    Wouldn’t it be great, if experimental data were findable wherever they were? If experimental data were accessible‚ regardless of the storage place and format? If experimental data were interoperable independent of the author or its origin? If experimental data were reusable for further analysis without experimental repetition? The current state of the art of data acquisition in the laboratory is very diverse. A lot of different devices are used, analogue as well as digital ones. Usually all experimental setups and observations are summarized in a handwritten lab notebook, independently from digital or analogue sources. To change the actual and common way of laboratory data acquisition into a digital and modern one, electronic lab notebooks can be used. A challenge of science is to facilitate knowledge discovery by assisting humans and machines in their discovery of scientific data and their associated algorithms and workflows. Scientific Data . 2024;11(1): 1030 .Tritrichomonas foetus is a parasitic protist responsible for bovine trichomonosis, a reproductive disease associated with significant economic burden to the livestock industry throughout the world. Here, we present a chromosome-level reference genome of T. foetus -KV-1 (ATCC 30924) using short-read (Illumina Miseq), long-read (Oxford Nanopore) and chromatin-linked (Hi-C) sequencing. This is the first chromosome-level genome of a parasitic protist of the order Tritrichomonadida and the second within the Parabasalia lineage, after Trichomonas vaginalis, the human-associated causative agent of the sexually transmitted infection in humans. Our constructed genome is 148Mb in size, with a N50 length of the scaffolds of 22.9Mb. The contigs are anchored in five super-scaffolds, corresponding to the expected five chromosomes of the species and covering 78% of the genome assembly. We predict 41,341 protein-coding genes, of which 95.10% have been functionally annotated. This high-quality genome assembly serves as a valuable reference genome for T. foetus to support future studies in functional genomics, genetic conservation and taxonomy. © 2024. The Author(s)

    Autor tumači kako danas Božju riječ približiti mladima. U tu svrhu podsjeća na evanđeosku pripovijest o odlasku dvojice učenika iz Jeruzalema u Emaus i o njihovu susretu s Isusom. Cilj je evangelizacije, podsjeća autor, susresti Krista otkrivajući crkveni život i svjedočenje. Evangelizacija treba polaziti od zajedničkog života koji evangelizatori radosno žive i u toj radosti naviještaju Krista kojega su osobno susreli. Metodologija puta u Emaus pokazuje nam kako navjestitelj treba koračati zajedno s onim komu naviješta. Na putu treba dopustiti Isusu da govori i tu ga svatko treba primiti u svoj dom. Današnji odgoj mladih u vjeri valja temeljiti na sakramentalnom susretu mladih s Kristom. Mladima stoga treba pomoći da Isusa upoznaju i prepoznaju u euharistijskom susretu.The author explains how to draw the Word of God closer to young people. In this end he uses the Gospel story about the departure of the two disciples from Jerusalem to Emmaus and their encounter with Jesus. The author points out that the goal of evangelization is to encounter Christ by revealing the Church's life and witness. Evangelization must be based on the community life which evangelizers gladly live with the joy of proclaiming Christ whom they personally encountered. The methodology of the way to Emmaus shows us how the proclaimer should march together with those to whom he proclaims. While on the way we need to allow Jesus to speak and we should all receive him in our dwelling. The formation of youth in the faith should be based on a sacramental encounter between Christ and the youth. Young people need help in encountering Jesus and recognizing him in the Eucharistic gathering.Der Autor erläutere, wie man heutzutage den Jugendlichen das Gotteswort annähern sollte. Zu diesem Zweck erinnere er an die evangelische Erzählung von dem Aufbruch der zwei Jünger aus Jerusalem nach Emaus und von ihrer Begegnung mit dem Jesu. Das Evangelisierungsziel sei, erinnere der Autor, Christus zu begegnen, kirchliches Leben und Zeugen enthüllend. Evangelisierung solle vom gemeinsamen Leben beginnen, das von Evangelisatoren fröhlich gelebt werde und in dieser Freude verkünden sie Christus, den sie persönlich getroffen haben. Methodologie des Weges nach Emaus zeige uns, wie der Verkünder zusammen mit demjenigen, dem er verkünde, schreiten solle. Auf dem Wege solle man dem Jesu sprechen lassen und hier solle ihn jemand in seinem Heim empfangen. Heutige Jugenderziehung im Glauben müsse auf der sakramentalen Begegnung der Jugendlichen mit Christus basieren. Die Jugendlichen seien dazu verholfen zu werden, Jesu kennenzulernen und ihn in der eucharististischen Begegnung zu erkennen

