No full textThis article describes how librarians created a Wikipedia article on cultural competence in health care to support the medical school’s curriculum. Wikipedia, often considered not as reliable as scholarly articles, continues to be popular. Rutgers librarians conducted a Wikipedia project to improve its content to benefit students. The importance of cultural competency in health care is widely recognized due to increasingly diverse patient populations. Medical schools integrate cultural competency in curricula to train students to be culturally competent. Therefore, this topic was chosen for the Wikipedia Project. It is hoped that health sciences librarians and educators will benefit from their experience

The title of this final report is Design of Helper Tool for Flat and Cylinder Chucks
of "Hung Ta" Tensile Test Machine (Testing). The study aims to find the steps in
manufacturing of a product.
The author chose this tool to improve the production efficiency in terms either of
time or expense in the making process, and also improve product quality.
Data collected by observation.
The conclusion, this product are made in order to assist the testing of tensile test
materials in Mechanical Engineering Mechanics Laboratory.
The author suggests, this product is best used to test the tensile strength of a
material, or as a replacement for the old products that have been unsuitable.

Business Plan - Establishing café shop in Helsinki. Case: Xin Chao Café
No full textThis is a bachelor’s thesis for Seinäjoki University of Applied Science’s Degree Programme in International Business. The research aims to conduct a research how to set up a feasible café shop in Helsinki region. To help the business plan succeed, there is an insight analysis of the customer behavior and competitive of coffee market in Finland.
Qualitative method is selected as the main method in the thesis with the use of survey to analyze the market, especially about the target customer. The survey was conducted with 74 participants selected in three crowded districts of Helsinki with different age and nationalities.
The theoretical framework analyzes literature reviews of business plan and determine a suitable structure for the business plan of café shop Xin Chao. Marketing concepts related to market analysis, marketing mix 7Ps, SWOT analysis, financial and related theories are reviewed to support the business plan.
The author believes that the business – Xin Chao café shop is feasible with the insights of the coffee market and effective marketing strategies. High quality products and excellent service are the corners stone of developing the café shop. With the use of traditional and digital marketing, the business will not only cause a buzz in the coffee market at the beginning, but also a popular location for residents, workers and tourist in Kruununhaka, Helsinki
