Laboratory diagnosis of dermatophytosis

The purpose of this work is created summary of laboratory methods, which are used for diagnosis of dermatophytosis. Beginning of thesis is given to common characteristics of dermatophytes, taxonomony, nomenclature and morphology of individual genera. The big part of thesis creates summary of laboratory methods. There are described individual types of microscopy, cultural techniques, molecular methods and immunological methods. The end of the thesis is dealted with infections, which are caused by dermatophytes and their treatment. Light microscopy and culture are used most frequently. Development of dental tourism in Bulgaria
Full text linkThis study examines the opportunities for the development of dental tourism in Bulgaria. Dental tourism is a specific type of medical tourism, which has been developing rapidly in recent years, and in Bulgaria dental tourism has only been reflected for five or six years. Dental tourism is not affected by seasonality, it is not directly related to the availability of tourist resources and can successfully be combined with various types of tourism. These features increase its importance not only for reducing seasonality in our seaside and mountain resorts, but also for the economic "revival" of some less developed municipalities and regions. The first part of the study examines the features of medical tourism and in particular dental tourism, as well as the factors that influence the choice of a dental clinic. Evaluative vocabulary in descriptions of cultural differences in children's travelwriting (based on the example of Szymon Radzimierskiand Nela Mała Reporterka 'Nela The Small Reporter')
No full textThe aim of the article is to present lexical evaluative expressions used by teenage authors of reports (Szymon Radzimierski and Nela Mała Reporterka ‘Nela The Small Reporter’) in descriptions of cultures other than their native culture. The author relies on the axiological hierarchy by Jadwiga Puzynina and includes both lexemes and idiomatic expressions. The excerpt of vocabulary showed the advantage of colloquial lexemes, which can be combined with all axiological categories. The analysis allowed to recreate the way of seeing one's own and foreign culture along with sensitivity to moral differences and to illustrate the tendency to colloquialise the language used in children's literature.Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie leksykalnych środków wartościowania wykorzystywanych przez nastoletnich autorów reportaży (Nelę Małą Reporterkę oraz Szymona Radzimierskiego) w opisach kultur innych niż rodzima. Autorka opiera się na hierarchii aksjologicznej Jadwigi Puzyniny, uwzględnia zarówno leksemy, jak i związki frazeologiczne. Ekscerpcja słownictwa wykazała przewagę leksemów wielowartościowych o zabarwieniu potocznym, mogących łączyć się ze wszystkimi kategoriami aksjologicznymi. Analiza pozwoliła odtworzyć sposób widzenia własnej i obcej kultury oraz wrażliwość na odmienności obyczajowe, a także zilustrować tendencję do kolokwializacji języka literatury dziecięcej

The preparation of physical education students for health education lessons – theory and reality
Streszczenie
Celem artykułu była konfrontacja wymagań nowej podstawy programowej w związku z wyeksponowaniem w niej roli edukacji zdrowotnej i powiązania jej z wychowaniem fizycznym z rzeczywistym przygotowaniem studentów do realizacji zadań tej edukacji.
Badania przeprowadzono w roku akademickim 2014/2015 w Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego w Poznaniu wśród 51 studentów pierwszego roku SUM kierunku Wychowanie Fizyczne. Wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego z anonimowym kwestionariuszem ankiety.
Z badań własnych wynika, że szczególnie duże wyzwanie stanowią treści związane ze zdrowiem psychospołecznym oraz kształtowaniem umiejętności życiowych u dzieci i młodzieży.
Słowa kluczowe: edukacja zdrowotna, podstawa programowa kształcenia ogólnego, kształcenie nauczycieli.
Abstract
The aim of the study was to confront the requirements of the new core curriculum, changing the status of school-based health education and linking it strongly with physical education (PE), with the actual preparation of students to conduct health education lessons.
The survey was conducted in the academic year 2014/2015 at the Eugeniusz Piasecki University of Physical Education in Poznan, among 51 physical education master's students. The diagnostic survey method based on the authorial and anonymous questionnaire was used.
According to the study results one of the most challenging tasks of future PE teacher are those connected with psychosocial health and developing life skills among children and youth.

Daniela Korčáková, Ph.D. The B[e] stars is a common designation for a diverse group of stars of different types and evolutionary stages exhibiting forbidden emission lines and a strong infrared excess. We focus on the most mysterious group, called the FS CMa stars. These stars have the potential to help us understand the formation of strong magnetic fields in stars. The most recent and the most likely scenario explaining the nature of at least some of the FS CMa stars has to do with the chaotic process of stellar mergers. This process itself is not yet well known, however, the FS CMa group potentially contain a whole evolutionary sequence of mergers. Apart from the B[e] features or the multiperiodic behaviour, observed in spectroscopy as well as photometry, one needs to account for the strong magnetic field found in the FS CMa star IRAS 17449+2320 (Korčáková et al., 2022). This is what led to the first magneto-hydrodynamic simulations of the matter accretion onto a post-merger (Moranchel-Basurto et al., 2023, 2024). PharmDr. Daniela Fialová, Ph.D. Autor: Nela Želivská Úvod: Procentuální zastoupení geriatrických nemocných v populaci stále narůstá, a tím narůstá i význam a potřeba poznatků racionální geriatrické farmakoterapie v každodenní klinické praxi. U geriatrických nemocných je velmi častá polymorbidita a polyfarmakoterapie, z tohoto důvodu je potřebné i pravidelně revidovat lékové režimy ve stáří a řešit potenciální lékové problémy. Kritéria potenciálně nevhodných léčiv ve stáří (PIMs, z angl. "potentially inappropriate medications in the aged") byla definovaná expertními skupinami jako pomocný nástroj, který má zvýšit racionalitu lékové preskripce u seniorů. Rizikovost PIMs ve vyšším věku často převažuje nad jejich přínosem nebo neexistuje dostatek vědeckých důkazů o dostatečné účinnosti/bezpečnosti těchto léčiv ve stáří, z tohoto důvodu by mělo být užití PIMs u seniorů limitováno a jejich racionalita předepisování pravidelně sledována. Abstrakt bakalářské: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití ergoterapie v oblasti prevence syndromu karpálního tunelu (SKT) u osob pracujících v kancelářském prostředí a je zpracována formou teoreticko - praktické práce. Syndrom karpálního tunelu SKT je nejčastější úžinový syndrom horní končetiny, jehož výskyt bývá často spojován s dlouhodobou statickou zátěží, nevhodnými pracovními návyky a nedostatečně ergonomickým pracovním prostředím. Vzhledem ke zvyšujícímu se podílu administrativních profesí je prevence tohoto onemocnění aktuálním tématem. Cílem práce bylo ověřit efektivitu krátkodobé ergoterapeutické intervence zaměřené na edukaci, úpravu pracovního místa a podporu vhodného pracovního režimu.
