Kompetensi guru PAI perspektif K. H. Hasyim Asy'ari dalam kitab Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama, meningkatkan moral serta membentuk karakter peserta didik. Oleh karena itu perlu didalami kembali kriteria atau kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru PAI untuk mampu memenuhi tugasnya secara maksimal. Sebagai sarjana Muslim, ada baiknya untuk menjadikan para tokoh Muslim serta pemikiran mereka sebagai rujukan dan acuan. Terdapat satu tokoh Muslim yang menarik perhatian penulis karena salah satu karangannya membahas seputar pendidikan. Tokoh tersebut adalah K. H. Hasyim Asy’ari dengan karyanya kitab Adabul ‘Alim wal Muta’allim.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru menurut Ilmu Pendidikan Islam, mengetahui gambaran isi kitab Adabul ‘Alim wal Muta’allim dan mengetahui juga mengeksplorasi kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) perspektif K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari dalam kitab Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim serta relevansinya dengan kompetensi guru PAI menurut aturan pemerintah dan Ilmu Pendidikan Islam.
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa seorang guru diharuskan memiliki kompetensi. Kompetensi disini dimaknai sebagai seperangkat kemampuan baik pengetahuan, keterampilan atau perilaku yang dibutuhkan dan harus dikuasai guru untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya secara profesional.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode konten analisis (content analysis). Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik penelitian kepustakaan atau library research yang bersifat deskriptif analitis di mana data diperoleh melalui sumber literasi seperti buku, dokumen, artikel dan sebagainya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi guru perspektif Ilmu Pendidikan Islam dapat disimpulkan meliputi; dewasa, sehat lahir dan batin, ahli (menguasai bidang ilmu dan pengajaran), profesional dalam mengajar, mampu memahami siswa dan menyayanginya, berkepribadian Muslim dan berakhlak terpuji. Kitab Adabul ‘Alim wal Muta’allim tersusun dari delapan bab, secara keseluruhan membahas etika seputar pembelajaran bagi guru dan murid. Tiga bab diantaranya fokus pada pembahasan etika guru. Kompetensi guru perspektif K. H. Hasyim Asy’ari dalam kitab Adabul ‘Alim wal Muta’allim secara umum terbagi kedalam tiga kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pribadi guru, kompetensi mengajar guru dan kompetensi interaksi dengan peserta didik. Setelah dianalisis, kompetensi guru PAI secara khusus dapat dikelompokkan kedalam enam kompetensi, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik dengan penekanan pada kemampuan guru dalam menyukseskan peserta didik, kompetensi kepribadian yang lebih menekankan pada pendekatan keagamaan (sufistik), kompetensi sosial dengan berperan aktif dalam masyarakat, kompetensi profesional yang menekankan kapabilitas seorang guru dibidangnya, kompetensi spiritual dengan konsep ikhlasnya dan kompetensi kepemimpinan dengan menjadi teladan demi melestarikan budaya Islami
Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Keuangan Pada Pemerintahan Desa Alim Kecamatan Batang Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
The purpose of this research was carried out in Alim Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency to find out how the appropriateness of the accounting application with the General Acceptance Accounting Principles. The types of data used by the author are primary data and secondary data. Primier data is data obtained from direct interviews with the treasurer of the village of Alim regarding the history of the establishment of the village of Alim, and the process of compiling village financial reports. Secondary Data There is data obtained from documents related to Alim Village, for example, village vision and mission, notebooks and Village Financial Reports. The data collection technique used by the writer is a survey method, namely by means of observation and interviews. While the analysis of this research uses descriptive analysis using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that some of the shortcomings of the financial reports presented by the village of Alim are not making general journals, not depreciating fixed assets, not recording ending inventory balances. It can be seen that the Implementation of Financial Accounting in Alim Village is not yet fully in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Determination of K shell XRF parameters and K to L shell vacancy transfer probabilities of ferromagnetic 3d transition metals
In this study, K shell X-ray fluorescence cross-sections (sigma K alpha, sK beta and sigma K), K shell fluorescence yields (omega K) and K to L shell vacancy transfer probabilities (eta KL) of ferromagnetic 3d transition metals (Fe, Co, Ni) were investigated to understand how the relationship between ferromagnetism and these values changes with atomic number by using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) technique. The all obtained experimental and theoretical results were comparatively given as a function of the atomic number. It was clearly observed that all of the investigated parameters depend on the atomic number and the ferromagnetism state of the atom
