Streszczenie
Autor pozwoli sobie przybliżyć problematykę dopingu w sporcie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem prawnych aspektów, w tym karnoprawnych reguł sportowych, włączając w to kwestię ciężaru dowodu, metod ustalania faktów i domniemań. Celem publikacji jest przedstawienie niedozwolonych metod dopingu. W pracy zastosowano metodę polegającą na analizie specjalistycznej literatury.

Abstract
The Author of this work brings issue of doping closer to readers. The main aim of work is showing illegal methods of doping. In the work was used method of analysing of scientific articles.
Special attention will be paid to sports rules and crime law, especially to: presumption, burden of proof and methods of determining facts. The essential part of this work is related to illegal doping.

Przestępczość na rynku dzieł sztuki - możliwość przeciwdziałania

Streszczenie
Celem pracy jest przedstawienie wybranych aspektów dotyczących przestępczości na rynku dzieł sztuki oraz możliwości ich przeciwdziałaniu. Autorka pracy wykorzystała metodę analityczną-prawną oraz przegląd piśmiennictwa. Ponieważ przestępczość na rynku dzieł sztuki integralnie łączy się z popytem na dobra kultury, kwestia ta została uwzględniona w niniejszej pracy. Przedstawiono jakie czynniki mają na to wpływ. Poruszono kwestię zabezpieczenia w muzeach powiatowych i miejskich. Wskazano w jaki sposób można przeciwdziałać omawianemu procederowi i oddziaływania współpracy międzynarodowej m.in. Narodowego Instytutu Dziedzictwa, Forów Prawnych Dziedzictwa Europejskiego.
Summary
The aim of the work is to present selected aspects of crime in the art market and the possibility of counteracting them. The author has used: the method of legal analysis and literature study. Crime in the art market is related to the cultural goods, the author shows what factors have influence to this. It was showed key role of The National Heritage Board of Poland, EU Heritage Legislation.

Streszczenie
Celem pracy jest wskazanie wybranych wykroczeń przeciwko zabytkom.
Autorka pracy wykorzystała metodę analityczną-prawną oraz przegląd piśmiennictwa. Poruszono m. in. kwestie w jakich przypadkach następuje wykroczenie, w jakim czasie musi nastąpić, jakie można przedsięwziąć środki aby jemu zapobiec. Zwrócono uwagę na rolę Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Ochrony Zabytków oraz ministra właściwego do spraw kultury i ochrony dziedzictwa narodowego.
Summary
The aim of the work is to present selected aspects misdemeanors against monuments and the possibility of counteracting them. The author has used: the method of legal analysis and literature study. I was moved, among others issues in which cases occur misconduct, when and what measures can be taken to prevent it. The aim of this paper is to present the matter directly. Attention also was paid to the role The Provincial Monuments Conservator and the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

Streszczenie
Celem pracy jest omówienie wybranych baz danych w kontekście przestępczości przeciwko dziełom sztuki. Autorka użyła metody analityczno-prawnej oraz przeglądu piśmiennictwa. W świetle nasilania się przestępczości równoległym udoskonaleniom podlegają metody prewencyjne. Jedną z takich metod są bazy danych. Dokumentacja zabytków w postaci zaawansowanych elektronicznych systemów w dużym stopniu przyczynia się do ochrony zabytków, autorka rozpatrzyła te kwestie w jurydycznym kontekście.
Summary
The aim of the work is to discuss selected databases in the context of crime against works of art. The author has used: the method of legal analysis, historical-legal method and literature study.
The documentation of monuments in the form of advanced electronic systems greatly contributes to the protection of monuments. Above aspects are clearly delineated in the discussed paper.

Streszczenie
Celem pracy jest przedstawienie prawnych uregulowań związanych z zawodem psychologa. W pracy posłużono się materiałami źródłowymi z zakresu omawianej tematyki i odniesieniem do Ustawy o zawodzie psychologa i samorządzie zawodowym psychologów. Autor skupia się na wymaganiach stawianych psychologom. Możliwość poniesienia odpowiedzialności dyscyplinarnej dodatkowo wpływa na rzetelne wykonywanie zawodu. Równowaga psychiczna stanowi podstawę ładu społecznego, stąd wzrasta ranga tego zawodu.

Abstract
The aim of this work is to show legal basis related to profession of psychologist. In the work was used special literature and legal regulations. The author focuses on requirements for psychologists. The author notes that psychologists are disciplinary responsible for their work, what can have influence on quality of their job, and equilibrium is a base of social peace. Therefore significance of this profession grows.

Streszczenie
Celem publikacji jest przedstawienie prawnych aspektów Funduszu Rozwoju Kultury Fizycznej. W pracy dokonano analizy aktów prawnych oraz posiłkowano się przeglądem specjalistycznej literatury. Wskazano że rozwój sportu w Rzeczypospolitej finansowany jest ze środków Funduszu Rozwoju Kultury Fizycznej oraz ze środków pieniężnych w ramach tego funduszu rozdzielanych pomiędzy potrzebami o charakterze regionalnym, a także ogólnopolskim. Stwierdzono, że w ramach funduszu finansowane są także ośrodki naukowo- dydaktyczne związane ze sportem przygotowujące młodych ludzi do rywalizacji sportowej.

Abstract
The main aim of this work is to show legal issues related to Fund of Development of Physical Culture. The author had analysed legal acts and reviewed specialist literature. It was presented that sport in Poland is funded by above- mentioned Fund. The author shows that financial support related to this Fund is earmarked for regional and nation wide issues. It was states that thanks to this support are financed sports scientific and sports schools in which young people are prepared to sports competition.

