The first two chapters describe the development of working from home and the advantages and disadvantages of working from home. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis introduces the company Valeo Autoklimatizace k.s. and the use of work from home in said company. The crucial part of this bachelor thesis is a survey applied in the said company, which aimed to find out how employees are currently satisfied with working from home and what main advantages and disadvantages employees see in working from home. The bachelor thesis also gives suggestions for improving work from home in the said company.Bakalářská práce se zabývá prací z domova ve společnosti Valeo Autoklimatizace k.s. V prvních dvou kapitolách je popsán vývoj práce z domova společně s výhodami a nevýhodami, které s sebou práce z domova přináší. Dále je v bakalářské práci představena společnost Valeo Autoklimatizace k.s. a využití práce z domova v uvedené společnosti. Klíčovou částí této bakalářské práce je dotazníkové šetření aplikované v uvedené společnosti, jehož účelem bylo zjištění, jak zaměstnancům momentálně vyhovuje práce z domova, a jaké hlavní výhody a nevýhody zaměstnanci vidí ve využívání práce z domova. V bakalářské práci jsou též uvedeny návrhy pro zlepšení práce z domova v uvedené společnosti

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
