Oxytate kanishkai
Oxytate kanishkai (Gajbe, 2008) Dieta kanishkai Gajbe, 2008: 59, figs 1–3 (description and illustrations of female). Type material. Holotype female from INDIA: Madhya Pradesh: Jabalpur, Tilwaraghat, 02 September 2006, leg. U.A. Gajbe, not examined. Remarks. O. kanishkai was described based on a single female specimen collected from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and was neither recollected nor re-described after its original description. We were unable to trace the type specimen in the National Zoological Collection of ZSI, even though the author mentioned that the type would be deposited there. We inquired about the availability of the type at the Zoological Survey of India, Central Zone Regional Centre, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh because the author was working there at that time. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the type specimen from there as well. Therefore, the type material of O. kanishkai is currently considered lost. The female copulatory organ of this species is quite distinct from other Oxytate species reported in India. Although the illustrations are poor, the laterally oriented spermathecae, and the lack of anterior hood cannot be seen in any other Indian congeners (cf. Figs 1C, G–H, 2C–D, G–H, 4 D–F, 5A–E, and 6C–D with figs 2–3 in Gajbe 2008). The available description and the illustrations might help in the identifications of freshly collected specimens from the type locality (Gajbe 2008: figs 1–3). Research Collaboration by faculty members in Physics in the University of Calcutta during 2001-2019: Using Bibliometrix R
The paper analyses 775 publications by the faculty members in the Department of Physics, University of Calcutta, collected from Scopus database for the period of 19 years (2001-2019). A number of bibliometric indicators e.g. total publications, citations, journal cites score, h-index, year-wise productivity, national and international collaborations, the most preferred and cited journal are employed for analysing the nature of publications. Bibliometric technique and open source software like Publish or Perish and Bibliometrix R Package are used for data analysis. The findings of the study revealed that 775 papers published in 173 journals with 9090 citations. The average citations per paper is 11.73 with departmental h-index (40) and g-index (62). It is also found that Debnarayan Jana (n=92) and Aritra Banerjee (n=82) are the most productive authors in the department of physics in Calcutta University

Catalytic Hydrogen Evolution by Fe(II) Carbonyls Featuring a Dithiolate and a Chelating Phosphine
abstract: Two pentacoordinate mononuclear iron carbonyls of the form (bdt)Fe(CO)P[subscript 2] [bdt = benzene-1,2-dithiolate; P[subscript 2] = 1,1′-diphenylphosphinoferrocene (1) or methyl-2-{bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)amino}acetate (2)] were prepared as functional, biomimetic models for the distal iron (Fe[subscript d]) of the active site of [FeFe]-hydrogenase. X-ray crystal structures of the complexes reveal that, despite similar ν(CO) stretching band frequencies, the two complexes have different coordination geometries. In X-ray crystal structures, the iron center of 1 is in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal arrangement, and that of 2 is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry. Electrochemical investigation shows that both complexes catalyze electrochemical proton reduction from acetic acid at mild overpotential, 0.17 and 0.38 V for 1 and 2, respectively. Although coordinatively unsaturated, the complexes display only weak, reversible binding affinity toward CO (1 bar). However, ligand centered protonation by the strong acid, HBF[subscript 4]·OEt[subscript 2], triggers quantitative CO uptake by 1 to form a dicarbonyl analogue [1(H)-CO][superscript +] that can be reversibly converted back to 1 by deprotonation using NEt[subscript 3]. Both crystallographically determined distances within the bdt ligand and density functional theory calculations suggest that the iron centers in both 1 and 2 are partially reduced at the expense of partial oxidation of the bdt ligand. Ligand protonation interrupts this extensive electronic delocalization between the Fe and bdt making 1(H)[superscript +] susceptible to external CO binding
Test ideal restricted to principal ideals and connections to trace ideals
Motivated by some recent results of F. P\'erez and R. R.G connecting test
ideal of module closure operations and trace ideals, we investigate the test
ideal restricted to principal ideals corresponding to a module closure
operation of a torsion-free module . We show that such a test ideal is
always a trace ideal, and moreover when is torsionless and faithful, then
it is the trace of the center of . Some applications

Trace ideal and annihilator of Ext and Tor of regular fractional ideals, and some applications
Given a commutative Noetherian ring with total ring of fractions ,
and a finitely generated -submodule of , we prove an equality
between trace ideal, and certain annihilator of Ext and Tor of . As a
consequence, we answer in one-dimensional local analytically unramified case, a
question raised by the present author and R. Takahashi. As another application,
we give an alternative proof of a recent result of \"O. Esentepe that for
one-dimensional analytically unramified Gorenstein local rings, the cohomology

Design of a Portable Pneumatic Exosuit for Knee Extension Assistance with Gait Sensing using Fabric-based Inflatable Insole Sensors
abstract: Current exosuit technologies utilizing soft inflatable actuators for gait assistance have drawbacks of having slow dynamics and limited portability. The first part of this thesis focuses on addressing the aforementioned issues by using inflatable actuator composites (IAC) and a portable pneumatic source. Design, fabrication and finite element modeling of the IAC are presented. Volume optimization of the IAC is done by varying its internal volume using finite element methods. A portable air source for use in pneumatically actuated wearable devices is also presented. Evaluation of the system is carried out by analyzing its maximum pressure and flow output. Electro-pneumatic setup, design and fabrication of the developed air source are also shown. To provide assistance to the user using the exosuit in appropriate gait phases, a gait detection system is needed. In the second part of this thesis, a gait sensing system utilizing soft fabric based inflatable sensors embedded in a silicone based shoe insole is developed. Design, fabrication and mechanical characterization of the soft gait detection sensors are given. In addition, integration of the sensors, each capable of measuring loads of 700N in a silicone based shoe insole is also shown along with its possible application in detection of various gait phases. Finally, a possible integration of the actuators, air source and gait detection shoes in making of a portable soft exosuit for knee assistance is given.Dissertation/ThesisMasters Thesis Mechanical Engineering 202