Urgensi Kode Etik Guru dalam Membentuk Karakter Siswa: Studi Pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari
K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari in formulating the teacher's code of ethics, he first looked at the teacher as a profession that was very sacred and loaded with values of worship. The task of the teacher is not only limited to the activity of providing teaching, but also to provide education in the real sense. Namely directing students to have noble character and personality and noble behavior in accordance with religious and ethical norms. This paper aims to examine the code of ethics of a teacher described by KH. Hasyim Ash'ari in Chapters 5 through 8 of the book of Adab al-‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim. Using library research methods by taking several discussion points related to the purpose of writing. And among the results of this study are: 1. The Adabul Book ‘Alim Wal Muta’allim is one of the monumental works of KH Hasyim Asy’ari who talks about morals for education practitioners. 2. The author can pull some of the main substances that the author classifies into 5 important points, namely: related to the nature of the teacher; teacher as a profession; basic concepts of teaching / educating; teaching / educating methods; and the progression of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari about the teacher's code of ethics. 3. Teacher code of conduct formulated by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari has a significant level of relevance, especially regarding efforts to realize the ideals and goals of national education.

Sri Lankan author Passi Alim and his Arabic teaching methodology for non-native speakers
Language is one of the most important means by which people exchange opinions and ideas and show their daily feelings
and needs in life. More than four hundred and sixty-seven million people speak the Arabic language around the world
and Islam is based on this language. Learning Arabic takes an essential place among Muslims because of the Holy Quran
and Hadith as a crucial source of Islamic legislation. Each profession has a unique method or methods to achieve its
success. The teaching profession is valuable work with an important responsibility. The teacher of the Arabic language
needs to be interested in an independent way to achieve the educational, psychological objectives by teaching and
learning process. This study describes the contribution of Passy Alim and his teaching methodology because it seems
that he followed to train children to read the Holy Quran with a valuable way in his book “Thadreesul Quran”. This
research targets to identify Sheikh Passy Alim, and his contributions to the Arabic language, show the advantages of the
book Thadreesul Quran with the introduction and description of the methodology of Sheikh Passi Alim through his
book for teaching the Holy Quran which he followed in his writing. To achieve these objectives, the researcher uses
the descriptive and analytical approach to reach the desired results. One of the most important conclusions reached by
the researcher during this study is that Sheikh Passi Alim is a famous writer who has written many books in the Arabic
language in the field of teaching, especially his book Thadreesul Quran where he followed a sound methodology,
concerns individual differences and follows an easy way to read the Holy Quran by all children. It also recommends the
importance of reviving Arabic teaching in the Sri Lankan society and introducing it into the educational curriculum in
schools and universities in order to develop the teaching skills of this language and make active generations in the field
of teaching
Order parameter allows classification of planar graphs based on balanced fixed points in the Kuramoto model
Phase balanced states are a highly underexplored class of solutions of the Kuramoto model and other coupled oscillator models on networks. So far, coupled oscillator research focused on phase synchronized solutions. Yet, global constraints on oscillators may forbid synchronized state, rendering phase balanced states as the relevant stable state. If, for example, oscillators are driving the contractions of a fluid filled volume, conservation of fluid volume constrains oscillators to balanced states as characterized by a vanishing Kuramoto order parameter. It has previously been shown that stable, balanced patterns in the Kuramoto model exist on circulant graphs. However, which noncirculant graphs first of all allow for balanced states and what characterizes the balanced states is unknown. Here, we derive rules of how to build noncirculant, planar graphs allowing for balanced states from the simple cycle graph by adding loops or edges to it. We thereby identify different classes of small planar networks allowing for balanced states. Investigating the balanced states’ characteristics, we find that the variance in basin stability scales linearly with the size of the graph for these networks. We introduce the balancing ratio as an order parameter based on the basin stability approach to classify balanced states on networks and evaluate it analytically for a subset of the network classes. Our results offer an analytical description of noncirculant graphs supporting stable, balanced states and may thereby help to understand the topological requirements on oscillator networks under global constraints
