No full textZahříváním furo[2,3-c]chinolin-2,4(3aH,5H)-dionů v cyklohexylbenzenu s katalytickým množstvím N,N-dimethylpyridin-4-aminu byly připraveny furo[3,4-c]chinolin-3,4(1H,5H)-diony. Dále byla reakcí 3-amino-3-fenylchinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dionu s ethyl(trifenylfosforanyliden)-acetátem ve vařícím xylenu připravena směs látek, z níž byly izolovány další látky. V rámci práce byly také provedeny mikrobiologické testy toxicity daných látek.Furo[3,4-c]quinoline-3,4(1H,5H)-diones were prepared by heating furo[2,3-c]quinoline-2,4(3aH,5H)-diones with cyklohexilbenzene with catalytic amount of N,N-dimethylpyridine-4-amine.Furthermore the reaction of 3-amino-3-fenylchinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dion with ethyl(triphenylphosphoranylidene) afforded complex mixture of compounds. Despite of the fact that great attention is paid to an early diagnosis and therapy of arterial hypertension, it remains compensated insufficiently in a number of patients. Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to analyse the possibilities of pharmaceutical care provided to patients who are at risk of arterial hypertension. Methodology: Blood pressure was measured from the beginning of October till December 2012 in a public pharmacy in Moravská Třebová. The blood pressure was measured by a pharmacist by means of a validated and calibrated tonometer. Other data were collected from a directed interview with the pharmacy client. The data were evaluated in Microsoft Excel 2007 and processed by means of the frequency analysis. A retrospective analysis of drug problems was further performed in patients who have been using pharmacotherapy or food supplements. In memory of Stanislav Martinát (1976–2023)
No full textOn Sunday, August 13, 2023, Stanislav Martinát – a respected Czech geographer and member of the Editorial Board of Moravian Geographical Reports journal – died after a short serious illness at the age of 47. Despite his relatively young age, Stanislav Martinát was one of the most productive and the most cited Czech geographers. He is the author or coauthor of over 100 peer-reviewed articles, of which more than 70 were published in journals indexed in the Web of Science database. This article is a collection of personal memories from people from different workplaces from several countries who had the opportunity to work with Stanislav (Standa) and to share a part of their life stage with him

No full textPředložená disertační práce se zabývá syntézou a reaktivitou 4-hydroxychinolin-2(1H)-onů, chinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dionů a sloučenin z těchto látek dostupných, především derivátů kyseliny anthranilové. V literární části je kromě reaktivity přiblížena také biologická aktivita, přírodní výskyt a otenciální využití těchto sloučenin k úpravě vlastností nebo k ochraně materiálů. V druhé části práce jsou komentovány výsledky výzkumné činnosti autora publikované v odborné literatuře.Presented dissertation thesis is focused on a synthesis and reactivity of 4-hydroxyquinolin-2(1H)-ones, quinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones and the substances available therefrom, especially anthranilic acid derivatives. In the literary part, biological activity, natural occurrence, and potential application of these compounds at modifying properties and/or protecting materials are discussed in addition to reactivity. No full textTato práce se zabývá reaktivitou a možným syntetickým využitím 3-hydroxychinolin-2,4(1H,3H)-dionů. V literární části přibližuje hlouběji dosud známé reakce těchto sloučenin. Poznatky získané z experimentů provedených autorkou zahrnují jednak oxidaci titulních sloučenin kyselinou pentahydrogenjodistou a hydrolýzu oxidačních produktů, kterými jsou N-(?-ketoacyl)anthranilové kyseliny, jednak možnost jejich využití k syntézám 1 fenylfuro[2,3-c]chinolin-2,4(3aH,5H)-dionů.This diploma thesis is dealing with the reactivity and possible synthetic utilisation of 3-hydroxyquinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones. The reactions of mentioned compounds, which have been known until now, are reviewed in the literature search section. The knowledge achieved in the experiments carried out by the author include oxidation of these com-pounds by paraperiodic acid to N-(?-ketoacyl)anthranilic acids and their hydrolysis as well as a possibility of their exploitation to the synthesis of 1 fenylfuro[2,3-c]quinoline-2,4(3aH,5H)-diones.Ústav chemieobhájen
