Get PDFPri pisanju diplomske naloge sem vključiti lastna spoznanja, mišljenja ter prepričanja o ustanovitvi in poslovanju podjetij v nastajajoč managementski koncept, imenovan Ustanovitveni dinamični koncept kakovosti.
V prvem delu diplomskega seminarja sem se poglobil in izpostavil nekatere priznane koncepte. Ob upoštevanju trenutnih gospodarskih razmer ter razumevanja prednosti in slabosti posamenih konceptov, so služili kot idejna podlaga pri snovanju novega.
V drugem delu sem se opredelil na ustanovitvene probleme in nejasnosti. Prva pomembna odločitev je izbira pravnoorganizacijske oblike, ki odvisna od ustanoviteljevega podjetniškega razmišljanja o načinu poslovanja in nagnjenosti k tveganju. Nadaljne je ustanovitlejeva obveznost spreminjati ideologijo in način poslovanja, ki se spreminja z razvojem življenjskega cikla podjetja. Veliko težo pri uspešnosti poslovanja ima tudi razumevanje tveganja in njegovo pravilno obvladovanje, saj se podjetje brez najmanjšega tveganja ne more raviti. Ključnega pomena je torej znižati stopnjo tveganja pri poslovanju na sploh in subjektivno ovrednotiti katere investicije so vredne določenega tveganja.
V osrednjem poglavju je prikazana ideologija koncepta in temeljna načela, ki služijo kot vodilo, da podjetje zasnuje dinamični in fleksibilno organizacijo, ki so v zadnjem sklopu prikazana v obliki implementacije koncepta v navidezno ustanovljenem podjetju.Though writing a diploma paper, I included my own conlusions, opinions and beliefs about establishement and operations of companies in the emerging management concepts, called Initial dynamic management cocept of quality
In the first part of diploma, i have chosen and highlighted some of the successful modern cocepts. Taking into account the current economic situation and understandind the strengths and weaknesses of individual concepts are used as the basis for conceptual design of a new one.
In the second part, I defined the initial problems and conusions. The first important decision is the choice of legal form of a company, which depends of the founders of entrepreneurial thinking on how business and risk appetite. Further, the founder\u27s commitment is to change the ideology and way of doing business that is changing whith the development of life cycle of the company. Important factor of successfuly performance has also understanding of the business risks and manege it properly, because a company without the slightest risk can not evolve properly.
In the central chapter is shown the ideology and basic principles of concept, that serve as a guide for company, which want to design a dynamic and flexible organization, which are in last chapter shown as proces of implementation of the concept in a virtual enterprise set up

Opisan je postopek izdelave elektro načrtov, zamenjave neustreznih komponent ter vpeljave varnosti za postopek CE. Projekt je bil izveden v podjetju SMM Proizvodni sistemi d. o. o., pri čemer sta bila za izdelavo dokumentacije stroja za sortiranje baterij uporabljena programska okolja EPLAN in SISTEMA. Cilj zaključnega dela je predelati stroj tako, da bo deloval enako, kot je deloval v nepredelanem stanju, hkrati pa bo skladen z evropskimi smernicami in standardi, kar vključuje izdelavo elektro dokumentacije, fizično predelavo ter ustrezno dokumentacijo za postopek CE.The thesis is based on the redesign of a machine to ensure compliance with European directives. It describes the process of creating electrical schematics, replacing non-compliant components, and implementing safety measures for the CE certification process. The project was carried out at SMM Proizvodni sistemi d. o. o., where the software tools EPLAN and SISTEMA were used to develop the documentation for a battery sorting machine. The objective of the thesis is to modify the machine in a way that it maintains the same functionality as in its original state, while ensuring full compliance with European directives and standards. This includes the development of electrical documentation, physical modification, and preparation of the required CE documentation
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