Network topology enables efficient response to environment in Physarum polycephalum
The network-shaped body plan distinguishes the unicellular slime mould Physarum polycephalum in body architecture from other unicellular organisms. Yet, network-shaped body plans dominate branches of multi-cellular life such as in fungi. What survival advantage does a network structure provide when facing a dynamic environment with adverse conditions? Here, we probe how network topology impacts P. polycephalum's avoidance response to an adverse blue light. We stimulate either an elongated, I-shaped amoeboid or a Y-shaped networked specimen and subsequently quantify the evacuation process of the light-exposed body part. The result shows that Y-shaped specimen complete the avoidance retraction in a comparable time frame, even slightly faster than I-shaped organisms, yet, at a lower almost negligible increase in migration velocity. Contraction amplitude driving mass motion is further only locally increased in Y-shaped specimen compared to I-shaped-providing further evidence that Y-shaped's avoidance reaction is energetically more efficient than in I-shaped amoeboid organisms. The difference in the retraction behaviour suggests that the complexity of network topology provides a key advantage when encountering adverse environments. Our findings could lead to a better understanding of the transition from unicellular to multicellularity

Kajian tesis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya dimensi-dimensi lain pada konsep adab guru dan murid yang dikemukakan oleh K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari yang bisa diimplementasi sebagai konsep tentang hakikat guru dan murid, profesionalis guru dan strategi belajar murid, dan relasi etis guru dan murid. Tendensi keilmuan K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari yang memiliki konsep yang khas dan menarik untuk dikomparasikan.
Dari latar belakang di atas muncul tiga sub pokok yang ingin diteliti, yaitu: apakah hakikat guru dan menurut K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari?
Bagaimanakah profesionalisme guru dan strategi belajar murid menurut K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari? Dan bagaimanakah relasi etis guru dan murid menurut K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari?
Secara kategorikal penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan model penelitian produk pemikiran tokoh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode interpretatif sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan filosofis dan pendekatan historis.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka sedang teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis (content analysis) secara deskriptif dan teknik analisis dengan cara melakukan pengecekan kembali, membicarakan dengan teman sejawat, untuk menguji data yang telah diperoleh, dilakukan pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi data, dengan mencari data yang mendukung atau tidak bertentangan dengan penelitian yang telah dirumuskan dengan cara membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari menggagas keseimbangan guru dan murid. Bagi keduanya, baik guru maupun murid harus diberdayakan secara bersama-sama agar terjadi kombinasi guru-murid yang serasi baik dari segi kualitas maupun moralitas dalam belajar dan mengajar. Karena itu, dalam persfektif K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari pada pelajaran tidak berpusat hanya pada murid dan juga tidak berpusat pada guru tetapi harus berpusat pada keduanya.
Dalam kitab Adab Al-Alim Wa Al-Muta’alim, sangat menekankan adanya etika dalam realsi murid dan guru dan sebaliknya K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari berpendapat bahwa murid harus mendo’akan gurunya ketika ia masih hidup maupun ketika sudah mati, memelihara kekerabatan dengannya, para keturunannya, dan mencintai sebagaimana mencintai gurunya.
Dalam era modern ini tampaknya konsep relasi guru murid masih sangat relevan untuk dipertahankan. Artinya pemikiran K. H. Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari yang beliau gagas lebih dari satu setengah abad yang lalu masih aktual untuk dipraktekkan
Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Keuangan Pada Pemerintah Desa Sei Alim Hassak Kecamatan Sei Dadap Kabupaten Asahan
The purpose of this research is to find out whether the accounting implementation carried out by Sei Alim Hassak Village, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency is in accordance with the 2015 IAI-KASP Village Financial Accounting Assistance Guidelines, trial balance and work sheet. In addition, in the Village Property Wealth Report, the number of assets acquired in 2018 is not reported in the 2019 Village Property Report. The data collection techniques used by the author, namely in this study were interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the Financial Accounting Research in Sei Alim Hassak Village, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency is not fully in accordance with the 2015 IAI-KASP Village Financial Accounting Assistance Guidelines
