O Treinamento Empretec e a Formacao de Empreendedores
No full textA presente dissertacao visa verificar a possibilidade de se criar atraves de treinamento, habilidades e comportamentos empreendedores. A questao de que os comportamentos e habilidades do empreendedor podem vir a ser desenvolvidas a partir de treinamento implicou no estudo daquelas caracteristicas e das tecnicas de treinamento que sao voltadas para mudancas comportamentais. A verificacao empirica desta questao levou ao Estudo de Caso do Seminario Empretec, treinamento em empreendedorismo, que tem como premissa estudos sobre comportamentos e habilidades dos empreendedores. Os resultados da pesquisa, onde foram utilizadas tecnicas quantitativas e qualitativas combinadas, demonstram que o Seminario sugere uma auto-avaliacao no sentido de proporcionar ao participante a possibilidade de avaliar se possui ou nao, as habilidades e comportamentos considerados tipicos ao empreendedor, podendo, portanto, identificar o que precisa desenvolver para atingir a eficiencia nesta atividade
Organizaciones públicas en la Amazonia: ¿cambio autorreferencial o adaptación?
Get PDFLas instituciones gubernamentales y organizaciones públicas de la Amazonia oriental brasileña se hallan inmersas en un proceso de profundas transformaciones. La Administración pública, las instituciones municipales, la correspondiente gestión pública y el sistema jurídico son los principales sistemas en que tiene lugar este cambio. En este artículo se analiza la cuestión de si realmente se trata de un proceso de cambio autorreferencial, resultado de decisiones internas de las organizaciones, o si, por el contrario, se trata de meras adaptaciones necesarias para cumplir su función y mandato. La aportación de los postulados sistémicos de la acción se limita a los aspectos tecnológicos, siendo necesaria la comprensión de la acción desde la perspectiva del sujeto. A partir de una serie de «observaciones» basadas en casos, estos aspectos se analizan en la Administración pública municipal, más concretamente en la gestión pública y en la Defensoria Pública
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Identifying public policies: Public Defenders and men who broke the Maria da Penha Law
No full textAbstract The evaluation of the assistance services provided by the Public Defender’s Office allows to identify demands and problems for public policies. This article presents the results of an observation research that evaluated the services of the Núcleo de Atendimento ao Homem Autor de Violência Doméstica e Familiar (Neah) (Support Center for men who committed Domestic and Family Violence), considering the testimonies of people assisted by the institution and their partners. From the results, it is possible to identify future actions and public policies aimed to prevent, promote self-reflection, and change the perception related to aggressive men. The results of the empirical observation highlight the paradox of the public policies of assistance to men accused of domestic violence, since the spouses’ evaluation about the police assistance and the assistance services offered by the DP-PA shows a dissatisfaction with the results of the services their partners receive. Men who participated in the therapeutic group expressed during the interviews that they experienced a change in behavior toward their spouses and their view about women.</p

No full textEn el marco actual de pluralismo teórico y de búsqueda de soluciones del postestructuralismo filosófico social entre las diversas teorías organizacionales, la teo- ría general de sistemas sociales de Luhmann ofrece respuestas operativas a distintos puntos de vista y a los sistemas abiertos mediante los conceptos de autorreferenciali- dad, cierre operativo y autoorganización. Sin embargo, en su abstracción, presenta ambigüedades teóricas que no han sido consideradas en las observaciones empíricas, entre las que sobresalen las controvertidas cuestiones relativas al cierre operativo y a la deshumanización del sujeto.</jats:p
Qualitative Analysis by Theorizing: Socio-political Research on Mining and Metallurgical Enclaves in the Amazon
No full textThe purpose of this paper is to provide a methodological reflection based on the proposal of a "qualitative analysis by theory" (MUCHIELLI, 2001), This proposal provides a model methodology to capture and understand data gathered from an investigation focusing on industrial action and the possibilities of changing the workforce in a mining enclave in the state of Pará (West Amazon). To gather the necessary data, a two level map was compiled which allowed an approximation to the phenomenon from a discourse analysis of the workers and their experiences. The first level, "located activity," locates the context from the interpretation of trade unions and their members. The second level, "subjectivization of the activity," frames the analysis of the workers' subjective practices.

Trabajo y relaciones laborales en los enclaves minero-metalúrgicos de la Amazonia
No full textAbstract: Labour and labour relations in the enclaves of metallurgical mining in the AmazonThis article is based upon an empirical study of life and labour conditions in the metallurgical mining enclaves of the eastern Amazon region. From the perspective of civil society (associations of workers), labour conditions are analysed according to interviews with workers and their family members given outside the work sphere. Using the method based on ‘grounded theory’, and specifically on the qualitative analysis of theorization, a scheme of two levels has been made: the ‘situational activity’ and the ‘subjectivization of the activity’. The first level, the ‘situational activity’, is centred in the sphere of the organizations of workers and their perceptions and strategies for action. The second level, the ‘subjective of the activity’, addresses the subjective interpretations adopted by workers and their families. Resumen:Este escrito se basa en un estudio empírico de las condiciones de vida y relaciones laborales en los enclaves minero-metalúrgicos de la Amazonia oriental. En él se analizan las condiciones laborales desde la perspectiva de la sociedad civil (asociaciones de trabajadores), recurriendo para ello a entrevistas con trabajadores y sus familias fuera del ambiente de trabajo. A partir del método basado en la teorización anclada, y específicamente en el denominado análisis cualitativo de teorización, se ha confeccionado un esquema de dos niveles: la ‘actividad situacional’, y la ‘subjetivización de la actividad’. El primer nivel -la ‘actividad situacional’- se centra en la esfera de las organizaciones de trabajadores y sus ideas y estrategias de acción.
