No full textSLC25A51 selectively imports oxidized NAD+ into the mitochondrial matrix and is required for sustaining cell respiration. We observed an elevated expression of SLC25A51 that correlated with poorer outcomes in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patient data, and we sought to determine the role SLC25A51 may serve in this disease. We found that lowering SLC25A51 levels led to increased apoptosis and prolonged survival in orthotopic xenograft models; this was rescued by importing NAD+ or re-oxidization of mitochondrial NADH. Metabolic flux analyses indicated that depletion of SLC25A51 shunted flux away from oxidative pathways and forced glutamine utilization for reductive carboxylation to support aspartate production, notably without increased glycolytic flux. Consequently, partial depletion of SLC25A51 sensitized AML cells to glutamine deprivation and glutaminase inhibitor CB-839. Together, the data indicate that AML cells upregulate SLC25A51 to decouple mitochondrial NAD+/NADH for supporting oxidative reactions from a variety of fuels and for a proliferative advantage. Thus, SLC25A51 represents a critical regulator that can be exploited by cancer cells and may be a vulnerability for refractory AML

No full text\ue3\ue3Compiled by the Division translation " Lao Qi Da " and " Piao Tong Shi " series of books, are the most authoritative, and important Chinese spoken language conversation textbook in Korean, but also the use of literacy learning Chinese textbooks. These two series use a long time, spread wide, in history has a huge impact, reflecting the three or four hundred years of modern Chinese phonology, vocabulary and grammar of a number of changes in the study of modern Chinese language has a unique value.
As the Chinese affixes involve the two levels of vocabulary, and grammar, is the important phenomenon in the history of Chinese vocabulary. It is tremendous and research value. Since the pre-Qin, \ue2derived word\ue2 has been generated more and more with the times. The increasing number of terms is generated by the derived word formation, and derived word is one important way for polyphony of Chinese language. Therefore, this paper intends to represent the Yuan and Ming northern Chinese spoken " Lao Qi Da Yan Jie " and " Piao Tong Shi Yan Jie " two books for the corpus, the word derived from two books discuss the types of use cases, and change.
\ue3There are five chapters in this thesis, except and , the derived words are discussed for the current situation. It also discusses the prefix and suffix for the two books of " Lao Qi Da Yan Jie " and " Piao Tong Shi Yan Jie". Simply, except for a few examples of non-Chinese idiom, the " Lao Qi Da Yan Jie " and " Piao Tong Shi Yan Jie " which are not the local material, but useful textbook, are in line with the common Chinese language phenomenon.
