The essential Cabrera : una antología multilingue
Get PDFThis is an anthology of texts from all the areas that I have cultivated in my philosophical life: philosophy of logic and language, negative ethics, cinema and philosophy, and philosophy from Latin America. Most of the material is published from the
sources specified in the footnotes. But all the texts have been revised, with deletions and additions, none have been simply transcribed. The anthology should be read together with the intellectual autobiography called “Testament”, from 2012, where you can find the complete list of my works, and some texts that study my thought in its historical development, from the Argentine period to the international projection of my work. All this material - the "Testament" and the anthology - should be consulted in
connection with the Image-Book, a video of more than 10 hours entitled "Julio Cabrera: seminal ideas." This anthology offers an overview of my thinking. For further developments, justifications and clarifications, the works referred to in each of the four parts should be consulted.Esto es una antología de textos de todas las áreas que cultivé en mi vida filosófica: filosofía de la lógica y del lenguaje, ética negativa, cine y filosofía y filosofar desde América Latina. Casi todo el material está publicado en las fuentes que se especifican en las notas de pie de página. Pero todos los textos han sido revisados, con supresiones y agregados, ninguno ha sido simplemente transcripto. La antología debería leerse junto con una autobiografía intelectual, de 2012, llamada “Testamento”, en donde se encuentra la lista completa de mis obras, y algunos textos que estudian mi pensamiento en su desarrollo histórico, desde el período argentino hasta la proyección internacional de mi filosofía. Todo este material – el “Testamento” y la antología - debería ser consultado en conexión con el Libro-Imagen, un vídeo de más de 10 horas titulado “Julio Cabrera: ideas seminales”. No full textUna estructura fiscal sólida en cualquier nivel de la administración pública es una condición necesaria para realizar todas las acciones de política pública imperiosas y las deseadas para satisfacer las necesidades de sus pobladores.
Este documento presenta una breve revisión histórica de la evolución y composición de los ingresos y gastos de Cabrera 1985 - 2022. Para realizar nuestro análisis empleamos datos del Sistema de Información del Formulario Único Territorial (SISFUT) y del Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP). Para permitir la comparabilidad durante el periodo, todas las cifras son expresadas a precios constantes del 2022 y en términos per cápita. Es decir, se controla por la inflación y por el crecimiento poblacional del municipio o distrito. Así mismo, esto permitirá realizar comparaciones con otras entidades territoriales de Colombia similares.
Para lograr lo anterior, este trabajo está dividido en seis sesiones: la primera sección es la presente introducción. La segunda y tercera sección muestran la evolución de los ingresos y los gastos respectivamente. En la cuarta sección se exponen los Indicadores de Desempeño Fiscal (IDF) para el Distrito. En la quinta sección los resultados del IDF comparado con entidades territoriales similares y en la sexta, los comentarios finales
