    Background: Danger sign of pregnancy was a sign that someone who pregnant have a serious  problem with the mother or fetus. Contact at least 4 times during pregnancy (K4) was the fourth contact of pregnant women with the medical employee  (or more), to obtain antenatal care according to established standards, provided that at least one contact in the first trimester, one contact on the second trimester and two contact times in the third trimester. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between knowledge pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy with the achievement of K4.Methods: The research method was using analytical research design type of cross sectional correlation. The subjects in this study was the entire third trimester pregnant women in the Selopanggung Village Semen District Regency of  Kediri  as many as 12 people, sampling technique using saturation sampling and research in March until April 2019. Measuring instrument used was questionnaire and book KIA. Data analysis was using Fisher Probability Exact Test. Results: The results showed all third trimester pregnant women have a good knowledge (100%) and as much as 33% of pregnant women can achieve K4. The analysis showed that the calculated p value was 1 greater than 0.01 so there wasn’t correlation between knowledge pregnant women about the danger signs of  pregnancy with the achievement of K4. Conclusion: This research was expected to increase further-enhance-the-achievement-of-K4 by medical employee with_home_visit

I Pembelajaran dengan pola berbasis komunitas merupakan salah satu bentuk pola pembelajaran kepada siswa dengan bertujuan siswa dapat belajar serta menerima materi pelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru dengan baik. Pembelajaran bukan hanya di dalam kelas saja namun pendidikan di masyarakat atau komunitas juga dapat sebagai alat pembelajaran sehingga siswa dapat berpraktek lang ditenggah-tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sekaligus membahas bagaimana pola belajar pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis komunitas di Gubuk Al-Kautsar Desa Ngreco Kecamatan Tegalombo Kabupaten Pacitan, bagaimana penerapanya dan mengetahui tentang kendala yang dihadapi dalam belajar pendidikan agama Islam berbasis komunitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode antara lain: wawancara, dokumentasi, dan obsevasi. Hasil dari pengumpulan data tersebut kemudian di analisa yang dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus pada setiap tahapan penelitian sehingga sampai tuntas dan datanya sampai penuh. Aktifitas dalam analisis data meliputi data reducation, data display, dan concluvison. Dari penelitian yang peneliti lakukan di Gubuk Al-Kautsar Desa Ngreco dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pola belajar berbasis komunitas pada Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan cara memberikan materi pelajaran yang bersifat permasalahan dan santri memecahkan masalah tersebut dengan pendampingan ustadz atau yang disebut active learning dan praktik langsung Contextual Teaching Learning atau didalam masyarakat. Kemudian bentuk penerapanya, a). Melakukan pembiasaan yang baik b). Pembelajaran didalam kelas selain bertatap muka untuk membangun kedekatan antara ustadz dengan santri, c). Pembelajaran di luar ruang yaitu dengan menekankan kepada santri untuk lebih dekat dengan kenyataan yang ada, d). Pembelajaran di lingkungan santri dapat belajar langsung dengan orang-orang terdekat dengan mereka contohnya beretikat baik dengan sesama, berbiacara dengan sopan, membantu sesama dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan Kendalanya adalah, a). Biaya dan waktu yang kurang memadai, b). Professional seorang ustadz juga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepahaman santri, c). Semangat yang kurang dari santri, d).     Factors Associated with Anemia among Pregnant Women in Trimester III

