    Company "Raita" solvency and financial situation of stability analysis

    Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Uzņēmuma “Raita” maksātspējas un finansiālā stāvokļa analīze”. Darba mērķis ir, ieteikumu izstrāde uzņēmuma „Raita” vadībai attiecībā uz uzņēmuma maksātspējas un finansiālā stāvokļa stabilitātes uzlabošanu ekonomiskās apstākļos. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim sadaļām un desmit nodaļām. Darba pirmajā daļā tika aprakstīts uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa stabilitātes un maksātspējas analīzes teorētiskie pamati. Sniegta informācija par rādītāju aprēķina formulām un to lielumu ietekmi uz uzņēmuma darbību. Otrajā darba daļā veikta mēbeļu tirgus analīze. Atklāta informācija par pētāmā uzņēmuma darbību, tās specifiku, analizēta uzņēmuma struktūra. Ir apkopota informācija par mēbeļu tirgus attīstību pasaulē un Latvija pētīšanas periodā no 2009.gada līdz 2015.gadam. Trešajā nodaļā, autors veica uzņēmuma darbības analīzi laika posma no 2011.gada līdz 2016.gadam.. Tika veikta uzņēmuma bilances vertikālā un horizontālā analīze. Aprēķināti un analizēti uzņēmuma rentabilitātes un likviditātes rādītāji. Darbs izklāstīts uz 69 lapām un iekļauj izmantotās literatūras un citu informācijas avotu 22 nosaukumus, 13 tabulas, un 12 attēlus, 37 formula. No 70 līdz 74 lpp. sastāv no darba pielikumiem, uz kuriem balstās darba aprēķini. Darba pētīšanas metodes: statistiskā analīze, grafiskā analīze, speciālās literatūras analīze. The aim of the work is to provide guidance to the management of the company to improve solvency and financial standing ratios in economic conditions. Bachelor thesis consists three sections and ten chapters. At the first part of the work described the theoretical foundations of the firm's: financial soundness and solvency analysis. Information is provided in the calculation formula with the indicators and the impact on the company's operations. In the second part, the analysis of the market . Information of the activities that investigated company, its specifics, the structure of the company is analyzed. Development of the furniture market in the world and Latvia during the research period from 2009 till 2015 is gathered. In the third chapter, the author carried out an analysis of the company's operation for the period from 2011 to 2016. A vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheet of the company was carried out. The company's profitability and liquidity ratios are calculated and analyzed The work is presented on 69 pages and includes 22 titles, 13 tables and 12 figures, 37 formula.     Perbandingan Algoritma Apostolico-Giancarlo dan Algoritma Raita pada Aplikasi Kamus Istilah Islam Berbasis Android

    Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat cepat pada saat ini diiringi dengan perubahan kebiasaan mobile-user yang hanya menggunakan perangkat mobile yang biasanya hanya digunakan untuk keperluan telepon dan pesan singkat menuju ke penggunaan untuk menunjang kegiatan sehari-hari. Perkembangan syiar Islam juga sangat pesat, melalui media televisi dan media online. Sering kali muncul istilah islam yang kurang dipahami masyarakat. Algoritma pencocokan string adalah salah satu bagian terpenting dalam berbagai proses pencarian yang berkaitan dengan tipe data dan teks, seperti pencarian kata pada kamus islam. Untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mencari istilah islam, penulis membuat aplikasi kamus offline berbasis Android dengan menerapkan algoritma Apostolico-Giancarlo dan algoritma Raita. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa running time algoritma Raita lebih cepat daripada algoritma Apostolico-Giancarlo. Rata-rata running time untuk algoritma Apostolico-Giancarlo adalah 4,5 ms dan algortima Raita adalah 4 ms.At this time, technological advances spread quicky are accompanied by changes of mobile-user habits that only use mobile devices which are usually only used for call and short message purposes to support daily activities. The development of Islam is also very rapid, through television and online media. Meanwhile the people were less understanding about Islamic term. String matching algorithm is the part of important things which used in research process such as data type and text by using islamic dictionary. To make it easier for users to found Islamic definition, the author make an Android based offline dictionary application by applying the algorithm Apostolico-Giancarlo and Raita algorithm. The result of researches that the running time of algoritma raita fastest than algoritma apostolico Giancarlo.     Ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap musik sangat tinggi, hal ini ditandai dengan banyaknya lagu dalam playlist di ponsel mereka, men-download, mendengarkan lagu-lagu terbaru, banyaknya acara musik di televisi, dan sering me-request lagu favorit mereka di radio. Untuk mempermudah masyarakat mencari lirik lagu bahasa Indonesia, dibuatlah aplikasi berbasis Android dengan Speech Recognition. Speech Recognition berfungsi untuk mengubah Speech ataupun ucapan menjadi Text yang akan dicari. Speech Recognition yang dipakai adalah Google Speech Recognition. Untuk database, penulis menggunakan Firebase Realtime Database. Dikarenakan Firebase cukup mudah untuk diimplementasikan ke platform Android. Penelitian ini menggunakan data lirik lagu sebanyak 500 buah. Penelitian ini membandingkan kompleksitas waktu (Ɵ) serta running time untuk fase preprocessing dan pencarian dari algoritma Reverse Colussi dan Raita. Algoritma Reverse Colussi dan Algoritma Raita adalah jenis Exact String Matching. Algorima Reverse Colussi melakukan pencarian pattern dalam teks dengan menggunakan tabel pergeseran Reverse Colussi Bad Character (rcBc) dan Reverse Colussi Good Suffixes (rcGs). Sedangkan Algoritma Raita menggunakan tabel Boyer Moore Bad Character (bmBc). Secara teoritis, pada fase preprocessing algoritma Reverse Colussi memiliki kompleksitas waktu sebesar Ɵ (m2), sedangkan fase preprocessing algoritma Raita memiliki kompleksitas waktu Ɵ (m). Pada fase pencarian algoritma Reverse Colussi memiliki kompleksitas waktu sebesar Ɵ (n), sedangkan fase pencarian algoritma Raita memiliki kompleksitas waktu Ɵ (mn). Sedangkan secara riil, untuk 10 kali percobaan dengan rentang panjang pattern sebesar 5-263 karakter, algoritma Reverse Colussi memiliki rata-rata waktu pencarian sebesar 954,4 ms. Dan algoritma Raita sebesar 265,8 ms.People's have high interest in music, this is why there are so many songs on their phone playlist, downloading, listening to the latest songs, the number of music shows on television and often requesting their favorite songs on the radio. To make it easier for people to search the lyrics of Indonesian songs, the author makes an Android-based app with Speech Recognition. Speech Recognition purpose is to change a Speech into text that to be searched. Speech Recognition that is used is Google Speech Recognition. For the database, the author uses Firebase Realtime Database. Because Firebase is pretty easy to implement to the Android platform. This study uses 500 items of lyrics. This study compares the time complexity (Ɵ) as well as running time for the preprocessing phase and the search of Reverse Colussi and Raita algorithms. Reverse Colussi Algorithm and Raita Algorithm are Exact String Matching. Reverse Colussi Algorithm searches for patterns in text using shift tables Reverse Colussi Bad Character (rcBc) and Reverse Colussi Good Suffixes (rcGs). While Raita Algorithm using shift table Boyer Moore Bad Character (bmBc). Theoretically, in the preprocessing phase, the Reverse Colussi algorithm has a time complexity of Ɵ (m2), while the preprocessing phase of the Raita algorithm has a time complexity Ɵ (m). In the search phase, the Reverse Colussi algorithm has a time complexity of Ɵ (n), while the search phase of the Raita algorithm has a time complexity Ɵ (mn). While in real case, for 10 experiments with a long pattern range of 5-263 characters, the Reverse Colussi algorithm has an average search time of 954.4 ms.     “Ergonomisko risku samazināšana fibrolīta ražošanas uzņēmumā SIA CEWOOD” Darba autors : Elvita - Raita Danenberga. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Lektora p.i. Mārtiņš Pužuls. Darbs izklāstīts uz 47 lpp., ietver 6 attēlus, 1 tabulu, 15 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīts darbā pētāmais uzņēmums – SIA “CEWOOD”, tā vēsture, attīstība un darbības veidi. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikts ergonomijas apskats – vēsture, tās attīstība Latvijā un pasaulē, tās mērķi un uzdevumi, kā arī riski. Trešajā nodaļā tiek pētīti ergonomiskie riski uzņēmumā SIA “CEWOOD” – ofisa darbam, fiziskajam darbam, kā arī tiek pētīti tādi riski kā monotons darbs, putekļi un troksnis. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir veikta darba vides risku analīze pēc Somijas 5 baļļu metodes, aprakstīta un analizēta SIA “CEWOOD” darbinieku veiktā aptauja. Darba noslēgumā autors veic secinājumus un sniedz ieteikumus situācijas uzlabošanai SIA “CEWOOD”. Pētījumā konstatēts – uzņēmumā SIA “CEWOOD” dominē ergonomiskie un psihoemocionālie riski, kuru mazināšanai nepieciešami pasākumi organizācijas un individuālā līmenī. The first chapter describes the company under study - SIA “CEWOOD”, its history, development and types of activity. The second chapter reviews ergonomics - history, its development in Latvia and in the world, its goals and objectives, as well as risks. In the third chapter, the ergonomic risks in the company SIA “CEWOOD” - office work, physical work, as well as such risks as monotonous work, dust and noise are studied. In the fourth chapter, the analysis of work environment risks according to the Finnish 5-point method is performed, the survey conducted by the employees of SIA “CEWOOD” is described and analyzed. At the end of the work, the author draws conclusions and provides recommendations for improving the situation in SIA "CEWOOD". The study found that the company SIA “CEWOOD” is dominated by ergonomic and psycho-emotional risks, the mitigation of which requires measures at the organizational and individual level.     The Characteristic Features of Social Dialogue in the Baltics

    This article analyzes the characteristic features of social dialogue in the Baltic states. The methodology of the current research is based on an intensive analysis of literature and statistical data. The aim of the present research is to address some gaps that were identified during the literature review. Firstly, why does the social dialogue develop so slowly in the Baltic states? Secondly, what was the role of social partners in that process? We find that the main achievement in social dialogue have been reached by social partners on the national level and, despite the painful austerity measures, the Baltic states showed the benchmark of advanced crisis management
