Od ústavní výchovy po ústavní péči – kontexty cesty k osamostatnění se
No full textAutor porovnáva kontexty osamostatnenia sa detí po ukončení ústavnej výchovy (ústavnej starostlivosti) v období pred rokom 1989 a v súčasnosti. Na základe komparácie niektorých prvkov systémov vyslovuje presvedčenie, že postmoderna vytvára pre mladých ľudí oveľa komplikovanejšie podmienky pre osamostatnenie sa ako obdobie predchádzajúce. Konštatuje, že k skutočnému osamostatneniu sa môže dôjsť len vtedy, ak si dieťa osvojí základné etické hodnoty. Bez cieľavedomej výchovy to považuje za nemožné.Autor porovnává kontexty osamostatnění se dětí po ukončení ústavní výchovy (ústavní péče) v období před rokem 1989 a v současnosti. Na základě komparace některých prvků systémů vyslovuje přesvědčení, že postmoderna vytváří pro mladé lidi mnohem komplikovanější podmínky pro osamostatnění se než předcházející období. Konstatuje, že ke skutečnému osamostatnění se může dojít jen tehdy, osvojí-li si dítě základní etické hodnoty. Bez cílevědomé výchovy to považuje za nemožné

PERSEPSI PENUMPANG PADA KUALITAS PELAYANAN JASA PERUSAHAAN TRANSPORTASI (Studi Perbandingan pada PO. Safari, PO. Lorena, dan PO. Pahala)
Full text linkPenelitian ini berisi tentang persepsi penumpang pada kualitas pelayanan jasa pada perusahaan
perusahaan transportasi (studi perbandingan pada 3 perusahaan otobus atau PO.), yang bertujuan
untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi penumpang pada kualitas pelayanan ke-3 perusahaan
otobus, yaitu PO. Safari Dharma Raya, PO. Lorena Karina, dan PO. Pahala Kencana, untuk
kemudian penulis akan membandingkan persepsi penumpang pada kualitas pelayanan masing –
masing perusahaan berdasarkan 5 (lima) dimensi yang ada dalam variabel kualitas pelayanan.
Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan pengolahan data
menggunakan teknik statistik distribusi frekuensi. Dan cara analisis data yang digunakan adalah
modus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi penumpang pada kualitas
pelayanan ke-3 perusahaan otobus adalah sedang. Hal ini menandakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan
yang dimiliki atau ditawarkan oleh ke-3 (tiga) perusahaan otobus tersebut nyaris sama atau
seimbang. Persepsi tersebut terbentuk berdasarkan kesesuaian atau kesamaan antara harapan
penumpang sebelum menikmati pelayanan terhadap fakta – fakta yang terjadi saat penumpang
memperoleh pelayanan. Persepsi sedang mencerminkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak buruk
tetapi juga belum bagus. Maka dari itu ke-3 perusahaan otobus tersebut harus terus memperbaiki
kualitas baik fasilitas maupun pelayanannya agar sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan
penumpang sehingga dapat meningkatkan persepsi penumpang terhadap kinerja dari pelayanan
perusahaan – perusahaan otobus tersebut. Apabila diuraikan berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian
pada tiap dimensi, PO. Safari Dharma Raya memiliki kelebihan pada dimensi reliability dan
assurance, namun memiliki kelemahan pada dimensi empathy. Sedangkan PO. Lorena Karina
memiliki kelebihan pada dimensi tangible, namun memiliki kelemahan pada dimensi empathy.
Dan PO. Pahala Kencana memiliki kecenderungan rata – rata berkualitas sedang