    Background: The estimated anemia pre­va­len­ces among pregnant women are Asia 48.2%, Af­ri­ka 57.1%, Amerika 24.1% and Eropa 25.1%. 40% of maternal deaths in developing countries is asso­­ciated with anemia during pregnancy. Ad­ver­se impacts of anemia in pregnancy toward fetus in developing countries is higher, whereas in industrial countries, perinatal prognosis is not asso­ciated with anemia in pregnancy. Anemia in TM III gives effects to the incidence of Low Birth Weight and preterm labour. The study aims to find out factors associated with anemia inci­den­ces among pregnant women in TM III in Commu­nity Health Center (Puskesmas) Pesantren I, the city of Kediri.Subjects and Method: It was a cross sectional study conducted in Puskesmas Pesantren I the city of Kediri. There were 30 pregnant wo­men of TM III. The dependent vari­able was anemia. The independent variables were age, education, occu­pation, parity, and the com­­pliance in consuming iron tablet. The data were collected by question­naire. The data were analyzed by Chi square.Results: Low education (OR= 9.33; 95% CI= 1.51 to 5.76; p= 0.010), work at home (OR= 8.66; 95% CI= 3.46 to 21.65; p<0.001), multi­parous (OR= 13.20; 95% CI=2.11 to 8.25; p=0.003), and did not adhere to iron tablet consumption (OR= 5.50; 95% CI­=­1.­14 to 2.64; p=0.028) increased the risk of anemia. Age 20-35 years old (OR= 0.35; 95% CI=0.15 to 0.80; p=0.012) reduced the risk of anemia.Conclusion: Low education, work at home, multi­parous, and did not adhere to iron tablet consumption increase the risk of anemia.     Mengantisipasi peningkatan penyebaran dan jumlah infeksi, masyarakat dihimbau untuk melakukan pola hidup sehat baru sesuai&nbsp; protokol&nbsp; kesehatan semasa pandemi&nbsp; Corona virus.&nbsp; Salah satu bentuk protokol tersebut adalah menjaga kebersihan dan tidak melakukan kontak langsung dengan pasien positif Corona virus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial, efikasi diri dan stigma terhadap kepatuhan santriwati dalam penggunaan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid 19 di Pondok Pesantren Mathlabul ulum Sumenep. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan fokus penelitiannya diarahkan untuk akan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial, efikasi diri dan stigma terhadap kepatuhan santriwati dalam penggunaan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid 19 di Pondok Pesantren Mathlabul ulum Sumenep. Jumlah populasi sejumlah 164 responden dan sampel sebanyak 116 responden yang diambil dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil temuan didapatkan bahwa hampir hampir separuh responden memiliki dukungan sosial kategori cukup sebanyak 47 responden (40,5%). Hampir separuh responden memiliki efikasi diri kategori sedang sebanyak 47 responden (40,5%). Hampir separuh responden memiliki stigma kategori sedang sebanyak 48 responden (41,4%). Sebagian besar responden tidak patuh melakukan protokol kesehatan sebanyak 85 responden (73,3%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis Regresi Linear Berganda menunjukkan bahwa dengan nilai p-value 0,000 &lt; 0,05 maka H1 diterima jadi disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh dukungan sosial, efikasi diri dan stigma terhadap kepatuhan santriwati dalam penggunaan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid 19 di Pondok Pesantren Mathlabul ulum Sumenep dengan besaran pengaruh 83,1%. Diharapkan santriwati bisa mematuhi protokol kesehatan sebagaimana mestinya dimana harus menggunakan masker standart, jaga jarak dan rajin cuci tangan dengan sabun. Dengan begitu dapat mengurangi risiko penyebaran virus Covid-19

    Edukasi Diet Rendah Garam dan Pembatasan Cairan terhadap Self Efficacy dan Motivasi untuk Sembuh pada Pasien Hemodialysis

    This study aims to determine low salt diet education and fluid restriction on self-efficacy in controlling fluid salt intake and motivation to recover in haemodialysis patients. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental research. This quasi-experimental uses a Non Equivalent Control Group design or often called Non Randomised Control Group Pretest And Posttest Design. The results showed that based on the results of the Dependent T Test there was a difference in Self Efficacy before and after education in the intervention group with a p-value of 0.001 &lt;0.05 with a t value of 4.661 there was a difference in motivation to recover before and after education in the intervention group with a p-value of 0.001 &lt;0.05 with a t value of 4.001. The conclusion of this study is that low salt diet education and fluid restriction have an effect on Self Efficacy and motivation to recover in haemodialysis patients. &nbsp; Keywords: Education, Haemodialysis, Self Efficacy, Motivatio

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua otoriter dengan kemampuan Activities Of Daily Living (ADL) pada anak retardasi mental usia 6-12 tahun. Studi Analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dengan jumlah sampel  30 orang tua yang mempunyai anak retardasi mental usia 6-12 tahun, dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan observasi, Analisis dengan uji rank spearman. Hasil analisis dapat diperoleh data uji rank spearman  dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) atau p = 0,000 dan taraf kesalahan atau =0,05, jadi p&lt;, 0,000&lt; 0,05 .Hasil penelitian besar responden memiliki pola asuh tidak otoriter yaitu sebanyak 24 responden (80%) dan hampir seluruh anak retardasi mental usia 6-12 tahun tidak mampu melakukan kemampuan ADL. Pola asuh otoriter pada orang tua berpengaruh terhadap anak ADL yang diterapkan pada anak sejak dini dapat meningkatkan kemandirian anak, khususnya pada anak retardasi mental

    Analysis of Service Quality Policy on Patients Satisfaction at Benjeng Health Centers during COVID-19 Pandemic