    Ulrich von Liechtensteins literarisches Werk „Das Frauenbuch“ besteht aus einem Dialog zwischen einem Ritter und einer Dame, welcher eingebettet ist in einen Prolog und einen Epilog, in welchen der Autor selbst auftritt. Es können drei Kategorien von Männern in diesem Werk festgemacht werden: Ulrich von Liechtenstein, der Ritter, und der „dritte Mann“, welcher Männer im Allgemeinen repräsentiert mit all deren negativen und positiven Eigenschaften. Der Dialog zwischen der Dame und dem Ritter beginnt als Auseinandersetzung, aber im weiteren Verlauf des Textes, der Ritter nimmt die Form eines Beraters für die Dame an. Er sagt ihr, nach welcher Art Männer sie Ausschau halten solle. Ulrich selbst hält sich an das konventionelle Konzept der höfischen minne sowohl im Prolog als auch im Epilog, der Dialog kann als sozialkritisch betrachtet werden. Themen wie männliche Homosexualität, Alkoholismus, Prahlerei und exzessives Jagen werden klar als negative, männliche Attribute gewertet, wohingegen dienst an der Frau, zuht, stæte, êre, triuwe, und vreude als erstrebenswert identifiziert werden können.Ulrich von Liechtenstein’s literary work “Das Frauenbuch” is a dialogue between a knight and a lady that is embedded in a prolog and an epilog, where the author himself pipes up. Three categories of men can be found in this book: Ulrich von Liechtenstein, the knight, and a “third man”, who represents men in general with all their negative and positive attributes. The dialogue between the lady and the knight starts out as a disputation, but in the course of the text, the knight becomes the advisor of the lady, who tells her which kind of men she should look out for. Ulrich himself as the author sticks to the conventional concept of courtly love in the prolog and the epilog, but the embedded dialog can be regarded as socially critical. Topics such as manly homosexuality, alcoholism, boasting, and excessive hunting are clearly marked as negative attributes of men, whereas worshipping of women (dienst), zuht, stæte, êre, triuwe, and vreude can be identified as desirable

    Autor u ovom članku pojašnjava ideje o prvom navještaju što nužno upućuje i na potrebu nadvladavanja postojećih stereotipa i preispitivanja izvora koji govore o prvom navještaju u prvoj kršćanskoj zajednici. Na početku daje neke metodološke napomene radi ispravnog shvaćanja Novoga zavjeta. Zatim govori o apostolskom propovijedanju te o postojanju i načinima prvog navještaja u prvoj Crkvi. Prva je Crkva zajednica živog spomena. Kerigma je "drugi" Isusov "spomen". U raznim izričajima Isusova spomena u Novome zavjetu autor otkriva i razne oblike kerigme. Osobine novozavjetne kerigme pomažu nam da otkrijemo njezin izvorni identitet. Suvremeno pastoralno razmišljanje ukazuje nam na važnost izvornog pluralizma u prvom navještaju. Za pravo razumijevanje kerigme valja imati na umu cjelovitost Novoga zavjeta, a bit će potrebno premisliti i neke ustaljene stereotipe.The author of this article explains the idea of the first proclamation which points to the need for transcending the existing stereotypes and re-examining the sources that mention the first proclamation of the first Christian community. The article first outlines some methodological notes for a better understanding of the New Testament. Then the author mentions the apostolic preaching and the presence and methods of the first proclamation in the early Church. The first Church is a community of remembrance. The kerygma is Jesus' "second" "remembrance." In various forms of remembrance of Jesus in the New Testament, the author reveals various forms of kerygma. Characteristics of the New Testament kerygma help us to discover its original identity. Pastoral reflection today shows us the importance of the original pluralism of the first proclamation. For an authentic understanding of kerygma the integrity of the New Testament must be upheld, and it will be necessary to re-think some standard stereotypes.In diesem Artikel deute der Autor Ideen von der ersten Verkündigung, was notwendig auch auf das Bedürfnis der Überwältigung bestehender Stereotype und Überprüfungen von Quellen, die von der ersten Verkündigung in der ersten christlichen Gemeinschaft sprechen, hinweise. Am Anfang werden manche methodologische Anmerkungen zwecks des richtigen Verständnisses vom Neuen Testament dargelegt. Darauf werde vom apostolischen Predigen und der Anwesenheit wie auch Weisen der ersten Verkündigung in der ersten Kirche geredet. Die erste Kirche sei eine Gemeinschaft und Leben des Gedenkens. Kerygma sei das "zweite" Andenken Jesu. In verschiedenen Aussagen des Gedenkens Jesu im Neuen Testament enthülle der Autor auch verschiedenartige Formen von Kerygma. Eigentümlichkeiten der Kerygma vom Neuen Testament verhelfen uns dazu, ihre ursprüngliche Identität zu entdecken. Pastorales Bedenken verweise uns heutzutage auf die Wichtigkeit des ursprünglichen Pluralismus in der ersten Verkündigung. Fürs authentische Verständnis von Kerygma solle man die Vollständigkeit des Neuen Testaments im Gedächtnis behalten, wie auch manche gebräuchliche Stereotype überlegen
