Comparativa de aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial para la selección documental en los archivos televisivos
Full text linkEl artículo desarrolla cómo la inteligencia artificial puede ayudar a la selección de documentos audiovisuales en las cadenas de televisión con la finalidad de agilizar la labor documental. Por lo tanto, el objetivo es mostrar en qué, cómo y con cuáles aplicaciones la inteligencia artificial puede intervenir para la optimización del proceso de selección audiovisual en programas informativos. Para ello, se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica y un estado de la cuestión en las empresas audiovisuales españolas, infiriendo de qué manera podría ayudar la inteligencia artificial a la automatización del proceso de selección y cuáles son las herramientas actuales que podrían optimizar dicho proceso. Como resultados, puede apreciarse que, aunque todavía deben desarrollarse mejores algoritmos, existen potencialidades en el marco de la tecnología de la inteligencia artificial para automatizar el proceso

No full textSe presentan las diferentes áreas con las que han de contar las bases de datos para el control de la documentación audiovisual en el marco de la gestión, conservación y difusión de los programas de entretenimiento de las televisiones. Se muestran las áreas control, producción, emisión, descripción física, descriptores temáticos, geográficos, cronológicos, título, responsabilidad y localización. Además se presentan una serie de peculiaridades de difusión de dicha información. Igualmente se lleva a cabo una tipología de los programas que se realizan y producen en las empresas televisivas.Presents different areas with which databases are going to rely on for the control of audiovisual documentation within the framework of management, conservation and diffusion of television entertainment programs. The areas under concern are control, production, emission, physical description, thematic, geographic and chronological headings, title, responsibility and location. Besides this, a series of features of the information diffusion are presented, along with a typology of the programs produced and carried out by the television enterprises
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Social classification of the audiovisual information in the televisive repositories : automatizing the internal classification and bring the contents closer to the audience
Full text linkPurpose: A integration model of social classification in the audiovisual repositories is presented with the aim of being used to identify and retrieve contents between external users and journalists of the organization itself. Design: All the scientific literature has been reviewed interpreting the scarcities and problems found by journalists and cyberspectators in the retrieval process of the diferent television networks. Findings: In view of the information retrieval done by the corporative intranets, social classification of the external users is estimated that improves the information retrieval for journalists, hence there is an automatization in the classification process done by the documentalists up to here. Originality: the originality of this paper relies on the integration of the classification and the production of folksonomies done by the external users different to the retrieval information strategies made by the journalists of the television networks

No full textSe analiza la simplificación en el método de análisis de contenido en los archivos televisivos derivados de factores diversos tales como la reestructuración de la organización documental, los ajustes de los recursos humanos y económicos así como la adquisición de la descripción de análisis del contenido a empresas creadoras de contenidos tales como las productoras y las agencias de noticias audiovisuales. Ambos factores, de forma simbiótica, han modificado la descripción documental eliminando la descripción de contenido temático, geográfico y onomástico así como el control terminológico y documental por medio de herramientas propias del lenguaje documental. Estos cambios se traducen en graves problemas de normalización y recuperación que no parecen solventados por medio de técnicas para la identificación automática de contenido audiovisual (herramientas biométricas)

No full textSe realiza una propuesta metodológica para la confección del resumen de documentos audiovisuales televisivos, identificando y describiendo las etapas necesarias para su redacción. Previo a esta labor se analizan sobre qué documentos audiovisuales debe realizarse dicha operación así el cómo ha modificado el paradigma digital el tratamiento documental. Se constata la necesidad de realizar el resumen documental en ciertos tipos documentales, siendo innecesario para otros derivado de su escasa duración
