No full textTato práce se věnuje zapomenuté herečce, novinářce a posléze vysoké státní úřednici Ruth Klinger (1906 - 1989). Začíná obdobím od jejího narození v roce 1906, důraz je kladen především na její uměleckou kariéru ve dvacátých až čtyřicátých letech a končí rokem 1953, kdy hrdinka pracovala v diplomatických službách. Klinger se narodila v Praze do židovské německojazyčné rodiny. Díky antisemitským útokům v roce 1919 zemřela její matka. A právě ztráta rodinného zázemí a život bez jistot provázely Klinger po většinu sledovaného období. Její velkou jistotou však byl příklon k sionismu a jednoznačné uvědomění si židovské identity. Za profesi si Ruth Klinger zvolila herectví. Vystudovala pražskou německou Akademii pro hudbu a dramatická umění v Praze a posléze odešla (1926), jako většina německojazyčných herců té doby, do centra divadelního dění, Berlína. Zde založila kabaret Kaftan hrající v jidiš. V roce 1933, po nástupu Adolfa Hitlera k moci, Klinger emigrovala do Palestiny, kde pokračovala v umělecké tvorbě. Po konci druhé světové války se Klinger vrátila do rodného města, kde zjistila, že téměř celá rodina zahynula v koncentračních táborech. Po znárodnění a vítezství komunistické strany si Klinger uvědomila, že o domov v Československu definitivně přišla. Vzdala se také své původní profese herečky a začala pracovat ve službách nově vzniklého Státu Izrael.This work is dedicated to Ruth Klinger (1906 - 1989), a forgotten actress, journalist, and a high government official. It begins with the period of Klinger?s birth in 1906, stressing her artistic career in the 1920s and 1940s, and finishes in 1950 when Klinger worked in diplomatic services. Klinger was born in Prague into a Jewish German speaking family. Due to an anti-Semitic attack in 1919 died Klinger?s mother. The loss of family, safety, and an insecure life marked Klinger for the period with which this work deals. However, she found safety in Zionism and a clear realisation of her Jewish identity. As her profession, Ruth Klinger chose acting. She studied at the Prague German Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts and after graduating, she followed many German speaking actors of the period and left Prague for Berlin?the centre of theatre art. In Berlin she founded the very first Yiddish cabaret in Berlin. In 1933 after the rise to power of Adolf Hitler, Klinger immigrated to Palestine, where she tried to continue their artistic careers. After the end of the Second World War, Klinger returned to her native city only to discover that almost her entire family perished in concentration camps. After the victory of Communists in Czechoslovakia and nationalisation, Klinger realised that she finally lost her home. She gave up her original acting profession of and began to work in the services of a newly established State of Israel.Fakulta filozofickáUchazečka představila téma své dizertační práce. Zdůvodnila jeho výběr, seznámila komisi s metodickými východisky a etapami svého výzkumu. Po přečtení posudků obou oponentek zodpověděla jejich dotazy, jakož i dotazy ostatních členů komise. Poté následovala závěrečná rozprava.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
