Service Quality, Trust, and Customer Loyalty of Mobile Banking Services at AYA Bank PCL (Khin Lay Mon, 2025)
The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of service quality on
customer trust and to examine how trust affects customer loyalty in AYA Bank’s
mobile banking services. A sample of 399 users was selected using Yamane’s formula
and a simple random sampling method. This research focuses on service quality
dimensions reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness that
influence customer trust. The findings show that trust is significantly affected by
tangibility and responsiveness, followed by assurance and reliability. Empathy,
although positively affect by users, does not have a significant direct impact on trust.
The study also reveals that customer loyalty is strongly influenced by trust. Users with
high levels of trust are more likely to continue using the service, recommend it to
others, and are less likely to switch to other banks. Based on these findings, the study
recommends that AYA Bank focus on improving the visual and functional design of
its mobile banking app, and strengthen customer support services to build trust. To
enhance long-term loyalty, it is important to maintain high service quality, ensure
responsive communication, and provide secure and consistent user experiences

Automatic Image Segmentation Using Edge and Marker Controlled Watershed Transformation
Image segmentation has been a difficult task in computer vision. The role of image segmentation is to decompose an image into parts that are meaningful with respect to the particular applications. Subsequent methods for image description, recognition, image visualization, image compression, highly depend on the segmentation results obtained from previous stage. Therefore, we propose an automatic image segmentation method by combining an edge detection technique with modified mask as a preprocessing method and Marker Controlled Watershed Transformation (MCWT) for final image segmentation. In this paper, watershed algorithm with modified Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) edge detector is used to detect
the gradient image of input image and produce the image which is less sensitive to noise. In order to get final image with less over segmentation, it is helped by MCWT. Therefore, our proposed method has also been observed a satisfactory segmentation image with better edges and with less over segmentation
Automatic Image Segmentation Using Gradient based Morphological Watershed Transformation
Image segmentation has been an essential step in digital image processing for most subsequent image analysis and image understanding activities. Many conventional segmentation methods require a considerable amount of interactive guidance in order to attain satisfactory results. Therefore, in this paper, fully automatic image segmentation which is usually a difficult segmentation task for natural images is proposed. This system is based on mathematical morphology to control over segmentation problem of watershed segmentation. Therefore, in this system, the modified 9x9LoG filter
is applied to produce a better approximation of gradient magnitudes and then the improved watershed algorithm based on the marker is performed. This system requires simpler parameters and lower computation than other traditional watershed methods. The system can efficiently reduce over segmentation of watershed algorithm and get the meaningful segmented image that are useful for image annotation, objects detection in an image and image retrieval systems
Integration of Marker Controlled Watershed and Region Merging Method for Image Segmentation
In an automatic image segmentation system, the preprocessing method estimated a
better approximation of gradient magnitudes by
the modified 7x7 Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG)
edge filter. In segmentation step, marker
controlled watershed method (MCWS) is applied
to solve over-segmentation problem. Finally, the
segmented regions are merged by using
histogram similarity to obtain the accurate
segmented regions in an image

Automatic Natural Image Segmentation by Using Marker Controlled Watershed Method and Region Merging Method
An automatic image segmentation method for natural images is proposed. The The proposed system includes three approaches: gradient computation with the modified LoG edge filter, markercontrolled watershed segmentation (MCWS) with automatically marker selection and region merging approach that is based on edge strength and homogeneous intensity
Edge embedded Marker based Watershed Method for image segmentation
Image segmentation has been a significant and difficult task digital image processing. Conflict between generality and objectivity becomes an
important issue in image segmentation. Segmentation accuracy determines the success or failure of computerized analysis procedure. Therefore, we
propose an automatic segmentation method that is useful for computer vision. The Proposed system are combined the modified Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) edge detection filter which is used to produce accurate gradient magnitude and Marker Controlled Watershed Transformation. In this paper, firstly, watershed algorithm with Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG) edge detector is used to detect the clear edge map of the input image and produce the image which is less sensitive to noise. Marker-controlled watershed segmentation provides to get the beter segmented image with less over segmentation. Therefore, our proposed method can detect a detailed, accurate and satisfactory segmentation image without any broken edges while overcoming over segmentation problem due to conventional watershed segmentation
