    ORTHOGRAPHIC NORM AND GRAMMATICAL HOMONYMY

    No full text
The article deals with the relevant linguistic issue of correlation between word spelling and the distinction of units belonging to different grammatical classes. The concepts of word and part of speech are contrasted. The author has revealed the peculiarities of lexical units functioning in written speech, which enables their part-of-speech status identification. The analysis of criteria, suggested by the linguists for differentiation of homonymous adverbs, preposition-and-case-form combinations, and derivative prepositions resulted in proposing a procedure of consecutive operations, accomplished to identify the part-of-speech status of grammatically homonymous words. The results of the linguistic experiment show how in speech practice native speakers solve the problems of part of speech determination and establishing the spelling of such words. It was revealed that the methods for distinguishing grammatical homonyms used by recipients, in many cases, do not lead to the correct solution. The existing codified guidelines are not applied while writing, as spelling of the major part of grammatically homonymous words does not meet the requirements of the norm. To solve the problem under consideration, it is necessary to adjust the content of spelling rules and change the spelling of a number of words, where traditional spelling principles are reflected

The 1 : 1˗oxytungstates of praseodymium and neodymium have been prepared as single crystals, either in dry conditions (in a flux of alkali chlorides), or in hydrothermal conditions. The crystals Nd₂ WO₆ are monoclinic with a = 15.93 Å, b = 11.39 Å, c = 5.51 Å, β = 92°, Z = 8. They are always twinned according to the plane (100).Les 1 : 1˗oxytungstates de praséodyme et de néodyme ont été préparés, sous forme de monocristaux, soit par voie sèche dans des flux de chlorures alcalins, soit par voie hydrothermale. Yu. Ilyina-Stohniienko, Yu. P. Kharchenko, A. V. Zaretska, A. I. Savchuk, A. I. Kolotvin Odessa National Medical University Abstract COVID-19 pandemic is recognized as a present day major public health burden. Risk factors for developing a more severe course of COVID-19 include increased levels of C-reactive protein and D-dimer. Pulmonary embolism (PE) is challenging in patients with COVID-19. The purpose: to analyze clinical and paraclinical manifestations of PE in patients with COVID-19 in order to develop a system for its early diagnosis, prediction of complications, prevention and treatment. 52 patients aged 28 - 81 y.o. with a diagnosis "Acute respiratory disease COVID-19" have been examined during 2020-2021. (98.08±1.9)% of PE patients had a history of one or more comorbidities, including obesity (80.77%), coronary heart disease (96.15%), hypertension (98.08%), peripheral arteries (92.3%), type 2 diabetes mellitus (48.08%). Evaluation of laboratory parameters revealed increasing lymphocytopenia, leukocytosis, neutrophilia, thrombocytopenia (p<0.05). Biochemical parameters showed high CRP, increase in creatinine, decrease in glomerular filtration rate (p<0.05). A direct relationship was found between overweight and an increase in the content of C-RP in COVID-19 and PE patients. Conclusions: age over 65, hypertension and obesity are risk factors for severe course of COVID-19 and PE. Key words: COVID-19; PE; D-dimer; coagulopath

Зроблено висновок, що у нинішніх умовах нестабільної політичної й економічної ситуації, актуальною задачею є впровадження суб’єктами господарювання економіко-математичних методів моделювання для обґрунтування управлінських рішень щодо розроблення виробничої програми підприємства.Bread baking industry of Ukraine is studied in the article. It is concluded that during the current conditions the actual task is the implementation of economic- mathematical models in the production programs preparation

Intractability of Optimal Multi-Robot Path Planning on Planar Graphs

    No full text
We study the computational complexity of optimally solving multi-robot path planning problems on planar graphs. For four common time- and distance-based objectives, we show that the associated path optimization problems for multiple robots are all NP-complete, even when the underlying graph is planar. Establishing the computational intractability of optimal multi-robot path planning problems on planar graphs has important practical implications. In particular, our result suggests the preferred approach toward solving such problems, when the number of robots is large, is to augment the planar environment to reduce the sharing of paths among robots traveling in opposite directions on those paths. Indeed, such efficiency boosting structures, such as highways and elevated intersections, are ubiquitous in robotics and transportation applications.Peer reviewe
