint is frequently seen. Based on these results, the GPR method is very useful to decide the indication of potential area of small mud intrusion, so that the result can be used to help the mitigation plan.</p