    Background: Patient's assessment of the services of health workers is based on the patient's experience. The purpose of this study is to analyzeinfluence tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assuranceand empathy for the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Benjeng Health Center during the Covid 19 Pandemic.Subjects and Method: This was a cross sectional study with the focus of the research being directed at analyzing influence tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assuranceand empathy for the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Benjeng Health Center during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The total population is 2,000 respondents and a sample of 333 respondents taken using the simple random sampling. The data were described into number and percentage.Results: The findings showed that most of the respondents had a good tangible category as many as 171 respondents (51%). Most of the respondents have a good category of reliability as many as 178 respondents (53%). Most of the respondents have good category responsiviness as many as 165 respondents (50%). Most of the respondents have good assurance category as many as 184 respondents (55%). Most of the respondents have empathy in the good category as many as 174 respondents (52%). Most of the respondents have a satisfied category of satisfaction as many as 237 respondents (71%).influence tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assuranceand empathy for the satisfaction level of visitors to the Benjeng Health Center during the Covid 19 Pandemic with a magnitude of 79.1%.Conclusion: It is expected that respondents can provide constructive input and criticism so that the services provided can be in accordance with what is expected.Keywords: Quality of health service, satisfactionCorrespondence: Soni.     Strategy and Role of Health Promotion in Stunting Prevention: Literature Review

    Background: Currently, Indonesia is facing health problems suffered by children under five due to malnutrition or malnutrition which causes stunting. Based on data from the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), it shows that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2023 will reach 21.5%. Health Promotion is considered a collaboration of educational and environmental support to create healthy living behavior for the entire community. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the Strategy and Role of Health Promotion in Stunting Prevention. Methods: In writing this literature review article, literature searches were conducted systematically using various scientific databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The keywords used were adjusted to the research topic, including stunting, health promotion, and prevention. Inclusion criteria included articles published within the last five years (2019-2024), written in English or Indonesian, and directly addressing the topic under review. At the beginning of the article search, the authors found 65 articles, then selected according to the criteria to 24 articles, then narrowed down to 5 articles. Results: Based on the results of several articles analyzed, show that preventive and promotive efforts are the right efforts to prevent stunting from 1000 HPK (First Day of Life). The health promotion strategy itself is divided into 3 aspects, including advocacy, social support, and community empowerment. Conclusion: Thus, it is hoped that preventive and promotive efforts will be intensified to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia. The government supports this by launching the Healthy Indonesia Program which consists of 3 pillars, the healthy paradigm, strengthening health services, and National Health Insurance (JKN)

    Background: The implementation of health services is more focused on improving, maintaining, and protecting health, so it is not only focused on recovery or healing of diseases. Hospital as a referral level health service institution plays an important role in encouraging all stakeholders to commit to promotive and preventive efforts in preventing and reducing health risks faced by Patients, Patient Families, Hospital Human Resources, Hospital Visitors and the community, and to keep them in goodhealth. The purpose of the study to analyze the effectiveness of education in Covid 19 patients using SAJI techniques against changes in the knowledge, motivation and behavior of Covid 19 patients in the Special Isolation Room of Karsa Husada Batu General Hospital.Methods: Type of quantitative research with Pre-experimental design and One-Group Pretest-Posttest Research Design approach. The population of all covid 19 patients in isolation rooms amounted to 55 respondents. A sample of 46 respondents with Morgan's table, a total sampling technique. Independent variables of knowledge. Variable intervening motovation. Behavioral dependent variables.Results: There was a significant difference between knowledge before and after education (sig. = 0.000). There is a significant difference between motivation before and after education (sig. = 0.000). There is a significant difference between the behavior before and after education (sig. = 0.000). The motivation variable significantly serves as an intervening variable between the influence of knowledge variables on behavior (sig. = 0.01).Conclusions: It is hoped that by educating covid patients using present techniques can increase knowledge, motivation and behavior of Covid 19 recovery

    Analysis of Perception, Attitude, and Quality of Service on Patient Satisfaction at the Registration Place of the Kesambenkulon Health Center, Kediri

    Background: Understanding the patient's needs and wants is an important thing that affects patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyzethe influence of perceptions, attitudes and quality of service on patient satisfaction at the registration of the Kesambenkulon Health Center. Subjects and Method: A cross sectional study conducted at Kesambenkulon Health Center, from August 19 to September 4, 2022. A sample of 105 respondents was taken by a simple random sampling. The dependent variable was patient satisfaction. The independent variables are perceptions, attitudes and service quality. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression.Results: Perception (b= 0.23; 95% CI= 6.12 to 8.13; p&lt;0.001), attitude (b= 0.43; 95% CI= 5.65 to 7.84; p= 0.002), quality service (b= 0.15; 95% CI= 4.84 to 7.59; p= 0.002) were significantly associated with patient satisfaction at the Kesambenkulon health center registration (adj. R2= 81.2%). Conclusion: The researcher believes that understanding the patient's needs and desires is an important thing that affects patient satisfaction.
