ANALISIS DISTRIBUSI PROPORSI PENGGUNA PLATFORM SOSIAL MEDIA BERDASARKAN PERILAKU DAN PREFERENSI MENGGUNAKAN DATA MINING
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi dan proporsi pengguna platform sosial media berdasarkan perilaku dan preferensi mereka menggunakan teknik data mining. Dataset yang digunakan mencakup atribut seperti sentimen, aktivitas (likes dan retweets), waktu penggunaan, dan distribusi geografis. Metodologi ini mencakup preprocessing data, analisis distribusi, dan visualisasi menggunakan Python. Hasilnya menunjukkan preferensi platform yang bervariasi berdasarkan aktivitas pengguna, waktu, dan lokasi geografis, dengan Twitter dan Instagram sebagai platform dominan. Penerapan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada Desain Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Calon Penerima Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) di Kota Palangka Raya
Village/ward party in Palangka Raya is required to collect data of poor people who reserve the right to receive Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT). Eventually, village/ward party is going to work together with the census officers of Social Protection Program of Central Statistics Body (BPS) in Palangka Raya. The decision process of the recipient candidates of BPNT in Palangka Raya requires a Decision Support System which offers consideration and evaluation to obtain more accurate data. The selection uses ten poor criteria of non-monetary variable include main income, possession status of a house to live, floor material of the house, wall material of the house, facility of drinking water, facility of lighting, fuel for cooking need, facility of defecation, final disposal of feces, and asset possession of household. The research used the Decision Support System with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The system was evaluated by two different methods which were black box testing and turing testing. IMPLEMENTASI METODE SIMPLE ADAPTIVE WEIGHTED PADA SPK UKT UNIVERSITAS PALANGKA RAYA
A special UKT decision team of University of Palangkaraya has used calculation application system based on desktop to calculate and group UKT. Data which are necessary from each university student are used to calculate the amount of the UKT by the application. A calcutating and grouping system is needed to solve problems in entering large amount of data. A decision supporting system (SPK) is made to increase work efectiveness and shorten time of processing data in grouping or selecting the amount of the UKT which will be charged to each new student of the university, especially regular students. There are some features in this system; calculating data, grouping the university students to each UKT group which is based on number of the students and printing or showing data which are groups of students based on the amount o the UKT. Grouping process is implemented in the first semester in the first year. SPK approach which is used is SAW method (Simple Adaptive Weighted)

Tumbang Rungan sub-district in Palangka Raya manages population data as part of Population Administration, among others; Death Certificate, Certificate of Marriage / Marriage, Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Disability Certificate, Building Construction Permit (IMB), Land and Building Tax, and Land Certificate.
Currently there are still many government agencies that manually process population data, including Tumbang Rungan Village, Palangka Raya City, which still uses paper-based forms. If the listed requirements are incomplete, then the person concerned must go home / return first to complete the missing requirements, until they are sufficient and complete. This is very troublesome and wasteful of energy and other sacrifices. Kelurahan Tumbang Rungan, Palangkaraya City, plans to build a system that aims to assist the community in submitting information and receiving complaints by utilizing web facilities as well as monitoring the correspondence process (which is being processed or completed), and to enable the public to fill in data online.

At Perusahaan Perkebunan Sawit (PT X) employees divided into two permanent employees and casual workers. There are 381 PHL (Daily Worker Release) consists of 9 people porters, 16 foremen, 261employees daily, and 95 harvesters.Payment of salaries and equipment is computed by the central office. For permanent employee salary payment system done once a month or within 26 working days. As for the non-permanent employees salary will be paid every 15 days of work which is calculated based on the amount of work daily. So in one month salary payment PHL there were two periods. PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN SERTIFIKASI PENDIDIK GURU SMP DI KABUPATEN MURUNG RAYA DENGAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW)
Means of government to improve quality of teacher is accomplished through teacher certification. It is done by selecting every teacher listed in Education Board in Indonesia. Lots of data of participants of the teacher certification and confusion of criteria in selection of the teacher certification done by committee of the teacher certification can cause inaccurate data of the eligible participants to be certified. It causes gap for teacher which is actually eligible to be certified. To overcome the situation, it is necessary to produce a computer-based systematic effort for every working unit, in this case is Education Board of Murung Raya Regency in Central Kalimantan. The Development of Decision Support System which was used in this study was started by analyzing available system and analyzing related literature, Government Regulations, which was used as legal foundation to process data related to the teacher certification. Teacher certification scoring used Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which scored every datum and then was normalized by matrix. The result of matrix normalization obtained the final score of 7 (seven) criteria for every teacher which later will be ranked from the highest to the lowest. The rank was utilized to decide priority of teacher which was eligible to be certified. This application used Borland Delphi 7 as the programming language and MySQL as the database engine. The result of this study was a helping application to recommend teacher certification. Data which was produced by the application showed the similar result compared with the result of manual scoring from the institution. Therefore, it is suggested to implement the application since it is really helpful to assist the Education Board of Murung Raya, especially for employment construction to decide priority teacher to get the certification for every year as long as the regulation or policy does not change

PENGUKURAN USABILITY APLIKASI WEB MENGGUNAKAN SUS (SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE) DAN PENGUJIAN BLACK BOX PADA WEBSITE ICONPLUS-WAREHOUSE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terpadu dengan membandingkan hasil pengujian fungsional teknis (Black Box Testing) dengan persepsi subjektif pengguna (System Usability Scale - SUS) pada aplikasi web IconPlus-Warehouse. Aplikasi ini krusial dalam mengoptimalkan operasional logistik, khususnya untuk proses penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang. Pengujian teknis menggunakan teknik Equivalence Partitioning dan Boundary Value Analysis pada fitur utama menunjukkan bahwa semua skenario uji mendapatkan status PASS. Sementara itu, pengukuran usability menggunakan instrumen SUS dengan 15 responden menghasilkan Skor SUS Akhir 92,5. Skor ini termasuk dalam kategori Excellent, mengindikasikan bahwa secara fungsional aplikasi bekerja sesuai spesifikasi dan secara substansial dipersepsikan oleh pengguna sebagai sistem yang sangat baik dan dapat diterima. The enthusiasm of students to join online tuition centers is rising from time to time. It affects the number of tutors who have the important roles as the instructors. In the meantime, the students usually get information regarding the tuition centers from their colleagues or relatives. This affects the number of the students which is still minor. This indicates that the information about the existence of online tuition centers among societies has not been spread out widely. Mirroring on the lack, there is an idea appears. It is necessary to design a specific website for the online tuition centers. Besides its function as the promotion media, the website also provides access to learning materials. The learning materials which will be offered include theories, academic data manager and tabulation, and exercises with the tricks of how to finish them easily. This aims to help the students improve their achievements at school. The design of the application of these online tuition centers was constructed by the language program of PHP, MySQL basis data, and the methodology of waterfall. All stages of waterfall were started from analysis systems with business process, system design with DFD which includes diagram context, DFD Level 1, and DFD Level 2, ERD, and Data Dictionary. The pandemic of Covid-19 affects the uncertainties of marketing, including the livestock sector. To avoid failing, an innovative and effective marketing effort needs to be expanded. One of ways is selling through the website. The research methodology that was used in developing this website is waterfall. This research was started by deciding the scope of the research location, formulating the problems, and deciding the method. Digging out the problem was done by conducting some in-depth interviews with the management of BUMDes, studying literature, and conducting field observation. The website of BUMDes is equipped with useful features such as admin, customer, login, category, searching, shopping cart, payment confirmation, ordering details, shipping fee, etc. All the usages of those features had been tested using Blackbox testing method and were proclaimed to be successful or ready to use.
