Woman is nothing but a beautiful creation of God. She is the icon of love, care, calmness and passion. She is emotionally stronger than man. There are many examples which have shown that women can regulate a country better than men. However, she has not been treated properly by men. The role of constitution in ensuring gender justice is being recognised in modern times. Constitution of India has done a magnificent job in ensuring gender justice in the supreme law of the country.