Abstrakt
Cel pracy było przedstawienie zagadnień związanych z kapitałem zakładowym spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
W pracy zastosowano następujące metody badań: przegląd piśmiennictwa i orzecznictwa
Abstrakt: W niniejszej publikacji przybliżono kwestię kapitału zakładowego spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a także zdefiniowano pojęcie kapitału zakładowego, jego ustawowe minimum oraz uzyskano odpowiedz na pytanie - jakie wkłady można uznać za niepieniężne, pieniężne, a jakie podlegają wyłączeniu?. Przedstawiono czym jest wkład pieniężny i niepieniężny (aport). W pracy wskazano problematykę obniżenia oraz podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego, przelaniu jego nadwyżki (agio) do kapitału zapasowego.
Ustalając kapitał zakładowy spółki należy pamiętać, że spółka z o.o. odpowiada za zobowiązania całym swoim majątkiem oraz, że ustalenie niskiego progu kapitału zakładowego może spowodować niebezpieczną sytuację w przypadku popadnięcia w zadłużenie spółki. Należy podkreślić, że w przypadku podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego trzeba opłacić podatek od czynności cywilnoprawnych, który wynosi 0,5%[1]. Podatek ten dotyczy wartości, o którą zwiększono kapitał zakładowy.
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present issues related to the share capital of a limited liability company.
In this article are used the following methods of analysis: review of the literature and case law.
In this publication is showed the issue of the share capital of a limited liability company, and also defined the concept of the share capital of its statutory minimum, so as to obtain answer to the question - what contributions can be considered as non-cash, cash equivalents. It shows what is the contribution of cash and non-cash (aport). The author identified issues and the reduction of the share capital, its and agio.
In determining the capital of the company, is necessary to note that the limited liability company is responsible for the obligations of all its assets. It should be noted that in the case of a share capital increase must be paid tax on civil law transactions, which amounts to 0.5%.

Main sports malpractices in the view of criminal law

Streszczenie
Celem publikacji jest przedstawienie problemu korupcji w sporcie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem odpowiedzialności karnej. W pracy dokonano analizy raportów Centrum Badania Opinii Społecznej, a także posiłkowano się przeglądem specjalistycznej literatury. Wykazano jak dużym problemem jest korupcja w sporcie, a także w jaki sposób należy jej przeciwdziałać. Stwierdzono, że bez odniesienia się do zasad fair play sport w pełnym tego słowa znaczeniu, nie ma racji bytu.

Abstract
The main aim of this work is to show sports corruption with special regard to criminal responsibility. In this work was used following methods: analysing reports of polish Centre for Public Opinion Research and it was made review of special literature. The author shows, how great problem is sports corruption and how to deal with it. It was alleged that sport is completly at odds without fair play rules.

Streszczenie
Celem publikacji jest przedstawienie jednej z metod badań kryminalistycznych- wariografu.
W pracy dokonano analizy aktów prawnych, w celu prześledzenia zagadnień dotyczących opisywanego tematu. Przeprowadzono analizę specjalistycznego piśmiennictwa.
Wskazano, ze wariograf jest jedną z metod pozwalających na rejestrowanie więzi emocjonalnych badanego do ludzi, rzeczy, zjawisk, zdarzeń itp.
Stwierdzono, że wariografia kryminalistyczna jest kontrowersyjną metodą, może przyczynić się do wzrostu wykrywalności przestępstw oraz do oczyszczenia z zarzutów osób niewinnych.

Abstract
The main aim of this work is to show one of the crime detection method- polygraph.
In the work was used special literature and legal regulations.
It indicated that the polygraph is one of the methods which record the audited emotional ties to the people, things , events , incidents ect.
Main conclusions are related that forensic polygraph is controversial method wchih can contribute to an increase in crime detection and could clear of the allegations of innocent people.

Streszczenie
Celem pracy było porównanie polskiego i włoskiego systemu prawnego i wskazanie możliwych rozwiązań. Proceder fałszerstw dzieł sztuki będzie pojawiał się coraz częściej. Związane jest to przede wszystkim ze wzrostem cen obiektów oraz z otwartością rynku antykwarycznego, także z lukami w prawie, pozwalającymi na manipulację. W przypadku zakupów przedmiotów o niebagatelnej kwocie, konieczne jest przeprowadzenie fachowej ekspertyzy. Należy zwrócić uwagę, że w polskim systemie prawnym brakuje regulacji o charakterze szczegółowym, a w wielu przypadkach stosowane są ogólne przepisy dotyczące oszustw, fałszerstw etc. Porównując regulacje obowiązujące w obu systemach prawnych należy stwierdzić, że w RP brakuje, np., przepisu dotyczącego publikacji danych osobowych sprawców, co jest bardzo istotne ze względu na konieczność zaufania do sprzedawców dzieł sztuki ze strony nabywców.
Abstract
The aim of the work was to compare the Polish and Italian legal system and an indication of the possible solutions. Practice counterfeit works of art will appear more often. This is mainly due to increase in prices of properties and antique market openness, also with gaps in the law, allowing for manipulation. In the case of purchases of items with a considerable amount, it is necessary to carry out professional expertise. It should be noted that in the Polish legal system lacks a regulation of a specific, and in many cases used are general provisions on fraud, counterfeiting, etc. Comparing regulations in both legal systems, it should be noted that in Poland are missing, for example, the provision on the publication of personal data of the perpetrators, which is very important because of the need to trust the sellers of works of art on the part of the buyers.
