A STUDY ON THE NEW GST RATES – ANALYSIS OVER 47TH GST MEETING
GST is an indirect tax that comes into force in 2017. Although the GST Law was implemented in 2017, the current fluctuations in GST rates harm the general public, particularly the middle and lower classes in short term, but it will help the nation in long term. We attempted to demonstrate the impact of the 47th GST meeting changes on society by taking into account the past and current situation. This paper concentrates on the comparison of current GST Framework, old GST and indirect tax. It describes the GST impact on Indian economy in brief. The purpose of this research is to better understand the impact of the new GST rates on various segments of society, as well as to analyze the impact of GST on common man. A STUDY ON OCCUPATIONAL STRESS AMONG BANK EMPLOYEES
A stress is a universal reality that all individuals acknowledge regardless of their employment. This study investigates the occupational stress of public and private employees who work for banks. Stress on the workplace may be a struggle for banking personnel all over the world; stress can be both beneficial and detrimental. There is already a certain amount of stress in banking workers' work lives, and they are then subjected to additional stress as a result of the work pressure that Banking employees confront on the job. The purpose of this study is to look at the elements that impact bank employee turnover, such as work environment, stress, and job satisfaction. According to a various studies related to employees from private and public banks, occupational stress is higher among private bank employees than among public bank employees. When faced with job diversity, discrimination, favoritism, delegating, and competing responsibilities, bank personnel cannot afford to relax and "wind down.

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C11H10N4O3, contains two independent molecules in which the benzene rings make dihedral angles of 38.3 (2) and 87.1 (2)° with respect to the triazole rings. In the crystal, the molecules are linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along [021]. Further, weak C—O...π [3.865 (5) Å, 83.8 (3)°] and N—O...π [3.275 (5) and 3.240 (6) Å, 141.8 (4) and 102.8 (3)°] interactions are observed
The role of larval nutrition in pre-imaginal biasing of caste in the primitively eusocial wasp Ropalidia marginata (Hymenoptera: Vespidae)
1. When freshly eclosed females of the primitively eusocial wasp Ropalidia marginata (Lep.) are isolated, only about 50% of them build nests and lay eggs thereby suggesting a pre-imaginal biasing of caste.
2. Wasps that lay eggs take a very variable amount of time after eclosion to start doing so.
3. Females eclosing from nests where larvae are fed at a relatively higher rate are more likely to become egg-layers and are likely to take less time after eclosion to begin to lay eggs.
4. Thus, both forms of pre-imaginal biasing of caste, namely, differences in egg laying capacity and differences in the time taken to attain reproductive maturity, appear to be influenced by larval nutrition
Translational order parameter in the smectic-B phase of 4-hexyl-4′-[2-(4-isothiocyanatophenyl)ethyl]-1,1 ′-biphenyl
4-Hexyl-4′-[2-(4-isothiocyanatophenyl)ethyl]-1-1′-biphenyl, a liquid crystalline material shows smectic-B (SmB) and nematic phases, respectively, between 60.3–98.5°C and 98.5–130.8°C. X-ray diffraction patterns were recorded at different temperatures in the SmB phase and were used to compute translational order parameters. For this purpose, we have employed a theoretical model recently reported by Kapernaum and Giesselmann. The results obtained are discussed in terms of the basic understanding of the SmB phase
An optimized clustering approach for automated detection of abnormalities in MRI brain images
The medical image phenomenon may be a developing and progressive field these days. The processing of MRI images differs between parts of this field. This paper presents an economical approach for identifying tumors in brain MRI imageries. The process consists of following steps: the occurrence of image processing using intermediate filters, image enlargement is obtained by calibration chart calculation (histogram measurement); image segmentation is performed by binding. This approach is considered for the incorporation of morphological practices. Finally, the tumor stage is determined by manipulation of the image editing strategy. This research work presents an automatic brain tumor diagnosis method using MR imaging. The target system identifies and classifies the image segmentation using k-values. It also divides part of the plant into blood and bruises
