Factors Affecting the Development of Anxiety in Postmenopausal Women: A CrossSectional Study in Coastal Areas
Objective: To analyze factors associated with anxiety in postmenopausal women.
Methods: This study was descriptive analytic with cross-sectional approach conducted in 228 postmenopausal women that aged 50-64 years old in coastal areas of Kendari City. Samples were taken by simple random sampling. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and the Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale (T-MAS). Data were analyzed using Chi-square test with a significance value p ï‚£ 0.05.
Results: The results showed that 188 respondents (82.4%) had. anxiety. Its most experienced anxiety was aged 50-54 years old (37.7%), low education (96.0%), as housewife (62.7%), low income (91.2%) and lived with a partner (54.4%). There was correlation between anxiety with age (p=0.016), education level (p = 0.009), income (p = 0.011), and residence status (p = 0.029). There was no correlation between anxiety with occupation (p = 0.351).
Conclusion: There was a correlation between anxiety in postmenopausal women in coastal areas with age, education level, income, and residence status.

Determinant analysis of baby blues syndrome
Background: Psychiatric illnesses that are non-psychotic are one of the most common morbidities of pregnancy and the perinatal period. These disorders include depressive disorders (postpartum blues, postpartum depression), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and personality disorders. This study aimed to the relationship between family support and the tendency of baby blues syndrome in postpartum mothers in the working area of the Benu-Benua Health Center.
Methods: The research method used is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design which was carried out in June 2020 in the working area of the Benu-Benua Health Center which involved 53 mothers who gave birth and were recorded in the medical records at the Benu-Benua Health Center and families living in the same house with the criteria such as people who live in the working area of the Benu-Benua Health Center and postpartum mothers ≤14 days. Then proceed with bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test to determine the correlation between variables. All tests with p<0.05 were considered significant
Results: The age distribution of respondents, dominant in the range of 18-25 years, female sex, high school education level or equivalent, primipara parity, the family relationship is husband and number of people living in the house >5 people, the dominant type of childbirth is normal, social relations dominantly good, the incidence of baby blues syndrome dominantly experienced baby blues syndrome. The results of statistical tests showed that the variables of education level, employment status, family relations, social support were correlated with the incidence of postpartum blues syndrome.
Conclusions: There is a correlation between education level, employment status, social support, and family relationships with the incidence of baby blues syndrome in the Benu-Benua Health Center working area.
Hubungan Depresi dengan Kemampuan Dalam Aktivitas Dasar Sehari-Hari Pada Lanjut Usia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Minaula Kendari
According to PPDGJ-III depression is a mental disorder that has three major symptoms of depressive affect, loss of interest and easily tired state, and has seven other symptoms such as reduced concentration, reduced confidence, feelng of guilty, pessimistic, suicidal ideas, sleep disturbance and loss of appetite. These problem could be acute or chronic and lead impaired ability of individuals in everyday activities. Activity Daily Living is work activities of daily routine. Activity Daily Living is a staple for self-care activities. These study aims to determine the relationship between depression and activity daily living the elderly in Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha “Minaula” Kendari. These study was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. The population from elderly in Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha "Minaula" Kendari. Sample in these study consist of 95 respondent. Elderly male cosist of 35 respondents and female 36 respondents. The sampling method is total sampling. The study instrument used questionnaires Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) to assess depression in the elderly. Assessment Activity Daily Living (ADL) using the Barthel Index questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Spearman test. Data was cosidered significant at p value ≤ 0,05. The Results of these study that 71 respondents was mild depression (43.7%), no depression (33.8%) and moderate depression (22.5%). The Respondent who can perform the Activity Daily Living consist of independently (42.3%), mild dependence (38.0%), moderate dependence (9.9%), heavy dependence (7.0%) and total dependence (2.8%). There were a significant relationship between depression on Activity Daily Living (p = 0.000) with negative correlation direction or opposite direction (r = -0.500). The conclusions of these study indicate that there were relationship of depression of activity daily living the elderly in Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha “Minaula” Kendari. Keywords: Activity Daily Living, Depression, Elderl
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
koamabayili/VECTRON-author-checklist: VECTRON author checklist
We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
