No full textChrysaster hagicola Kumata, 1961 Figs. 1, 5. Chrysaster hagicola Kumata, 1961: 53. Adult (Fig. 1). Wingspan 6.0 mm. Material examined. China: Yangling, Chongyi County, Jiangxi, 6. x. 2012 1 ♂ leg. Jiasheng Xu & Xiaohua Dai Slide No. B 13018 ♂. Host plants. Fabaceae: Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. and L. cyrtobotrya Miq. (Kumata 1961). Distribution. China (Jiangxi), Japan, Korea, Far East of Russia. Remarks. Specimen from China agrees with the original description given by Kumata (1961), except that the forewing lacks a basal median streak. The male genitalia (Fig. 5) are in accordance with the original description. No full textChrysaster Kumata, 1961 Chrysaster Kumata, 1961: 52. Type species: Chrysaster hagicola Kumata, 1961. The diagnosis of the genus is given by Kumata (1961). Larvae mine leaves of Fabaceae. Thus far, a total of seven plant species, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz., L. cyrtobotrya Miq., Robinia hispida L., R. neomexicana A. Gray, R. pseudoacacia L., R. viscosa Vent. and Robinia sp. have been recorded as hosts of both C. hagicola Kumata, 1961 and C. ostensackenella (Fitch, 1859) (Kumata 1961; De Prins & De Prins 2005, 2014).
